I was looked after by Pheobe, who started with a detailed consultation to understand my skin condition and needs. She customized the facial treatment specifically for me, explaining each step clearly. The bubble wash and mixture mask were absolutely amazing—my skin felt so refreshed and pampered. The whole session was incredibly relaxing, and Pheobe made sure I was comfortable throughout. The entire Mandala team is warm, professional, and very welcoming, which makes every visit enjoyable. I genuinely appreciate the care and attention they provide, and it’s the reason I keep coming back. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a personalized and relaxing facial experience!

Fantastic experience: ‍♀️✨ Just tried the PDRN (StayveⓇ Salmon DNA) Facial treatment.‍♀️ Okay, I know it sounds a little wild, but hear me out — this was one of the most nourishing facials I’ve ever had. The treatment uses salmon DNA (aka PDRN) which is packed with antioxidants, peptides, and healing properties. It’s designed to deeply hydrate, repair damaged skin, and boost collagen. And honestly… my skin is GLOWING.

Negative experience: I visited this wellness centre a week or so ago for their “Pamper Spa Package,” and it was anything but pampering. The experience was extremely disappointing from start to finish. The girl who did the massage barely applied any pressure — it felt like she was just brushing her hands over me, as if afraid to actually touch. It was supposed to be a relaxing and rejuvenating session, but instead, it felt awkward, rushed, and completely ineffective. As I arrived end of the day and it was the last appointment and I believe they were rush or something. But I paid 120 $ to get this rushed and not so interested service. The quality of the massage was honestly one of the worst I’ve ever had — no technique, no effort, and definitely no relaxation. I left more frustrated than when I arrived. This was a total waste of time and money. I wouldn’t recommend this spa to anyone looking for a real therapeutic or even mildly satisfying experience.

Fantastic experience: I had skin needling before ages ago but not seeing much results so I think I’d try RF microneedling at mandala.. Steph is really experienced and thorough with her technique. It’s not as painful as pen needling and my face wasn’t as red. I can start seeing results already after just one session. I highly recommend it to anyone who struggles with acne scars or textures

Positive experience: Booked in the facial and massage package for my husband and I. Our experience was ok the staff were friendly. The massages were average, and the facial component consisted of being left alone in a room for 15 minutes with a sheet mask on. I would definitely recommend continuing arm massage or something during this time, so it feels like value for money as I'm able to just wear a sheet mask at home. Overall it wasn't really the relaxing experience I was hoping for.

But I do also love booking myself in for a Hydrabrasion facial (LED Light Therapy) which has treated my acne and blemishes! Truly the girls especially Stephy are so sweet, knowledgeable and caring! I have made a booking for a lynfatic massage with Phoebe post liposuction & tummy tuck operation which I underwent in Turkey in late August 2024 Phoebe was super friendly, highly professional, & so committed to her work. My initial contact with Phoebe was through Google search, this was upon my return from Turkey on the 8th of September this year. I was immensly concerned & worried about the fact on how to manage the manual drainage of my excessive fluid post a major surgery, particularly now that I am back in Australia hence, I no longer have access to the help I really needed from my medical team overseas. I consider myself very fortunate to have met Phoebe at a crucial time such as this who has indeed & right from the beginning been tremendously helpful & a great listener. Phoebe has taken the time to thoroughly explain to me the entire process as far as lynfatic massages, recovery time, & the adequate ongoing care needed. Phoebe has assured me over & over that everything was going to be just fine & has made me feel a lot less concerned & worried & so much at ease. Phoebe has demonstrated an abandance of knowledge in the medical field, her patience & understanding was above & beyond. I highly recommend her services to anyone who is seeking recovery after a surgery she's absouloutly amaizing.

Negative experience: Had high hopes for this place given the good reviews which I now realised are from local guides who they probably discounted services for to leave a good review. I booked for an hour deep tissue massage and paid $59 deposit (half the cost of the total massage) to secure my appointment. The interior of the building was nice but music in the room was not it. It was loud, upbeat pop/punk music with loud drums. Not exactly the kind of music you want to listen to for a massage which should be calming. The massage itself was so disappointing, anything but a deep tissue massage and the kind of massage anyone could do. The technique was just bad like it was done by someone with no proper training and I found myself stressed out by how bad it was and wanting it to be over. She added some hot stones which was the only good thing I could take away from the experience. The massage was over in 40 mins when I had booked an hour and when I raised this they only charged me for 30 mins. Overall disappointing experience and I will not be back for a massage

Fantastic experience: The most relaxing massage I’ve had! I went for the pamper package - it’s normally $219 but they have a sale for 50% off so it’s $109 currently. You get a massage and facial which goes for 60 minutes. The masseuse was amazing- so sweet and caring making sure I was comfortable and the pressure was perfect. It was a full body Swedish relaxation massage and they even use hot stones. Then I had an aromatherapy head massage, a calming and hydrating mini facial, finishing off with led light therapy.

Negative experience: I had the Hifu treatment there. I have seen zero results, I have contacted the salon multiple times and many times with no reply. I am familiar with the treatment as I had somewhere else before and I saw great results. I feel pretty disappointed to pay $500 and being treated like that.

Fantastic experience: I had the 10 step hydra facial with Annastasia and added on the bubble wash and jelly mask. Annastasia did an amazing job and explained every step. I have really sensitive skin so did experience some redness and stinging which subsided throughout the day. Highly recommend visiting especially because everything is 50% in July.

Negative experience: Customer service was good! But the service didn’t target what I asked for which was my congested skin, no extraction were done to clear any congestion under my skill, yer she used the aqua thing but I don’t see the difference from before the facial and after. The whiteheads on my nose are still there too which could’ve been removed fully with some pressure with the flat blade. I just feel like it was very deceiving that my therapist said that the congestion can be removed during the treatment and it wasn’t, my skin looks the same. Do not recommend coming here.

Negative experience: Waste of money. I booked an appointment with them for today which was scheduled at 3:45pm. I arrived at 3:47pm and they informed me that I have arrived late so they have cancelled my appointment. I paid half amount to them while booking my appointment. They were not trying to understand at all.

Negative experience: I had the oxygen facial, process was smooth and my technician explained every step. My face was left very smooth and shiny! However I developed a severe migraine 5 mins after the procedure, I believe it was the LED treatment. I was bedridden for an entire day after this. If you’re sensitive to light, I highly suggest u ask to omit this step from the facial. The process of booking was disorganised, I paid the deposit in cash a week ahead in person and then received a text saying I hadn’t paid and I had to chase this up with 2 phone calls a week later. Initially the person who picked up my call said there was no history of me ever paying the deposit, but this was soon after sorted out on their end. Additionally, the procedure was advertised for $99, I paid $100 in cash but I was never offered my $1 back. Unfortunately I won’t be a returning customer due to these reasons.

I loved that my beautician explained each step as we went along. I had the 10 step Hydra Facial with LED Light Therapy and a Hydro Jelly Mask (60 minutes). My mask contained cucumber and coconut that are both natural ingredients and gentle on my sensitive skin. This mask is added at the end of the session and it helped with soothing any redness and irritation in my skin. The 10 steps of the Hydra Facial: 1. Double Cleansing 2. Gentle Exfoliation 3. Negative experience: "I'm extremely frustrated with the appointment confusion. I waited for a month to get a facial appointment with Steph ( Manager ) , which was finally booked for June 27th. However, when I arrived, I was told that Steph doesn't work on Thursdays! I was then asked to either reschedule or choose another therapist. I'm livid, as I live an hour away and was given these options. This is unacceptable!" My experience was not upto my expectations . I can clearly see on their website that Steph works on Thursdays .I don't why phoebe lie on my face that she doesn't work on Thursdays.

Fantastic experience: I did hifu with Steph over a week ago and so far I love the results. The price is great and the process was nice and simple. The only thing I will say is I think the hifu was done a bit too close to my temples so I had headache for a few days afterwards. The headaches have since gone away but the area around my temple still kinda hurt. Next time I'll let them know not to go super close to my temples. The results look amazing on my double chin.

Fantastic experience: I recently had a facial and teeth whitening service here and I must say I absolutely felt so welcomed when I first walked in the door and I felt very relaxed and I was so comfortable throughout the whole experience. The staff were very friendly and very engaging. The studio and room were so inviting and relaxing. The staff were very clear with instructions and steps that were taking place and made sure I was okay throughout the whole procedure. I really loved my results from the facial, my face felt smooth and more refreshed and rejuvenated. My teeth was so much more whiter then before and I loved showing them to my family and friends. I would definitely recommend and would definitely be coming back here!

Negative experience: Very mediocre. No noticeable improvements after the facial or even in the days after. Service qualify reflects the discounted prices. Don’t be fooled by influencer marketing.
