Fantastic experience: I've been a hairdresser hopper for years in the Camden/Campbelltown area. I usually only go once or twice and then hop to the next one. I've been going to Londres for over a year now, so hopefully that speaks volumes. It's a cosy salon with a cute, upbeat vibe, and the décor is calming and subtle. The chairs are really comfy and the prices are decent. I always leave feeling refreshed with hydrated hair. I ask for something and I get what I want, but I am always happy to hear recommendations (which usually turn out great). They know what they're doing and, from my experience here, know what will look good for you. The staff are always super polite, and though they are up for a good chit-chat, they also can tell when you're not really in the mood for a talk (which I really like because sometimes I just want to relax!) I usually see Kaitlyn and cannot recommend her enough!

Tianna was able to work with my hair type and find a style that really worked with the texture of it. I also go to her for colour work, and she's able to give me a great, vibrant colour without putting my hair health at risk. Love Tiannas work, and will forever go to her.

The advice on how to keep it health and looked after being a swim teacher in the pool has been amazing from treatments to products to use the pricing is affordable and just a relaxing vibe also close to places to buy coffee or if you are in there for full head of foils something to eat

Fantastic experience: Tiana was amazing, After being left in a panic after my hairdresser had colored my hair not to my liking , I had Tiana redo my colour and foils and add my extensions which was exactly what I had asked for! I cannot recommend Londres hair enough for fitting me in and making me feel comfortable and at ease as I had a whole new restyle. I am now left feeling fresh with great new locks and a head of hair which I love. 5 out of 5 service will definately be retuning!

Fantastic experience: I have been with Tianna “Tee” for years and actually followed her from another salon to Londres Hair because I simply couldn’t be without her! Tee knows how to deliver, she is incredibly talented and has expert knowledge for all of her many talents! I find her to be passionate, creative, funny and 1000% sincere. I always have a great experience! I’ve gone from dark colours, coppers and reds to now blonde because my hair decided to start growing “natural highlights” I also love the MASSAGE CHAIRS at my new Salon! Yes! This amazing little boutique salon has massage chairs at their equally amazing and comfortable basins! I can lay back, not get a sore neck, have a massage and then wait for the amazing Indy to sway by to complete the retreat with her outstanding head massage! I have found everything at Londres Hair to be wonderful, right from the minute I walked in - it felt like a comfy shoe. Everyone is just so warm and friendly. Negative experience: I am new to the area and put off getting my hair done. What I feared came true. The girl was really friendly. I showed her a picture of myself and my last haircut and asked her to replicate it. All was going well until she got carried away with the razor. ( She admitted to getting carried away.) The end result was a completely different shape. I had layers exactly where I said I didn't want them and no graduation where I expalined I did. She did apologise.

Fantastic experience: My whole family, from my mum to my sisters, my 2 year old daughter and 8 month old son simply adore coming to this salon. Sarah, Zoe and the team are so welcoming and amazing at what they do! They truly make you feel at home. My active, singing and dancing toddler with a mop of curls on her head just LOVES coming in for a cut. The way Sarah can get her to sit still and look so put together after the cut is award winning!! She has now taken to playing hairdressers at home, where she pretends to be Sarah. It truly is a wonderful place to go to be pampered and relax, the girls always know the best thing for your hair care, and make the whole experience feel as lovely as catching up with old friends. For 32 years I’ve been blonde, bright blonde! On this day I walked into Londres Hair and tasked Sarah with going darker. I’m obsessed. This team can do no wrong.

Always can count on them to deliver the best cut and colour. I have very thick hair and everytime I visit they are able to thin out and style my hair perfectly. Negative experience: While giving this place a few chances, I have to say I’ll be finding a new hair salon. Last appointment they charged me for a service that I didn’t receive, it’s only when I went home to check what they’d booked on the account, it was different to what was discussed. Wasn’t even seeking a refund, but No apology for the error. The most recent appointment, I was told it would be 15 mins wait past my appointment, I said I’d rebook as I needed to be out by a certain time as I had other arrangements . She assured me it would be 15 mins, turned out to be 40mins before my service even started. No apology for the delay, no update on how much longer they’d be/ checking on client, seems the clients time isn’t of importance to them and their customer service / communication is somewhat lacking. EDIT: it’s clear by the businesses response and lack of accountability that they indeed do not value customer feedback, only attempting to put blame on the client. To be clear - arriving a few minutes before a 2:15pm appointment is standard. Any customer would not be particularly engaging after being left in a seat for 40 minutes and IGNORED by all staff. I was the one that wanted to rebook and was assured that you would only be 15 minutes, I was not offered a rebooking. The highlights in my hair were done by another hair salon - NOT yours, so I stand by the fact that I was overcharged, yet I was willing to give your business another chance. Again, an apology for a delay or explanation would have gone a long way to foster good will between a business/client instead of trying to shift blame to a customer of where you as a business fell extremely short.

Fantastic experience: I’m was very happy when I found Londres. Sarah and Zoey are super professional, relaxed and accommodating. I love having my hair done by Sarah, she’s always honest about what she thinks will suit me. My children also love getting their hair done at Londres, it’s a real treat for them.
