Always exceptional professional service, I always come away feeling relief from tight muscles, and feel very relaxed. Fantastic experience: as someone who has never done any beauty-related appointments by myself, chantilly at toronto has become one of my favourite go-to places, and this was only after one visit. i was taken care of by my beautiful girl abby (love you girl) as my first ever procedure on my eyebrows. it was an eyebrow wax + tint, and safe to say, she not only eased my nerves and made the process seamless, but she did a beautiful job on my brows, and i’ve never felt better about them. she was so easy to talk to, and the entire environment of the salon was so calming and pretty. i’m definitely coming back here :) thank you chantilly and abby

Fantastic experience: The queens of skin & brows! Without a doubt, Clare has my brows and lashes looking their absolute best. The shape is always perfect, and the hybrid tint is spot on every time! A huge shout out to Carly—I’m officially obsessed with DMK! My skin is glowing thanks to the personalised at home skincare routine she created for me, along with the regular enzyme treatments. I love every visit to the beautiful Toronto salon!

Negative experience: Did not enjoy the experience. Unlike many other other there was no pampering and layers of cream to rehydrate the delicate eye area. It was rough compared to my years of experience. Carly should not train her own staff and then trained independent to a degree

You visited our clinic for a brief time 8 years ago. You have since been banned from our clinic for various reasons, including being rude to our staff and attempting to book appointments using different names despite your banned status.
We feel this review is without merit once again. You are not only posting unfounded negative reviews, but you are also attempting to slander our lead therapist and lead educator for this company.
Carly has been employed with us since the beginning. She is not only highly regarded by her clients, myself, and the community, but she is also a university degree qualified dermal therapist. She also holds a training and assessment certification and is, therefore, capable of training our team and is qualified to do so.
I kindly ask that you refrain from writing these types of reviews.

Fantastic experience: Tiff was amazing called in in hopes to get a quik appointment no worries at all she took me straight through for a brow wax and tint,turned out amazing. Back in two weeks for her to tattoo my brows highly recommended

Fantastic experience: this place was so lovely, i’ve been here 2x to get a spray tan done and each time left me with a good tan. recently went here again to get my eyebrows done, i don’t know the ladies name as i was randomly picked a professional however i am so grateful for her knowledge on eyebrows with minimal hair and she has made me feel so much more confident with how she tinted and waxed my brows. will be coming here regularly!!
