Negative experience: Do not spend your money here. The customer service is appalling – dismissive, unhelpful, and rude. On top of that, the staff display clear ageist attitudes, which is completely unacceptable. There are far better places to spend your time and money.

Special mention to Logan who has been patient, kind and just all round awesome. Shes a major asset to the place and definitely recommend. ☺️

Negative experience: Unfortunately I got burnt during my underarm laser treatment on my third visit to Australian Skin Clinics Waurn Ponds with Julie on 13/7/24. I’ve previously had laser >20 times at another company in Melbourne without issue. I showered right beforehand, I had no product on my skin, I didn’t go out in the sun or exercise afterwards (I went home and put ice packs on my burning skin). I think it was a combination of Julie forgetting to put the cooling fan on and likely using the wrong laser type for my skin colour (they can’t verify as the machine logs couldn’t be accessed). The other members of the team (Teleah, Kelly and Chevonne) have been lovely and following up with me so far but I don’t really have a clear answer about why things went wrong. I’ve been given LED treatments to reduce inflammation, as well as recommended/given specific creams. The pigmentation has improved but still there and I was hoping I wouldn’t still be dealing with this 4months down the line. Update 30/12/24- Chevonne has been saying she would get back to me ASAP every few weeks but I’ve made no further progress in 3 months now - disappointing. Update 17/2/25- still haven’t heard from Chevonne and pigmentation is still there. I wouldn’t feel comfortable recommending this clinic

Positive experience: Had previously attended Laser Clinics Australia, booked in with Australian Skin Clinics during on of their 50% off specials. I found the rooms small, the bed was up against the wall so it was awkward for the therapist to reach everywhere she needed to. The therapist also didn’t move any of my bits to really get all the creases and folds. Will book back in with LCA next time they’ve got a good sale on!

Fantastic experience: Have been going to this business for the past 3 years (when Unique Laser). Have had anti wrinkle injections & laser hair removal. Always amazing professional service and the girls are helpful and extremely knowledgeable.

Negative experience: No refunds allowed… even after feeling pressured to spend $350 on a skincare package and I changed my mind. Everything brought back brand new never used a couple of days after my first appointment. Extremely disappointed and won’t be coming back. Rude and obnoxious staff to talk to about the situation, I left in tears.

Chevonne, Amanda & the team are incredibly knowledgeable about all treatments including laser hair removal, skin peels, micro needling, vascular skin treatments & coolsculpt treatments and I am always confident that I am in safe hands with these girls

Positive experience: sad to say that after 13 laser sessions my hair is still only about 50% reduced. i have darker hair on decently pale skin so should work and it certainly hurt enough times. i wish i had been informed early on that you would realisticly need like 20 sessions to be hair free
