Fantastic experience: Absolutely loved my Derma 0.2 facial at Miami Kiss! Sandra and the ladies are very profesional and so welcoming, from the moment I walked in, the team made me feel welcome and comfortable. The treatment itself was gentle yet incredibly effective my skin felt instantly refreshed, smoother, and had a beautiful glow afterward. The therapist was knowledgeable, professional, and explained everything clearly.

Negative experience: I booked to get a BB glow treatment done. The Miami Kiss website talks about how it’s good for covering up hyperpigmentation, evening out skin tone and cover fine lines + wrinkles. However, when I came for my appointment, the receptionist was a bit rude and told me that all a BB glow does is give a makeup glow and will go away within less than 3 days. A BB glow won’t do anything that it claims to do on the website, and isn’t a proper “semi-permanent” treatment either. Other clinics have semi-permanent BB glows lasting up to 6 months. Don’t be fooled by the cheap price, and the receptionist tried to tell me that all of this info was on the website when it’s not. I understand advertising to make something look nice, but this was just misleading and completely wrong. I do not recommend this place at all for a BB glow, and instead they offered me a vitamin C dermabrasion which was the same price, and for anyone whose interested in getting that done as well - Don’t. It’s made not difference whatsoever. I also chose the option for no photos to be taken when I answered my online questionnaire, but yet they still took photos of me on their phone? I don’t understand the point of a questionnaire if you’re not going to even look at it.

Fantastic experience: I have been seeing Sandra and her team since March and it is literally the best part of my week. I’ve recently started working on myself in preparation for an upcoming milestone. I simply could not be happier. In the past I’ve had various treatments done on my body at various clinics and the truth is I rarely get the results I’m looking for or they’ve left me with further disfigurements. I brought a groupon for 1 treatment, as I’m a mum in a budget, and thought I’d try my luck at Miami kiss. I am now regular because I can be, the prices are so affordable (I’m actually shocked at what I’ve spent in 4 months on various parts of my body, skin and face, it has cost the same as just 1 of my sisters treatments). It’s given me hope that I can actually correct areas which I’ve learned to live with for 17 years and may finally have the extra confidence to show them off (they usually don’t see the light of day and now I’m bikini shopping) What really stood out for me is Sandra’s extensive knowledge. She can look at me and tell me with complete honesty what will work best for me and, lo and behold, these treatments have far exceeded my expectations. In hindsight I wished I’d met her before having various surgeries as I truly believe I would have got the results I was looking for to begin with. My experience with Miami kiss superstars has been nothing but exceptional, I must mention the everyone as they are all trained at the highest standards and have each added so much value to my current ‘project’. I must also say, because I do think people need to realise as I have from my many experiences, that we are all individuals, not everything works for everyone, and this is why working with a team with such vast knowledge is important. I have met far too many sales people that have broken my bank to make a buck on treatments that weren’t right for me, or they have been so costly I could never go back for more treatments which is often what you need to do with many of them. Fancy white receptions with overpriced products don’t impress me- knowledge is power and Sandra truly is exceptional and this is rare. I cannot thank Sandra and her team enough for everything they’ve done for me! I will post my photos when I’m brave enough… which won’t be long :)

Fantastic experience: After 1 of the toughest weeks both personally and professionally I purchased a Groupon voucher to have my eyebrows waxed and tinted plus microdermabrasion with Vitamin C and LED light. I had never been to this place before but from the moment I entered I was treated so well and I walked in feeling low but left feeling beautiful and also impressed with the quality of the whole experience. From the bottom of my heart thanks for really making this week end with my skin glowing, my eyebrows looking the best they have ever looked and most important the kindness and care everyone showed me when I came there really turned things around so thanks and I also love that they don’t try to push procedures or treatments on you that you don’t need and instead if you ask a question you are given an answer that you can trust. I can’t recommend Miami Kiss highly enough and I am so glad I have found this place. Thanks for making me feel good about myself and i have never felt so good about my 44yo face

Negative experience: Oh goodness, where to start. Long story short, QCAT found in my favour to refund the $500 deposit I paid for services the business never performed. CUSTOMER BEWARE, it is illegal for businesses to state they do not give refunds. Thanks to me they have had to update their website for this claim. If this business was a reputable business they would immediately refund customers when they cannot perform services, no matter what the business owners’ reason is for cancellation. No excuses, it is what good honest people do. Business must have cash problems if they need to keep customers money. By the way, Sandra is NOT the business owner, her husband Daniel Lusk is. No ABN on invoice, invalid ABN on email correspondence, whata mess???

Negative experience: I was disappointed with my treatment. I have had this treatment before, and it nothing like i had the last time. I was put in a room, and my treatment was explained, I thought i was going to be looked after by one staff member but it wasn't the same person. when my treatment finished, i had to massage the area my self, not impressed. The person walked out and didn't even shut the door so i could get dressed. So understaffed, there were new staff and they didnt really know what to do, and one girl didnt look happy to be working there. plus i was mucked around with my appointments.

Negative experience: I had eyelash lift yesterday but the staff didn't know what she has to do and I wanted only eyelash lift but she made mistake she tried to do lift and tint so she spread a liquid thing on my right eyelash for tint and she found that I didn't order the tint and she wiped the liquid thing my right eyelash and make wet my right eyelash So finally left eyelash is lift up but right eyelash is loose. I can't believe they didn't check what customer order before they start. I said " my right eyelash is loose " but she just excused so I thought I don't want to argue just walk away and I waist my money. They should know if they make mistake they need agree and try to fix it for customer that is good for their business for future.

Negative experience: I had my first lash lift last Friday at Miami Kiss. Not the best experience. She was not very gentle when removing the tape and I was given no after care advice and the end result was very average. My left eye is ok but my right has kinks in it. I am glad that I used Groupon and did not pay full price. Very disappointing.

Negative experience: I received a Scoopon voucher for a 60 minute pure cleanse facial package. The owner was lovely and friendly, with a lovely personality. Unfortunately the facial I received was the worst I have ever had. I was taken into a pleasant, clean room by the lady who was to do my facial. The facial started off quite pleasant. I'm presuming it was exfoliant that was placed onto my face, rubbed around and removed with cold water, no warm water or warm towels. I then had a steamer placed over my face, prior to "extraction" taking place. I was warned that this might be a bit painful, but OMG, the pressure of metal being scraped across the bridge of my nose, and crease along the nostrils was another level! It felt like she'd taken the top layer of skin off. I then had a mask applied, where she then left the room. When she came back in, the mask was again removed with a cold (presuming) cloth. I then had an LED light placed over my face, where she again left the room. The light had been off for around 5 minutes before the lady returned to the room. I had some moisturiser applied, and was told I was done. There was no soft music, warm towels, or anything that resembled what I thought would be a "relaxing" facial. I actually asked for a mirror to see if the surface of my nose was bleeding. I also commented that the "extraction" was extremely painful. To say I was disappointed is an understatement. I had been looking forward to a relaxing facial all week, and left feeling underwhelmed and slightly traumatised. Unfortunately I will not be recommending Miami Kiss to anyone in the future.

Negative experience: I received a Groupon voucher for my birthday for a facial with microdermabrasion, radio frequency, vitamin C infusion and LED treatment. The owner was lovely and friendly, she has a lovely personality. However unfortunately the facial I received was the worst I have ever had. She told me that she is the injector, but wanted to have a “play”. My neck and decolletage was completely missed. Wasn’t even asked to change out of my top. The cleanser was slapped on, rubbed around and removed with cold water, not luke warm water or with hot towels. The microdermabrasion was awful, my skin was not being supported like it should have been. The radio frequency was incredibly painful. The mask was left on while she left the room. When she came back in, the mask was again removed roughly. She again left the room when the LED light was on. It had been off for about 5 mins before a different lady came in, slapped some moisturiser on and said I was done. There was no massage, no care taken. At no point did I feel relaxed. It actually felt like a person with zero training did the facial. There was a ring light right beside my face for the duration of the facial. And no relaxing music, could hear the loud music from the waiting room area. I looked at my face in my car, and there was still mask product left on parts of my face. To say I was disappointed is an understatement. I had been looking forward to a relaxing facial all week, and left feeling underwhelmed. Unfortunately I will not be recommending Miami Kiss to anyone in the future.

Negative experience: My car broke down, so even though I rang to rearrange my spot, they would not honour the Groupon voucher. Never go there unless you want to be disappointed. I will be taking this matter much further. Sadly it's now several months later and I have been permanently scarred by their spider vein treatment. I've had 2 specialist doctors check the area and they where horrified by the damage caused. Possibly with much expense and time, they may be able to fade the scars. Please do not let them scar you.

Fantastic experience: This little gem in varsity lakes is a great clinic. The staff is friendly and very caring, making sure you know what is going to happen and how it all works. I felt super excited and nervous for my first Cryo treatment. It was so fine and I didn’t feel much pain at all while having it done. After Cryo is super important to massage the area treatment straight after you take off the handles and she was on it straight away. I can really recommend this clinic. I’m now curious about the results i guess time will tell. Thank you guys so much for making it such a good experience.

Negative experience: Brought a coupon on Groupon which was a facial pamper package. The extraction and facial steam was not done. Tried to contact shop via phone call and text message and got no reply. As explained this was for a birthday present, so was a big let down

Negative experience: Had eyebrow threading, shape and tint and eyelash perm and tint. Eyebrows had gaps with the excuse its your skin but when further henna added, it worked. Small cut from the threading on my lid. Eyebrows so not shaped and odd. Eyelash tint and perm, still have the glue on my eyes and were really sore, burning when they ripped the tape off. Simply....Don't go.

Negative experience: the worst experience I have ever had in my life, please don’t go to this place, I went there to get a brow lamination, then they convinced me to do a lift lashes. since I arrived, I had a bad feeling, just to see the appearance of the place , you can tell. They ruined my eyelashes and eyebrows, although they returned my money, it was terrible to have my face like that for weeks, even I had to pay in another beauty center so they could fix what they did to me. Please don’t go there, even if seems cheap, at the end you pay more, plus the bad time.
