Marianna is a gem and a valuable representative for the business. She was empathic and thorough which I much appreciated. The app is very easy to use and as such, in-person appointments are minimised which makes it all very convenient. I had some glitches with timely communication through the app but nothing that could not be accommodated by picking up the phone. Dr Anderson’s oversight ensured the results were perfect. Fantastic experience: Super nice staff and easy treatment with at home application. Felt super fast and feel so much better after. Only issue was having to wear the same aligner for over a month due to them being booked out (gets kinda gross). Overall I’m very happy I went with them to get my teeth straightened!

Negative experience: Unprofessional, sad in how this business is run. I had a more in-depth review but they complained to Google and had it removed. So although these people took my money and didn’t finalise or prioritise the service I paid for they will take the time to remove my review. They only care about face and not yours. *call Invisalign direct to see what care plan you have paid for. 5 year care plan means Invisalign won’t charge all star for more aligners if you need them for 5 years from contact being signed.

Invisalign and the process at all star was so easy and smooth sailing! I only had to go into the clinic a few times and the rest was done at home!! Negative experience: Save your money and go somewhere else! Iv paid $8000 for Invisalign’s, and the results are not what I expected. I have now gone to a new orthodontist and he is shocked with the work that has been done. They said I needed a front tooth pulled to have the treatment which I did ( in good faith that they knew what they were talking about) ,they filed between my teeth only to find out that they have left steps where they have filed , my teeth are not symmetric because of the front tooth being pulled out.(which I now have to get fixed) The staff are rude and don’t expect to actually see the orthodontist at every appointment. I was very excited to get my teeth fixed because they where a big insecurity of mine so I went to the closet orthodontist and now I wish I did more research on who to go too….

Fantastic experience: I’m super happy with the end result of my treatment from beginning to end. It was a smooth process and what I liked about it was: they’re very responsive, virtual weekly scanning through a scan box saved me time, convenience with being close to home, my teeth are aligned after 8 months, and current staff now seem to be much friendlier than the initial staff at the beginning of treatment so that’s a plus. Fantastic experience: I had such a great experience with the Allstar team. They made my whole Invisalign process very easy and I’m so happy with my smile now. Fantastic experience: My daughter’s teeth were over crowded and turning in and we had put off getting work done because we were moving around. After 3 months on her aligners we could see some beneficial improvements and the pain that she had before starting had subsided. We have now completed her course and she now smiles confidently. Negative experience: Would not recommend this orthodontics at all. When I first started my treatment with all star, I was told 14 weeks of 7days with each invasilyn even have it on paper. Great I thought my journey had started. After finishing my first 7 weeks treatment, I had arrived at the Albany Creek clinic to pick up my next 7 weeks invasilyns. As I went in for my appointment, one of the girls had realised that they had left my invasilyns at the other clinic and asked could I pick them up in the morning. Which was a problem as I had moved to Bundaberg this was not possible as I was driving back that day. And I offered to go pick them up that day but the clinic would be closed by the time I'd make it over, so that wasn't an option (which you think it could of got someone to stay on to accommodate their mistake) however the orthodontist examined my teeth and said I need new retainers and that it would be a month til they are ready. So I went back home, to arrive a month later, to be told congrats to my last day of treatment. Excuse me, I have still 7 weeks. Anyway Orthodontist wasn't there. Tried to get in contact with him by phone to be told he'd ring back, which didn't happen til I got back in contact after they reopened after lockdown, and finally rang back to say my teeth most have moved from then til now. I was like I rang a week after the day of my last treatment and messaged too. It was obvious I wasn't going to get any help. I contacted the ombudsman, and because when you start the treatment we sign off that we will be satisfied with what the orthodontist is satisfied with, there is nothing I can do and that if I wanted more treatment from them it will cost extra. Which doesn't make sense because of course I was going to sign, he is a professional orthodontist I trusted him and why would I have to pay extra when I paid 4000 for 14 weeks treatment but only received 7 weeks. How do they know my teeth could have been perfect if the 14 weeks were received. Anyway I just think if your going to get work done, be careful and go somewhere were the orthodontist is going to be at all your appointments, even the consultation because All star doesn't have that. And you deserve the best for your teeth. Anyway here is my before and after. Which to me, I can still see my two front teeth overlapping which was the reason I got invasilyns was to get them flush with each other. (zoom in) Anyway lesson learnt.

Fantastic experience: The professional, genuinely personable and gentle orthodontic treatment received from Dr Mike and his team at Allstar, made the two year journey to a ‘healthy and aligned smile’ absolutely worthwhile. After a thorough initial consultation where all options were explained, it was clear that treatment using Invisalign would provide more comfort and a more discreet method of bracing for my overcrowded and narrow bite. The practice staff provided explicit information regarding the cost of the procedure and billing schedule so that I was able to make a fully informed decision regarding my health fund contribution and out of pocket expenses. Throughout the process Dr Mike sort feedback and made many adjustments in order to give me the best possible outcome. As a mature age patient, I was particularly concerned with establishing and maintaining the high quality oral health, thus avoiding dental stress in senior life. Dr Mike offered education and advice in the practicalities of oral health which supported my inquiries and health goals. It is without hesitation that I recommend the Allstar Team.

Negative experience: Easily the worst service ever. If you’re a new patient you can get an appointment same day. If you’ve already signed a contract be willing to have to wait months for your appointment. Then when you book an appointment to collect your aligners, 1 month in advance, they’ll call you 10 minutes before your appointment, when you’re almost there, and cancel because they forgot to bring your aligners to the correct location. It’ll then take several more weeks to get another appointment. Also, don’t expect to see the orthodontist at any of your checkups. And when you request to see him because you’re not happy with the fit of the aligners he’ll blame you and say it’s because you don’t eat with your aligners in. Which Invisalign clearly advise against doing.
Fantastic experience: All star is amazing and the staff are all so lovely! My treatment took 18 months and I’m so happy with how my teeth look now. They are also offer super flexible payment plans which made it a lot more affordable as a student. 100% recommend!

Fantastic experience: Amazing Service here! Before my teeth were a horrendous mess. Serious overcrowding and overbite. After a year I have perfect straight teeth and I've never been this happy. It's such an awesome outcome. The girls here are extremely nice, quick and efficient. Appointments are extremely easy to make. Fantastic experience: Just finished treatment which I'm thrilled with and can smile with confidence at nearly 48. The cost always prevented me from continuing but the smaller payments made this easily. Sending updates electronically and not having to dash to appointments makes this easy too. Would advise anyone to go ahead and do it!
