Fantastic experience: I recently had eyelash extensions done by Nicole and she did an absolutely amazing job, they looked fantastic and I received so many compliments the next day. Unfortunately, I had a bad reaction to the glue (something I’ve experienced in the past), and this time it was worse than usual. I reached out to Nicole late at night and she responded straight away. She even went above and beyond by opening the salon early the next morning to remove the lashes and refused to accept any payment for her time. Her kindness, professionalism, and genuine care for her clients really shine through. It’s rare to find someone so dedicated and willing to go out of their way to help. Thank you, Nicole, for such wonderful service, you truly care about your clients and it shows.

Fantastic experience: I went to see Nicole for the first time after having my lashes done (tint and lift) elsewhere for a little while now. Nicole listened to my concerns re previous experiences and showed genuine care. The studio is beautiful and she did an amazing job, extremely happy!!! Such a pleasant experience.

Negative experience: I chose this salon based on the excellent reviews and drove quite a distance to get there. Unfortunately, I was turned away because I arrived 5 minutes late. The owner decided to take her next client, who was early, instead of honoring my booking. While I fully appreciate that schedules matter, I found it disappointing that such little flexibility or understanding was shown.

Fantastic experience: I had such a wonderful experience getting my lash extensions with Nicole. She did a fabulous job – the lashes look so natural and I’ve been getting constant compliments on how beautiful they are. The service was professional, friendly, and surprisingly relaxing (I actually fell asleep!). Nicole was absolutely lovely and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Highly recommend!

I booked there and then to have the service done that week and I could not be happier with the result - just brilliant! Great shape and colour, they really enhance my eyes. Fantastic experience: I had my brows microbladed and ombre shaded by the talented Nic. Nic was warm and welcoming, highly professional, with an eye for creating a brow shape unique to me. We took before and after photos which Nic kindly sent through to me. Nic was open to brow inspiration I had and explained the different techniques available. Nic made sure my local anaesthetic cream was on my brows for plenty of time before starting the treatment. The treatment was painless and I left feeling confident with the after care of my brows. I really enjoyed both treatments and I highly recommend Nic!!!

After having breast cancer and going through all my treatments and reconstruction I didn’t think I needed to have nipples it was just another procedure and I thought I’m done. After meeting Nicole and getting to know her she told me she also does nipple tattooing. I decide to let her give me nipples. It was the first time visiting the salon and Nicole was so friendly & welcoming & I felt so at ease as soon as I met her she made sure I was comfortable when laying down as I am 18 weeks pregnant.
