Negative experience: attended this clinic for a number of laser treatments to remove red spider veins on my cheeks. after painful second treatment, I arrrived home to find my cheeks had blistered from the heat but would heal according to the staff i called after sending photos to them. Was offered free follow up treatment to treat the scarring which i attended 3 times with no result, Eventually asked, and was given full refund. However cheeks are now permanently scarred with round indentations from the laser. Very very unhappy. and very noticable. Only staff member who cared was the delightful receptionist who went out of her way to assist. Technican didn't give a hoot.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been coming here for months and this clinic is by far the best laser clinic I’ve been to (I’ve been to a few and had unfriendly experiences with some staff). This particular clinic in oakleigh is so clean, professional and always a quick in & out. Lisa from the oakleigh clinic is the reason I am leaving this review. Lisa is SO fantastic, prompt and professional. She is usually the employee I happen to speak to over the phone and over the course of a year she has always remained exceptional, hard working and lovely. I had an issue with my bookings and what I had paid for. Lisa promptly resolved that for me which was so great to find out at the end of one of my sessions by another employee. Staff like Lisa make businesses worth returning to. I hope her hard work, professionalism and personality is recognised by the business.

I also get my laser tattoo removal done here which I find to be very painful but I have so much trust with these women I wouldn't want to try anywhere else.

Negative experience: I paid for 6 sessions of Laser Facial - Resurfacing & Toning, and was told that it suited my skin. No, it did not. It made my acne worse and I even got lots of milia. Then, I was told that I cannot get the money of the unused sessions back even though the treatment did not suit my skin... Now I am left with lots of milia on my cheeks.

She was very friendly and the work she did on me, I found to be outstanding, as she was very thorough. I’ve been using this clinic for a couple of years now and always had professional and friendly experiences there.

Positive experience: My therapist was kind, professional, very experienced and listened when I was feeling nervous. I've had 3 sessions and my 3rd has eased my worries for future 7 sessions. I'm very pleased with my results so far and highly recommend laser hair removal to other cook islanders.

Fantastic experience: I have been using their services since 2013. And would travel from Pakenham to Oakleigh to use their services. All the beauty therapist are good. But I was lucky that being a reall fus and hard to trust, I had the best therapists Katie and then Ebony. Untill I found out recently she has left the company. Was quiet anxious that i will be with this new person when I had my first session with Amy yesterday. But I would say she has been as wonderful and exceptional and so experienced, was extremely patient with me. It was best experience and services I received.

Negative experience: If there was an option for ZERO stars would have absolutely gone with MINUS!!! Absolutely appalled by the disgusting and rude behavior of staff and management!!! I have been BURNT by the laser here and staff have been trying to not take responsibility for what they did!! Suffered massive first and second degree burns and they blame brown skin for this!!! Really disgusting behavior!!! THEY WILL CON YOU TO KEEP BUYING TREATMENTS FOR THEIR SALES!! *Beware guys* there are plenty of Laser options out there!

Positive experience: Initially this was going to be a 1 star review and I was just waiting until I had finished my prepaid vouchers and then to find a new Laser provider. However the last 2 sessions have turned me around a little. I have actually seen results from my second last session and I actually felt welcome and comfortable in the most recent session. Based on my last session next appointment, it may be a complete turn around and new review.

Negative experience: I’ve been burnt twice by this company.. left scaring on my leg.. they are not thoughtful and understanding about compensation at all..they just say, oh well it happens.. wouldn’t trust this company.

Negative experience: I enquired regarding milia removal and was told that microdermabrasion was necessary and payment was required upfront. $180 later no milia were removed and my skin did not look remotely different. I have since seen microdermabrasion for around $120 so I guess a case of caveat emptor but will not be returning.

Fantastic experience: I’m really glad that the ALSC in Oakleigh was recommended to myself. I have been coming for about a year now and have seen amazing results. Credit to all the staff for their professionalism and making me feel comfortable at all times. Highly recommend.

Went to buy one product n the lady was literally shouting at me “asking whats your name” even though she knew me very well as they called me to treat my pigmentation “which was a tradegdy happened to me from their laser treatment” but they failed to treat back. P.S : Giving to 1 star again even though u guys dont deserve this n also Start respecting people.!! As they pay you guys for their treatments.

Negative experience: I’m with them from last one year and today I called them for booking and the lady told me you used your all the treatments. If we are booked and don’t cancel the booking then the amount you paid to them is useless. Come on, we are not paying you ladies to put makeup on your face. Moreover, I’m not visiting them for sure. Sorry to say but we are not getting money from trees. You guys are even not deserving 1 star. O wow now they don’t like my review. Search by the name of Rehal you will know. I think other people will also know about this.

Negative experience: I have been going here for nearly 2 years now and I have to say that after my session today my dissatisfaction with the staff has been permanently cemented. The staff appear professional but there is a blatant lack of genunity and friendliness in their manner and attitude. Perhaps it is because I look younger and inexperienced, but that does not give them the right to treat their younger clients in a way that is rude and condescending. After my prepaid sessions expire I will cease treatment with this clinic as, quite frankly, it is not worth the money.

She talked me through it, and was very calming when i was concerned it would hurt. Great results also! I will definitely consider trying other types of treatments this clinic has
