Fantastic experience: I just got my eyebrows done by Nikita and it was an amazing experience. She was very gentle and gave me information on what she was doing. She is also a great conversationalist!!! On top of all that, my eyebrows look amazing! I had the brow lamination done and dye done. I finally have full eyebrows! I feel like such a baddie! You can't touch me. She is so good at her job and she listens too. I had a lot of concerns haha but she treated me really well and I am absolutely in love with my eyebrows. Thank you Nikita!!

Positive experience: This four-star rating is primarily for Narges and the fantastic work she did on my eyebrows. She was a blessing in disguise, and I feel terrible for her because she had to face my frustration when I was not informed of the change in artist. However, Narges did a superior job, and I'm grateful to her and I am glad that I decided to get my brows done by her. I would give you a zero for poor/lack of customer service. Basic communication and transparency are what drive the globe, let alone business.

All the staff are so lovely and they have always gone above and beyond to help me achieve the look I've wanted. Fantastic experience: Hey team, I'm a bit late to the table with this one but I couldn't let Camila's incredible work go by unrecognised. I booked in at your Newstead salon on Thursday 29/02/24 at 7pm. I just wanted to say Camila was amazing. From start to finish I felt comfortable and listened to. I have a fairly high stress job and as much as I love it, by the end of the day my social batteries can be a bit drained. I felt bad for being so flat and exhausted at my appointment and explained to her that I'm usually a lot more bubbly and chatty. She was amazing - not an ounce of judgement and she made me feel pampered from start to finish. I could absolutely tell she understood. It was comfortable silence and exactly what I needed. Again, as much as I love people, sometimes even I get a bit burnt out and I felt bad not being able to interact a bit more but this girl just got it ❤️ She is a beautiful, kind soul and I don't want her work to go by unacknowledged. Also my brows looked AMAZING!!! I will DEFINITELY be back ❤️ it's actually time for a touch up soon

Negative experience: I was extremely disappointed with the service and the amount of times my appointment was rescheduled. I was even more disappointed when I arrived at my first appointment to not have the master artist that I had booked into but instead my appointment was placed with an apprentice artist. On top of all of this I had to go back three times to have my brows evened out as one was shorter then the other and now that they have settled down the colour isn’t correct for my skin tone. I found Medilux to be impersonal and not interested in looking out for their customers best interest. I personally would not recommend this company.

Fantastic experience: I first had my cosmetic eyebrow tattoo performed at Mediluxe in October and was so happy with the results. I went for the eyebrow follow up / touch up late November and was met with friendly staff, and an aesthetically pleasing atmosphere. The technician each time (and they were different) was kind and explained the process each step of the way and was able to recommend follow up beauty treatments that would keep my brows looking fresh. I recommend Mediluxe for their cosmetic eyebrow tattoos becasue of the service and compliments I get on the feather technique.

Fantastic experience: Where do I begin? The whole experience was beautiful. My brow artist was Dion and he was truly amazing. He fully included me in the consultation process, taking the time to understand exactly what I wanted (and didn't want lol) which I really appreciated. Negative experience: Really disappointed in my micro blading experience and the response I got when I spoke up. My brows look like they haven’t even been touched and they have gone a grey colour. I emailed about my disappointment and wasn’t met with much care of really offered any options other than to come back and pay more money to have it fixed (which I don’t want as I am worried I’ll just be left in the same position). I paid money for something I was so excited for and it was money wasted. So sad as I was so excited and chose this business over others for its reputation.

Negative experience: Got my eyelashes done and asked for classic. Instead i got hybrid lashes and I had to get them removed the next day because I was so embarrassed and had them done by a different business so it ended up costing me $300+ for simple lash extensions. Unimpressed

Fantastic experience: I got my eyebrows touched up with Katie and she nailed them. I gave her some feedback on how I wanted the shape fixed up from my first appointment with another girl (who also did a fantastic job, but I just wanted the shape tweaked slightly) and she checked off exactly what I wanted. Not to mention the service here is amazing. All of the ladies are really warm and friendly and extremely attentive. Feeling very happy with my brows :)

Jordan is very thorougher, friendly and an absolute pro at what she does...couldn't be happier. My eyebrows are perfect..life changing to say the least, now I don't have to worry about them smudging and saving costs in eyebrow pencils is a bonus. Fantastic experience: Thank you so much Mediluxe for my eyebrows. I had Charlotte who worked on my eyebrows with the feather and cosmetic combo and it was amazing. Obviously, I was a bit sceptical because I have drawn my eyebrows for so long and use to the shape that I drew myself but I knew it was never balancing my features and I am so happy with my brows now, trusting the whole process and definitely so happy with charlottes work. I couldn’t fault the service I received from when I walked in to when I left, it was definitely worth it.

Negative experience: Really disappointed with the results of my eyebrow micro blading I treated myself to prior to my 40th birthday party. The ONE THING I asked the technician to focus on was reducing the appearance of my high arch. She actually did the OPPOSITE and made the arch HIGHER than my natural shape. 2 months post treatment and its very visibly evident where the tattoo is sitting above my natural hair. I did express my concerns immediately following the treatment and was told that in order to reduce my arch, I would need “botox because my eyebrow muscles were too strong….” All fair and well but did they have to make my arch higher?? Bitterly disappointed, worst outcome of any beauty treatment I’ve ever invested in. Didn’t book touch up appointment as I did not want them working on my eyebrows anymore.

Fantastic experience: I attended Mediluxe because I got a really good price through a Facebook marketing campaign. I'm glad I picked this place. I was very nervous, but my fear was outweighed by my annoyance at doing my brows daily. I booked with Slava who is amazing at what she does, her technique is very precise and she takes time to fill in the brows without hurry. If you want natural and well shaped brows book with Slava. I also had a chance to go for the correction appointment and she was able to make my brows even better. Go for it, you won't regret it. Only negative is the location, doesn't matter what day of the week you end up coming, there's no parking. Give yourself a 30 min heads up to drive around looking for parking.

Fantastic experience: I booked in with Mediluxe for eyebrow microblading following a recommendation from my lash tech. Seamlessly booked via instagram. I thought I should drop a few lines to review a couple of standout highlights of my personal experience. *There is a lot at stake when you permanently tattoo anything of any kind on your face being the first point of focal contact. Liesl gave a new meaning to the word “grand master”. Liesl had world class skillage and I could really feel the artisanal professionalism in her hands. Something not just achieved overnight. Finely honed craftsmanship like an artist painting on canvas. Absolute immaculate skills ( I had been told this by my lash tech). You can imagine the investment into training. Colour match, hair strokes…phenomenal. *The procedure. 10/10 for the mapping and basically a visual outline of your eyebrows. If you are worried about the pain factor - Liesl was very gentle. *Communication. Once again paying homage to Liesl. Eloquent, clear and well versed; at all times throughout your appointment you are fully informed of each step. Right from the moment you are warmly welcomed at the reception; you feel right at home. Truly lovely personable service. A few points too on the Mediluxe clinic. It was immaculately clean and the cooling was comfortable. Love the cushion under the knees. Tasteful decor and modern fittings - right on trend. I’m a big believer in details and the Mediluxe team delivered in spades. I believe Mediluxe is the brain child of some behind the scenes production. Well executed concept, incredible marketing on social media and hard working “hands on” approach in business - there’s no stone left unturned. There was free parking nearby in the shopping village on James St. Paid parking was also available in a side alley. This was the only thing I hadn’t realised and would recommend to plan to arrive ahead of time to avoid anxiety attack Thank you again Mediluxe. You are a rare and epic find -worth every penny.

I booked in to have my eyebrows permanently tattooed, however was very nervous and had no idea which technique I wanted. I was lucky to have charlotte as my artist, she was so lovely and explained everything to me so clearly. She answered all of my questions in detail and gave me her professional opinion on technique and colour choice. She was amazing at putting my nerves at ease. Fantastic experience: Great experience having my eyebrows done for the first time. I was nervous (it is my FACE after all!), but I was well looked after and reassured and the result is even better than I had imagined.

Negative experience: I have been a client of Mediluxe for over a year attending the Wynnum clinic. I was very happy with the service, especially with Jordan’s as she was not only very professional but friendly. Once they closed I was forced to change clinics to Newstead were there is no parking and is difficult to find park on the road. I had booked and paid a deposit, to proceed with my scheduled lash lift and brow sculpt. I had to cancel my appointment of 1pm as I had to stay back at work. So I called as soon as I found out which was 7:30am, nobody answered. I called back at 11am were Tina answered the phone and pretty much said I was lying in trying to call at 7:30am to reschedule as she insisted that there is always an answering machine. There wasn’t, otherwise I would have left a message. Then she proceed to let me know that my deposit would be lost as cancellation fee, when I was rescheduling, not canceling. And I got told I had to repay a deposit again to reschedule. So I would have ended up paying $70 extra for having to work. Tina was rude by having a very condescending tone of voice to explain their policies. Customer Service was thrown out the window. I was happy to reschedule and keep my appointment but I should not be punished for having to work and not being able to attend the appointment. They just lost a loyal client, and have been added to the list of businesses who rip people off. Bye Mediluxe.

Fantastic experience: So happy with my featherbrow tatoos! Mediluxe has the most beautiful studio but, more importantly, the very best service and results. Liesel took the time to consult with me to ensure the outcome of my procedure would meet my expectations- which were actually exceeded! Highly recommend.
