Negative experience: Terrible customer service. I ordered this and only recevied a confirmation email. 8 days later still no updates - i've tried to email and contact them via facebook yet still no response. I've had to file a paypal claim. Can't say anything about the product though!

Positive experience: Had a bit of trouble getting my product and a hard time trying to get in contact with customer service but in the end Smile White Co refunded my shipping as it took a while to receive my package. They also gave me extra products to try to make up for the inconvenience.

Negative experience: I ordered on the 4th of may and it never came, got told it would be sent again and now the tracking has been delivered to a completely different address. Have messaged about it like 10 times and still no reply. Terrible costumer service and I highly recommend never purchasing anything from this website

Negative experience: The first thing I say, the customer service is very bad. First I order the product which I received but didn’t include the toothbrush so I contacted them in Facebook via message and they apologies and said will send you when it’s back in the stock after the day was coming to delivered, it didn’t came so I contacted them again via Instagram and they replied but when I replied back again saying this is my order number then after that they didn’t replied even tho I send a text saying any updates? The main part is I have only used twiced the charcoal polish formula since the toothbrush is missing so it’s a whole disappointment! The product is good not saying it’s bad but the impression of brand was not so good and don’t contact me for my order, i will go with Hi Smile, cheers!

Negative experience: I have waited six weeks to be sent my product. After the first attempt to contact this young lady which took 36 hours, I was apparenty sent a new product with a gift for the inconvenience . The package arrived, with only the gift and NOT the kit. Any attempts to contact the owner by either number, messenger , facebook or email were ignored. After searching both her Facebook page, and looking up the web site for a contact I noticed there is no proper business number only a mobile, which she obviously screens and a page filled with innapropriate memes describing how partying on weekdays and avoiding phone calls are two of her favourite pastimes. There is also no ABN listed. When contacting the business registry it seems this business is not registered for GST either. The owner seems to be a young lady in her early twenties completely overwhelmed with being a business owner, no interest in keeping her customers happy, no need for repeat business, no intent to return money paid for a product which in my case I did not receive TWICE and obviously more interested in drinking and partying than working. I see here also that these reviews are mostly written four or nine months ago which begs the question, we're they written by friends or genuine reviews??. And the FIVE preceeding mine seems to have had the exact same issue. So maybe she is still on a bender from last month. But taking money for products that don't arrive, is illegal. So although I would love to give a glowing report on how amazing this product was, I would have to actually have received it and thus cannot review it, only the abominable service or lack thereof . But what I do say, comes with a dire warning to anyone considering purchasing any of her products DO SO WITH CAUTION AND CONSIDER THE RISKS. Personally I consider this to be a sham business, and would not buy from this company in the future, not would I recommend it to anyone. The one star rating was given for the free product which was a charcoal polish and not because it was anything to write home about, but because it was free. I would have preferred the ninety something dollar kit I ordered. There are competitors that can provide the same products. If anything goes wrong, you have no recourse to reclaim either your money or the products you pay for. I will be contacting the taxation department , the ombudsman and the ACCC to make a formal complaint, and may remove this review IF the owner, Renay, decides to do the right thing and contact me regarding this matter. If she can drag herself away from her partying and respond to any of the six messages I have left her over the last week.

Negative experience: Ordered on the 5th of May. I opted for a standard shipping (7-12 days), today 29 May (24 days later), I still have not received the item I ordered. Emailed them for follow up, was asked to open a dialogue on messenger but received no response. Messaged on Instagram, emails and emails, still no response. The customer service is so bad.
