Fantastic experience: I have been coming here for over a decade. Still happy. A great treatment begins with a thorough consultation and then execution of the treatment. I was well taken care of and will continue to visit this clinic.

Positive experience: I have been to the Reservoir clinic for a few months now since being transferred from Moonee Ponds but have been a long time client with ASLC. My regular consultant, Michelle has been amazing in looking after my skin treatment needs since the move. She listens attentively to my concerns and takes great care in addressing them. I absolutely love the cleaning ritual she does every time to prep my face for the laser facial! I highly recommend Michelle to anyone looking for pampering and valuable advice on skin treatments.

Negative experience: There’s recently been a change in management here and with that has come a shift from customer focus / care to a focus on upselling and money grabbing. The technician who handled my most recent appointment and who I won’t name is extremely self absorbed and unprofessional which is a stark contrast to what I was used to before new management came into effect. For the reasons above and others I have not mentioned I will not be returning here again.

Negative experience: Never got anything done only consultation left feeling worse than I came in suggested treatments were thrown at me in a rude way which isn't right. Educate client before saying what you think they need ask the question have they heard of this ect.... this was years ago and still put off.

I had fibroblast plasmas pen treatment at this clinic with great dissapointed .thought I do my research on the treatment I was horrified of results ..i was offered a refund .i requested qualficated of person who performed treatment on me.i had no response from manager. I'm scared .

Maria was patient, easy to to talk to, understood my needs, and was also very gentle, and made sure to ask if I were in any discomfort throughout the session. Maria is a great professional, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. This is a clinic like no other! It’s clean, tidy and the ladies here are kind, and care to listen to my concerns and issues. And their response has always been positive, helpful and supportive - never rude, or arrogant. In the past I have attended other Australian Laser clinics, but never again! The only one is Reservoir .… it’s the best! Thank you, ladies for being amazing!!

Negative experience: Staff have always been lovely in person and the treatments are professional and on time. But I will never understand why they continually sell packages to people when they can’t provide appointments? I waited patiently many times after all the lockdowns and for things to calm down and was finally able to get through a course of laser hair removal. Although a few patches have been missed often. I understand staffing shortages and getting back on track after being closed. But as I was aware of this issue, I made sure before pre purchasing a round of sessions for face, Brazilian, full leg and underarm again that there would be availability to book in, I was assured things were better now with more staff hired. So I tapped my card and paid over $1000 again to a business, that can’t provide a service paid for! I rang to make an appointment and I can only have my face done in 3 weeks! Not even all areas. Just a quick 10 min appointment is all there was. So I said it wasn’t good enough and I’ll have to go to another place and the response I get is “well we are busy, you need to book in advance” yes I understand that, but you can’t sell people a service they can’t use and have to wait months for an appointment. I was told at my last appointment it was fine to book closer, that I didn’t need to book then as I am now sporadic and not on a course of laser hair removal every 6 weeks anymore. So I think it’s fair to be disappointed when trying tobook. I don’t think Destiny’s phone manner was very professional and I didn’t need her tone telling me “well it’s because you aren’t available” when I am available any evening after 5:30 or any Monday all day, I’d hardly say that is no availability! Apparently you need to book months in advance to be able to get your legs done being a longer appointment. So why take pre payment and say it will be fine?! Deception! So now I’ve paid and I have to go and book and pay again at another laser therapy place closer to home. What a waste of money, so frustrating :( I think I should be provided with a refund!

Fantastic experience: The treatments are effectively done only with great results. The stuff… very friendly, great communication, smiles on your way in and out. Very professional & great with their scheduling to best suit their clients. Personal experience; when I came in for a newly treatment I had a mini anxiety attack and one of the staff member had assisted and calmed me down, providing more than what is expected in her role and making me feel comfortable.
