Negative experience: I bought six sessions and got canceled day before my appointment and now can not contact them or get in touch with them. Unbelievable

Negative experience: Sell you a laser packages then shut the doors. Weeks after. Completely unprofessional way of doing business. Can't even redeem the packages at other Australian Laser Clinics. Doesn't make any sense. Very frustrating especially after a client for the passed 5 years. No customer loyalty whatsoever.

Negative experience: No way they’re closed!! I have another 4 session with them which I have fully paid for!

Negative experience: I've been going to this clinic for over 10 years and always found them to be great and Jennifer was amazing but I had to stop going July 2024 as my mum got sick subsequently passed away and my life spiralled down for many months. Then a few weeks ago I tried to book and discovered thru another clinic they have tanked. They held my bond which I've lost. I'm going to Hillside now and Mini was fantastic today and gave me a great rate not as good as I was getting but very close. This is unfortunate and I feel for those clients who have lost significant financial losses. Surely there is insurance in place to compensate?

Negative experience: As per recent reviews I am waiting for my money back. Business supposedly gone out of business after selling gift cards just months prior!

Negative experience: Some people received at least notification that their appointment was cancelled. I arrive for my appointment and the business is closed with a fake number on the door. Also tried to upsell my service the week prior. Unbelievable

Negative experience: Edit: as the other reviews state, this business stole our money and went out of business. I disputed the charge with my bank and was able to get the money back through the bank after many failed attempts at contacting this clinic, head office and surrounding aust laser and skin clinics. What an absolute joke!! I won’t be going back after I’ve completed my prepaid sessions. My phone number was incorrectly recorded after initial consultation so after taking time off work for my second laser facial session when I got there I was told the clinician had called in sick and the foot pedal for the machine was broken. Annoying but they offered a free dermo needle treatment. Calling back to reschedule they’ve told me the whole laser machine is broken (not just pedal) and I can potentially go to another clinic. I don’t have time to go out further and take more time off work for this treatment. Not only that it’s coming up 2 months between treatments and for optimal results there should be no longer than a month between treatments. I feel I’ve completely wasted my money on that first treatment and having to pay for everything up front really locks you in. It’s giving scam and shambles.

Negative experience: Not answering phone calls and no email explanations to why all contact is ignored when prepaid session packages are paid for

Negative experience: Echoing the sentiment of all the recent reviews, this clinic is currently being handled by Kennedy Ryan Advisory (an insolvency advisor), but sent around false communications (attached) claiming to be under new management. I made multiple efforts to contact them following zero attempts from their end to reschedule an upcoming appointment, only to realise they have closed and are holding at least $400 of pre-paid sessions that they had “strongly” encouraged me to purchase at my last appointment (back in early Feb). Beyond having lost such a significant amount of money, the lack of transparency from the franchise has been extremely upsetting - I would not recommend using this chain of clinics in future (as I’ve heard from other frustrated clients that the same has occurred at the Mornington store).

Negative experience: This company is MOA and have my prepaid service fees!!!!

Negative experience: Was called on a private number from "head office" that the place was undergoing renovation and would be open within a week. When I asked if there was a change of ownership, was told by "that's probably right" (wtf?!) Now the location isn't listed on the website anymore and they have my money!!! Would like to know what is going on.

Negative experience: Extremely poor experience. Business has gone into administration yet told clients that they are ‘changing management’ and ignored all emails and calls.

Negative experience: Have you guys run away, with everyone's money!! Why do you not let your clients know what is going on,. A piece of paper on your door, and not answering calls!

Fantastic experience: I have a lot of anxiety with injections or needles in general and can often turn into an actual ball of tension during treatments. It makes me more anxious knowing I’m like this, however, Monica was sooo kind and patient with me. She guided me through each procedure with care and empathy. I was so impressed and can’t wait to go back.

Negative experience: Rescheduled my appointment to 12th of July at 1:25pm and when I showed they had forgotten to confirm it. I had driven all the way from Bacchus Marsh and no empathy or solution provided. Seems once they have your money in advance you are treated with poor service.

Positive experience: The staff were welcoming and friendly- the procedure was seamless and very well explained- it was on special and i received a third off the price. Unfortunately, I got a parking ticket which voided the discount- information on parking options on the email would help as I had a 40 min procedure but was gone for 1 hr 15mins and only saw 1hour parking. Note: the inside of my lower lip was burnt quite badly - it’s 4 days later and I have been unable to put anything slightly salty or acidic near my mouth - I could feel this happening in the second half of the procedure but was alone in the room for the whole time.
