Negative experience: Absolutely horrible experience getting my eyelash extensions done at Chameleon Skin & Beauty. I paid $165 for what I was told were 4D Lash Extensions. This is what I walked out with. It was obvious during my service that the lady had no idea what she was doing, the lashes all fell out by the next morning. When I asked for a refund I was told they didn’t do refunds and offered me a second appointment with “someone professional”, which I didn’t end up attending based off my first experience. You would think getting a service done and paying $165 you would get a professional the first time around. Absolutely disgusted with their professionalism. Wouldn’t recommend.

Negative experience: three ladies came into my work this morning (i took notice of their chameleon skin & beauty uniform), i found that emmilee was EXTREMELY rude towards my staff members, telling us that our food was “disgusting” because we have pre-packaged food that our staff members aren’t in control of, and that she would never be coming back (dramatic). her beverage was being made and was waiting for the espresso shots to finish being poured and she said “wow no one is making my drink” loud enough so all of us could hear it. how disrespectful. if emmilee had been patient and respectiful, she would’ve realised and noticed that we were just waiting for her espresso shots to finish pouring. you need to check your employee emmilee, as she is a grown woman woman who bullies teenage fast food workers. disgusting behaviour.

Fantastic experience: My daughter had her ears pierced by Riah and she made the whole process an amazing experience, from her patience while my daughter made the important decision of choosing earrings, explaining the process to her and making her feel amazing after it was done!! 10/10!!
