She is warm, welcoming, and thoroughly explains the whole process which helped me make an informed decision on which package to choose to get the best results. Its obvious that she is very knowledgable and passionate in her field. She took the time to assess my teeth, and even remove a few areas of plaque that would impact my results. She has a gentle chairside manner also unlike some dentists/similar that can be too rough. And the icing on the cake was the little goody bag I left with which included a few things which helped with the aftercare - written instructions, sensitive tooth paste, toothbrush, mouthwash, vitamin e oil, a melting moment cookie, a white kitkat, and even a little perfume sample. I'll definitely recommend her and return if needed in the future.

Fantastic experience: Dani was very considerate of my individual needs, and when I told her I had experienced significant sensitivity following whitening in the past, she devised a treatment plan to reduce the risk of sensitivity while still achieving a good whitening result. I was very pleasantly surprised to find that I had very little sensitivity in the following 24 hours, and I didn't feel the need to use the desensitising paste or any other pain relief. This was certainly a better whitening experience than I’ve ever had in a dentist’s office, as well as being great value!

The service itself was very comfortable and relaxing. She made sure to thoroughly explain each part of the procedure before going ahead with anything, and also explained what was happening step by step so I would not feel startled or uncomfortable. She took my appointment an hour before her usual opening time so that I could make another appointment on time later that day. She also took extra time before the whitening to clean some of the front teeth so that the treatment would have the best results possible. Such a low price considering the professional level of service. Her expertise as a dental nurse really shows through and her level of care for her clients is commendable.
