Fantastic experience: I visited for the first time today and I can confidently say they’ve got a loyal customer in me! The space is beautifully designed, warm, and relaxing from the moment you walk in. Every detail, from scent to the welcome tea and music, sets the perfect vibe. The treatments were outstanding. The staff are professional, kind, and just lovely to be around. I had my teeth whitened and couldn’t believe the value, under $200 including a take-home care kit! The results were instant and I’m honestly so impressed. I had other treatments, I felt so pampered. I also had my brows done, which is something I’ve never really done much before, but the lovely lady made me feel completely confident. She clearly knew her stuff and absolutely nailed it, I’m obsessed with how they turned out. I don’t think I could trust anyone else with them now! She also wanted to know exactly how I felt about them and listened to my feedback throughout the entire process. Everything was so well priced and the overall experience? 10/10. Can’t wait to come back. A great experience.

Negative experience: Beware this company will keep your credit card details and charge you the full amount if you cancel an appointment or fail to attend. If there is an attempt to resolve the issue by the customer they will simply ignore phone calls and emails.
Unfortunately you did not show up to your appointment and without any communication or explanation as to why. You were aware of our Cancellation Policy below when booking the appointment and agreed to the terms. We did only charge you the deposit in this case not the full payment and offered that if you rescheduled we would take the deposit off the total service for you as a once off good will gesture. You refused this proposal.
At Feather Brow and Skin Clinic, we value your time and appreciate your support. To ensure we can provide the best service to all clients, we kindly ask you to respect the following cancellation policy:
1. Appointment Changes & Cancellations
We require at least 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling. This gives us the opportunity to offer your spot to another client.
2. Late Cancellations
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee of the booked service(s).
3. No-Shows
Clients who do not attend their appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the service fee.
4. Deposit Policy
All online bookings will require a non-refundable deposit to secure your appointment.
We'll always do our best to accommodate where we can. This policy helps protect our time and allows us to continue giving every client the care they deserve.

Negative experience: This company shows a complete lack of professionalism and I do not recommend them. They scheduled something I neither requested nor agreed to, charged me $200 for this unrequested service while I was traveling, and did not reimburse me. When I returned from my trip to resolve the issue, they stopped responding to me.

We had you booked in on the 11th of July for a brow lamination, it was at this appointment that you scheduled the tattoo appointments before you left the clinic.
The $200 charge is your deposits for both your eyeliner and brow tattoo appointments, to secure your 4 hour booking with us.
We have a policy that is stated on our website and booking platform that the credit card details are taken for security of the appointment and explaining that failing to give notice of any changes for anything less than the required notice means your deposit will be forfeited. You are well aware of this policy from your past appointments at Feather.
We blocked out 4 hours for your tattoo appointments and you failed to give any notice at all of your intention to cancel and instead you just didn’t show up to your appointment.
The deposit policy has been created to ensure that small business owners are not left paying wages with no clients at the clinic and unfortunately this happens far too often. It is also in place to ensure fairness to all of our clients that are on a waiting list for an appointment considering how busy we are. When people don’t show up and don’t give the courtesy of any communication, it means that we are unable to offer that time to anyone else at such short notice.
I have been communicating with you through emails for the past few weeks and have offered to rebook you for the services that you requested on the 11th of July, I have advised you that I will take off the deposits that you forfeited from your total once you rebooked the services, which I wouldn’t usually do but I have tried to be understanding that you decided to go on a holiday and forgot to cancel your appointment with us.
It is disappointing to see an unfair review given due to your lack of communication regarding your appointment especially considering I have stepped out of my cancellation policy to try and help you and accomodate you in this instance.
If you really feel that this is worthy of a 1 star review due to your lack of communication regarding your appointment then you may need to evaluate your perception on how your actions may affect small business operations in the future before booking an appointment.
As mentioned in my email to you, two weeks ago I am more than happy to honour rebooking your appointments and will take the $200 off of your service total, if you wish to take me up on that offer then please contact the clinic so we can organise this for you, otherwise we wish you all the best.

Fantastic experience: I have found my “eyebrow lady”! Gipsy was so caring and attentive from start to finish. I told her my experiences from past brow techs and she actively listened and took on board everything I was saying. Fantastic experience: Had my eyebrows micro-bladed by kiiara and was very nervous about having them done.She made me feel relaxed and talked me through the whole process and put me at ease. I love my eyebrows and get lots of compliments about them and how they help define my face and the colour is great. Also had massage with Gypsy which was so relaxing . Fantastic experience: I got the lash lift and natural brow sculpt duo package and I LOVE the results.. the staff are super lovely and she was giving me honest opinions on what will give the best outcome to my lashes and brows. She seemed to genuinely care about making the results as perfect as she could and made sure I was comfortable throughout the process.. She was so lovely and super talented!! Fantastic experience: I absolutely love my new eyebrows! My eyebrows were over plucked as a teenager and never really recovered and as I got older they were patchy. A friend had her eyebrows tattooed at Feather and Brow and was happy with the result so I gave it a go. Amy was so professional. There was minimal discomfort and I’m so happy.

Fantastic experience: Honestly love coming to Feather and Brow. I regularly get my brows done here (every 4 weeks) and I can’t imagine going anywhere else. Kiarra is my brow tech and takes the time to check in with me prior to each appointment for the look I am going for. She maps out my brows and then carefully trims and plucks where needed. I always feel amazing after my appointments. The salon is calm and relaxing and I’ve never felt rushed through an appointment (which I feel is a a great point of difference). Love the easy chats we have during our appointment and recommend the location to anyone who asks.

Positive experience: The people are super nice. Unfortunately I have quite long eyelashes and when I got them done here they used the incorrect size tube for my lash lift and now they’re curled over on themselves and kinked. Disappointed with the result. I mentioned when booking the appt to use the largest size and unfortunately this wasn’t done. Very nice service and accommodating but disappointing lash lift results, especially as you’re stuck with it for at least 6 weeks. I mentioned this at the time and she just said unfortunately there was nothing they could do until they were due to be done again.

I can assure you that since I have taken over Feather in 2024 we now have only senior stylists working at Feather and our Lash lifts are on point, always! Fantastic experience: I have loved every second of every one of my treatments at Feather so far. I have never experienced customer service like this. I am made to feel incredibly comfortable and welcomed at every appointment by every staff member that I have interactions with and it is an environment where I can truly relax and enjoy my treatments. Fantastic experience: I had my first experience with Ceri on Friday and I was amazed with my results. She was so lovely, I felt comfortable through the whole thing. Fantastic experience: I used to be so self conscious of my eyebrows, I overplucked when I was a teen so I had gaps and inconsistent growth; but after my final appointment here, I feel SO confident in my brows.
