The therapist, Vishal, had magic hands—knots were disappearing like Houdini in his prime. She was booked in for threading on her face & was advised to have her face waxed instead as it would be way to painful & after the waxing was then followed by with threading. Fantastic experience: I’ve been coming here for a while. As a 16 year old girl, It was a nerve racking experience of getting waxed and getting laser and it is my first time for both. But it is truely a judge free zone and I love going there. They make you feel so warm and welcome and really accompany you with your needs. They let me take breaks when the pain gets to much for laser and waxing and even helped me as I am just a student and allowed me to do instalments for my laser hair(full leg) instead of paying the full price. They really aren’t in it for the money and are just happy to help you achieve your Beauty dream. Along with that the laser hair treatment works like magic I haven’t even finished my 5 treatment for my upperlip ip and underarm but the hair stopped growing within 3 treatments.

The procedure was explained to me in detail, and the staff took the time to address all my questions and concerns. I could see results after just a few sessions, which exceeded my expectations. What stood out the most was the professionalism and care exhibited by the staff. They are knowledgeable, attentive, and truly seem to care about the well-being and satisfaction of their clients. Negative experience: Got me in last minute on a Saturday which was great but burnt my under arm. Asked for waxing on my chin and got that but then she started threading. Don't like it and didn't ask for it. Maybe check with your client first.

Fantastic experience: I go to First Lady Health & Beauty for facial bleaching, threading, waxing, back scrub, eye brow tattoo, eye lash colour, manicure + pedicure, massage every 3 months for about 8 hours . I’ve been coming here for a few years now and highly recommended it that I book a year in advance to secure my bookings.

This is one of the best beauty salons I have ever seen. Negative experience: Not really sure what products they are using (???) but I felt that the unknown products were cheap, the girls are nice but the place need an upgrade....Definitely not a relaxing experience for me.

Negative experience: I can not speak of other services, but do not get a Brazilian wax here. I was not told to expect a lot of stairs even after explaining i am very heavily pregnant. Upon walking in the door breathless i was immediately tried to be up-sold to. The paperwork was tiny and hard to read and majority of questions were aimed at marketing to the person. I did not answer irrelevant questions to my service. I was still then asked my age in front of the whole Salon. Again its not relevant so i declined to answer. Going into the room there was no sheet on the bed and two tiny hand towels one for sitting on and one for over. I asked for something larger as i am pregnant and it did not cover me. I was told i didn't need covering for a Brazilian. Of course if my lady parts are uncovered and you open the door to a direct line of sight to a male client sitting there then i sure do need coverage. There was no paper g for modesty, but they did bring me a larger towel. Again as I'm heavily pregnant I can not lay directly on my back I asked for the bed to be lifted so i can recline but still breathe, move and not harm baby. This took quite some time and she was unable to get it to a good position so I was almost sitting or almost laying. I chose sitting. They started with my leg wax. This was done using a roller applicator than can not be cleaned between clients. I thought it questionable but let it go its just my legs. This turned out to be a great thing as a staff member though it was ok to open the door on a client booked to do a Brazilian and proceed to find her needs for food and drink for a break. I should have walked out then and there, but i was desperate as my wax was weeks overdue and i m having a baby soon. The Waxer went out and told the staff member not to do it again. Very exposed we start the Brazilian i asked for a small section to be left and trimmed. She then trimmed it straight away which i found odd usually its the last thing done. She started to put the wax on and the proceeded to take a large strip of wax off in 50C piece sections using the stick. This was very painful to say the least and has resulted in me loosing some skin in some areas. She then proceeded to use the very same stick in the wax pot the entire wax, (Double dipping is disgusting hygiene) and then put wax over the area I had asked to keep. So now I look like a wax spotted, red inflamed and sore juvenile. Wax bits remained after waxing. In 10 years of Brazilians Ive never experience such traumatic treatment, and vulnerability. I will not be back. EVER!!!!

Negative experience: I would have given no star if there was a option. I had a permanent Straightening from this place, which turned out to be as my biggest mistake. Lady doesn't possess any knowledge about hair products usage according to hair type. My hair are thick, and she used the product that didn't suit my hair. My hairs got bent before i reached home after the treatment. The result was very disappointing. When I asked to fix it up, she asked me to pay more money. Ridiculous, Will never suggest anyone to go there especially for hair straightening.

Negative experience: Terrible! I have been getting sugared for over 2.5 years and this was horrific, I was so sore and it hurt for days afterwards.. this is NOT what sugaring should be like! I would not recommend the sugaring here to anyone, the product isn't good and the method is terrible. The eyebrow tinting was the only thing they did remotely right.
