Healing on Spring

Negative experience: Nobody showed up for 9am Sunday class and we all had to leave. We tried to ring the business but no answer, sadly no response was given either when I tried writing to them online. Hopefully it’s not a common occurrence. Thanks!

Fantastic experience: Healing on Spring is a wonderful sanctuary in the heart of Bondi Junction. The team have created a very special space - they genuinely care about their clients and make you feel welcome. The classes are small so you get plenty of teacher attention which I like, and the space is clean throughout. I have done pilates, sound bath class and also the redlight body therapy so far and loved it. I've studied dermal therapy and can feel the benefits of the redlight, energising cells. Highly recommend this place!

Fantastic experience: Had a fantastic massage with kristina today. I’m very particular in the way I like my massages. Kristina was excellent the massage was firm and very satisfying. All the tension from back has gone. Definitely worth booking!!

Fantastic experience: Stumbled across this place a few weeks ago whilst on holiday. Headed upstairs to ask a few questions about contraindications, etc. Wasn't able to proceed with treatment however the owner and his colleague couldn't have been more accommodating of our questions and generous with their knowledge sharing spending 15+ minutes with us. The passion was obvious, they were really honest and it was clear that they know their stuff. Hopeful that their business shines and appreciate the time spent to educate myself and my husband. Thanks guys.

Fantastic experience: Pilates with Jacinta Volpe- absolutely incredible class. This is honestly my new fave Pilates, especially with the addition of the LED light. I just did a whole body workout with her and every bit of my body felt amazing after. She gives efficient progressions and the most wholesome moments of mindfulness to begin and end the class! I would HIGHLY recommend.

Fantastic experience: The place is quite new and the concepts it delivers fairly unique still atm in sydney. There are only a few places that offer red light therapy in excercise I've come across, but first one that's offererd sound baths and meditation in small classes. I'm not really one that's into meditation, still find it boring. But the red light therapy I do really like, and I did walk away feeling more energy.

Fantastic experience: I couldn't recommend this place and red light therapy any more highly. Ben the owner is incredibly knowledgeable, makes you feel at ease and is warm and welcome from the minute you walk in. I started going here post collarbone surgery to help heal muscles, scars and to relax. I've also been trying to relax more to assist digestion and absorption of iron. My scars after just 3 weeks are barely visible, I feel calm, relaxed and it's boosted my mood and energy levels. I can't wait to try the red light therapy and yoga / meditation classes. This is a great little gem that more people need to know about!

Fantastic experience: Such a beautiful space. I went in for the full body red light therapy and the Dermalux facial, and left feeling so relaxed. They offer lots of little thing to elevate the experience, like collagen shots, complimentary skincare, relaxing music and vibration therapy. The owner Ben mentioned they will be offering yoga sessions and meditation under the red lights too, I'll definitely be back to try that out soon.
