Fantastic experience: This was the best Hifu experience I've had since trying a few different places. The girls are very thorough, attentive and you can feel the difference immediately. This is my 3rd Hifu with them. Great value for money. Would definitely recommend.

Negative experience: I went to this "clinic" for a teeth whitening treatment and it turned into a total disaster. The lady doing the treatment was careless and dropped some whitening gel on my forehead, which burned my skin (see pictures). Couldn't believe it, what a joke! The gel is blue so don't tell me you did not notice it on my forehead. One month later, I still have a mark on my face. I’m really disappointed and upset and would not recommend this place to anyone, RUN

Negative experience: I underwent a HIFU treatment last week, but I was not satisfied. It took a considerable amount of time, and the therapist lacked proficiency, as they constantly attempted to persuade me to purchase additional services.

Fantastic experience: I had a HIFU treatment here and it was amazing. I was worried it might hurt, but honestly, I only felt a slight heat near the bony areas — the rest was barely noticeable. What I really want to recommend is that the results were immediately visible. I could actually see my jawline for the first time, and my skin looked lifted right away — I was so excited! But I think it really depends on the practitioner. Even in Korea, I’ve never had such a detailed, painless, and effective session like this. Negative experience: I recently tried fat cavitation based on the manager recommendation to specifically reducing the appearance of stretch marks, but unfortunately, it did not deliver the promised results. Despite using the device consistently over the recommended period, I saw no noticeable improvement in the texture or color of my stretch marks. Manager was responsive, but her suggestions after also did not lead to any improvements either. For the price point, I expected more substantial results and a better overall experience. I cannot recommend or return.

Negative experience: Dermaplaning done with the at home tool and not the medical grade tool. Result was patchy. I bought a package of sessions and asked for a refund for the remaining sessions which they agreed to but then never processed. Constantly waiting and having to ask again and again.

My mother attended this clinic for laser hair removal some time ago (the clinic has since changed owners) and the experience and results were amazing compared to the numerous other clinics she had visited. Naturally, my mum booked me and my younger sister in for our own laser hair removal. As someone who has a weak-as-piss pain tolerance I was incredibly nervous to have this service performed however I cannot express how overjoyed I am with my results! The machines used work astoundingly and I (no joke) saw instant results after only my first session. During my laser sessions I mentioned my low pain tolerance and the laser technician made extra special care to accommodate by constantly checking in with the level the machine was set to, making repeated quick passes over areas rather than slowly go over the areas so as to not compromise the efficacy of the treatment, etc. The clinic is very well-kept and the staff are so friendly, gentle and experienced. I look forward to completing my course of laser hair removal and having smooth legs for the summer, and I also would loveeee to book in some facials!!
