She is an absolute artist and the time spent in her place is nothing but relaxatio even for an anxious person like me! She makes your eyebrows shape and colour matching you so well, the effect is just natural and bold in the same time. Also, I never had the lashes laminated before either but now I am a regular knowing I am in the safe hands and the results won't let me down! Negative experience: Went in for an assessment to find out the full procedures for basic frown lines, and slight cheek uplift and was inquiring about services for gentleman. Was difficult to obtain the answers I was seeking!!!. The Lady on duty was evasive and I was told to call in again as there was an 'appointment' arriving alleged.Went back twice again "closed for lunch" went back fourth time same old same old was attempting to find out about whom would do the procedures if I was happy with requested answers!!. That's not quite the way to make a potential client satisfied. Cosmetic services are a tad of a risk if the doctor whom is qualified is not in the studio.I noted the lists of "WE DONT COVER" on this web pages and found myself feeling apprehensive It was NO good going back a 5th time so went else where where the practice was fully licensed and a guarantee offered also. With out all of the Luvvi "WE DONT OFFER YOU." etc etc. More customer walk in skills required and no signs of a practicing practitioner but then again first impressions count and after 4 tries I moved on-wards. No sign of the licenses practitioners on display and certainly on live ZERO information of the "TEAM" at Luvvi.

Fantastic experience: I’ve seen luciana several times over the last few years and I can honestly say she’s the best of the best. I’m always wowed by my brow transformation. I started off with shape and a tint , to lamination design to having my brows tattooed. I also can not wait to try out the hair spa treatment, her new service shes invested so much time into.

Fantastic experience: I recently had the most incredible Head Spa experience, which honestly I didn't even know it was a thing rsrs. I booked in the last minute the Luvvi Heaven one, and I can't recommend it enough! From the moment I walked in, I was enveloped in a serene atmosphere that felt like a true escape from the outside world. The session included sound healing, which was so calming and instantly transported me into a state of deep relaxation. Luciana, the therapist, used a few tools to massage my head, releasing all the tension I didn’t even know I was carrying, and calming my mind. The products used in my hair were not only luxurious but also wonderfully fragrant—each one seemed to have a calming yet invigorating effect. By the end of the session, my hair felt soft and rejuvenated, and my face had an incredible glow, like my skin had been completely revitalized. It was such a holistic experience that nourished both my body and mind, and I left feeling lighter, more centered, and completely refreshed. If you're looking for a self-care ritual that transcends the ordinary, this Head Spa is an absolute must-try!

Fantastic experience: It took me a few seconds to realise that Luciana was actually touching my skin with the needle as I couldn’t feel a thing and the needle was so quiet. Finally, my mind was at ease and I laid back and relaxed through the rest of the procedure chatting with Luciana throughout. After the tattooing was over, Lu made sure that I was happy with the results and advised me on the aftercare and gave me a healing balm to apply to my brows throughout the healing period. I loved my new brows already! Thank you Luciana! You job is awesome !
