Positive experience: The service and everything is great. Place is neat and tidy but when I was getting my nails done, the lady kept telling me repeatedly my choice of design was too complicated and unpractical. And too long. The design was not too complicated nor too long at all. She kept (quite repeatedly) saying no one gets nails like this. That was quite annoying.

Fantastic experience: From the moment I walked in the door I received a warm welcome by Nurse Juliette. It was comforting to be given the time to go through each treatment and have an answer to all my questions without feeling rushed. She listened to my concerns and showed genuine care about what I was hoping to achieve. Her knowledge and confidence especially when talking about treatment for my face was reassuring as I have been unsure about antiwrinkle injections. I instantly felt at ease and will definitely be back. If you are looking for an honest, caring and gentle nurse, I highly recommend Juliette for your treatment. Thank you for looking after me I really appreciate it

Fantastic experience: My Honest Review: Beauty Avenue is the best. i’ve been going to Beauty Avenue for a couple of years now for full leg waxes, g-string wax and lash lift and tint and they always do me so right. A few months ago I had an appointment that didn’t have my desired results (not like i’ve usually got before from there) but after a phone call with the lovely Jess she understood where i was coming from and the situation was rectified. I will never stop going to Beauty Avenue, the beauticians are so friendly and professional and everything is clean and of high quality. Dikshya and Nina are the best!! Their attention to detail and care leave me so satisfied!! I couldn’t recommend Beauty Avenue more You ladies are the best ;)))

Fantastic experience: I recently went to Beauty Ave for waxing and was really impressed. The salon is beautiful and really welcoming, the staff were kind and friendly. The waxing room had soft lighting, was nice and warm, some gentle music and scent. The waxer was super gentle and checked in multiple times to make sure I was comfortable / the wax wasn’t too hot / I wasn’t in pain. The after results have been great and I will definitely be going back.

Fantastic experience: Dropped in for the first time did not have an appointment but was served straight away by the salon owner. Made to feel very comfortably, nice surroundings and walked away with beautiful toe and finger nails. Thank you will be back.

Negative experience: Had my brows tinted and waxed, told the lady I have old micro blading and asked for a tidy and to keep my brows thick and fluffy, especially on the ends. She then proceeded to trim my brows and wax the ends off, disregarding everything I had said. The tint only lasted a day. My lip didn’t even look like it had been waxed at all. The lady was silent the whole time and there wasn’t even any music on. Won’t be coming back

Positive experience: Had an appointment for manicure and pedicure today, seeing great reviews I was really excited. Atmosphere was great. I spent there 2hours, glad I brought my own water. As much as pedicure is done nicely, I can't say the same about manicure. Starting from young girl (I though she was an intern, but shes actually employed to do facial) she tried to shape my nails, which didn't need much of work, because I do them quite regularly- she managed to do all uneven, each nail was different in shape and length (this was fixed later by other lady). I love the nail polish colour- the only reason why I will keep it for a few days- no longer as it already look like I had it done a few weeks ago. 70$ for all, I don't think I will come back. Edit (I was asked to remove this opinion. However, I think I'm rather to stay true and show final result): Salon owner called me after 2days, she was nice and apologetic about the quality of the service and booked me for the next day to fix it. The appointment was OK, and nails were kinda fixed- she said it happened because pink lacquer consistency is creamy and requires more time to dry before putting the next layer of sparkly lacquer. Can't tell if it's true as whenever I do my nails at home, such a reaction never happens. Added picture of new nails two days later (the pic with greenery in background). I'm not fully satisfied with the final result. I appreciate the fact that she put her time and tried to fix it. However, I'm going to do my nails on my own today again. In addition, my skin around nails was never in that bad condition - I personally blame the nail polishing step.

Fantastic experience: Always a treasure to come here for waxing! I came here as a beginner and the team were so lovely! They have specialist waxers to do Brazilians who take care and can be as chatty (or quiet) as you’d like to make you comfortable. Booking process is easy via the website and also gives great visibility over pricing etc. Highly recommend for anyone starting their waxing journey!

Negative experience: Visited during the day of the week. There was only one female technician doing the nails. I think she’s new she looked nervous and slow in the process.. didn’t look like professional or not yet knowing what she’s doing. She defo needs more practice. And the owner and her was finding my past client detail on their iPad. It took. The good 3minutes just to see when I have visited last time. Not sure that matters much but overall, not a good experience so I probably won’t go back.

Positive experience: Came here for a facial and lash lift +lash tint (but i think i only got the lash lift) because my lashes aren’t tinted at all. Also some of my lashes are burnt

Positive experience: The salon itself is beautiful and very clean however I’ve had better shellac pedicures elsewhere. The shellac has completely peeled off my toes in just over a week of getting them done. When I normally get a shellac pedicure it stays on until it grows out and I get them redone. Probably won’t be going back

Negative experience: Went for an eyebrow wax and got told I should fix multiple things on my face. The wax also gave me pimples. Asked for a light spray tan and got a very dark orange one.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely love the team at Beauty Avenue. In the lead up to my wedding, I was there so frequently it began to feel like home and every single service was flawless. Brilliant SNS nails, the most comfortable teeth whitening, and the facials, oh my goodness! I really appreciate how much Jess and her team of experts prioritise the treatments that are right for you, never pushing an upsell or encouraging you to do anything that isn't the right service for you. Trust me, you can look no further for beauty experts than the team at Beauty Ave!

Negative experience: Unfortunately despite the many positive reviews, I had an awful waxing experience with Beauty Avenue. I have been waxing for many years, so I know what good and bad waxing is like, and it was very clear that the young woman I had was not well trained in proper waxing technique. Despite me expressing on multiple occasions she was causing me severe pain by not stretching my skin as she waxed, she did nothing to rectify it, eventually just saying it was too hard which is plainly absurd. It was so awful that I ended up requesting another therapist to finish my wax, to whom I expressed how upset I was and showed her the extensive bruising that was already showing on my thighs. Atop this, I have also just been left with a significant amount of missed patches. I luckily checked and asked for her to come back and touch up, however even after this there were patches left, but at this point I was so over the whole experience I just wanted to leave. This was all noted at the time and the second woman did apologise however all I was offered as recourse was a 10% discount (less than they offer if you sign up to their newsletter). Given the circumstances I feel this is a simply unacceptable. I left in shock and reached out to the salon immediately after expressing how upset I was to pay over $100 to be injured, however 4 days later and I have received no response. All in all, very disappointing, will not be returning.

Negative experience: I am extremely disappointed with the service at Beauty Avenue. It is priced like a fancy salon but the service was sub par. The ‘spa pedicure’ was over in less than 30 mins and the facial was ok but the therapist spent most of the time putting on product and then leaving the treatment room. I expected a lot more for the price .
