Fantastic experience: All I can say is WOW…. Fantastic experience: Since having all on 4 implants I have suffered from night time dry mouth. The absolute solution for me is XyliMelts. Better than sprays, gel and mouth wash. Totally recommended. Place adhesive side to teeth for a few minutes and lasts all night

Negative experience: I ordered at another provider and was surprised when I saw house of mouths bottle was smaller but still said 947ml and realised it didn't look like any of the pictures. And the bottle was generic as the real bottle has an indent stamp of closys down the side. I don't know what I've had.

Negative experience: I haven't received my order. The shipping company sent them eveid3nce of parcel dropped with the letter box number blocked and couldn't care less to clarify if the blocked number was my residence number. My parcel is now delivered to the wrong letterbox which I have no idea which one as the number is blocked. Very unprofessional on both sender and shipping company and waste of money.
Fantastic experience: My personal experience at House of Mouth has been incredibly positive. I'm always nervous and sceptical when it comes to anything relating to my health. I had tried the teeth whitening through my own amazing dental practice, but I was looking at increasing the strength of the gel and time was an issue for me. I was attracted to the House of Mouth on Facebook, and after researching the company, and speaking with Daniel, I felt very much at ease and knew that the House of Mouth was a genuinely honest and professional company. Every question I had, was answered very quickly by either Daniel or a member of the Team. I was also interested in renewing the whitening trays, and I couldn't believe how easy and stress-free the whole procedure was. The package I received had step-by-step instructions and before I knew it, I had my new trays. I believe what impressed me the most was the support I received, and believe me, it's ongoing. Negative experience: These reviews are fake, I'm from south Africa and it's been 3 weeks and I still have not received my order, I cannot log in to track it, I've tried emailing yet no response the owner needs to honestly do something about the communication issues and the system as a whole, I'm so tired of emailing I just want my ORDER ASAP OR MY FULL REFUND. Nothing else or no excuses for poor customer service, as we speak I still have my order number yet no order.
Fantastic experience: Amazing customer service (particularly from Lynsey Fairhurst) I ordered from HoM recently and the Aramex delivery guy stupidly threw my parcel behind the wheel of my house mate’s car. He accidentally ran over my parcel not realising. I messaged HoM to see if they were able to get any compensation from Aramex and they weren’t able to but Lynsey still very kindly sent my parcel out again. Really generous and understanding. My first time ordering from HoM and I’m really impressed with the quality of the whitening gel and their customer service.

Negative experience: This has been a total nightmare. Ordered some Gorilla Dental Floss for $5.98 and after I viewed my order and submitted it the final bill added $19.99 for shipping. I have tried to reach them but all you can do is schedule a phone call for more than a week from now. This is ridiculous!! All I wanted to do was cancel my order. I would give them ZERO stars if it was an option.
Fantastic experience: Have an auto-immune problem with my mouth which results in constant horrendous dry mouth, waking me at least 4-6 times during the night with no saliva, mouth like the desert. Bought first pack of XyliMelts Dry mouth melts - absolute life saver. Have been able to sleep through the night using them and am using them during the day as well. Brilliant product

Negative experience: I ordered a product in a large size (59 ml) and paid for it ($45). They shipped a small size (30 ml) They offered to refund the difference in cost ($15$ which defeats the point of buying larger volumes. And would not send another small one to make the correct volume, so that I could use the one I had, because of the difference in price, so they’re well aware of the price differential and therefore why I would have opted for the larger one on the first place. Instead, I have to wait for them to send me my original order, and I have to mail the incorrect order back. So far it’s been 10 days, and still no sign of the second order. They should have sent the right thing in the first place.

In direct accordance with our company policies, supplier agreements, and ACCC consumer law, customers are entitled to a replacement or refund should there be issues concerning its function. In cases such as this, customers are offered a replacement, refund, or store credit should they prefer.

Fantastic experience: Great products, fantastic prices and fabulous service from support staff, I had a issue on how to use a product that I had purchased and sent an email, I received a telephone call within a couple of hours and Daniel was so patient, I have spoken to a couple of telephone support staff and they are so nice,house of mouth is lucky to have such friendly and knowledgeable people.
