Fantastic experience: After having quite a severe overbite and overjet as well as crowding for most of my life, the team at Allstar Orthodontics were able to give me a lovely, straight set of teeth through Invisalign. I genuinely feel so much happier because I’m smiling all the time now, and I smile all the time because I feel happier! I even have some faint smile lines and just one dimple now which I absolutely love.

Negative experience: Not super happy with availability and communication here. I was a patient here 10 years ago and my lower metal retainer finally decided to break. I chatted to the reception lady (who was lovely through the whole process) and she recommended getting a plastic mould replacement, rather than another wire. When I went to get the wire taken off they just scanned the teeth and told me that I would get the wire removed when I came to pick up the retainer. Two weeks later on a Friday I was booked in by someone else over the phone to go pick it up. When I arrived I found out that they can't remove the wire except on a Tuesday or Wednesday and that the doctor is only in Fortitude Valley one day a week. Unfortunately I am now going to have to go and pay someone else to take the wire off when it should have been a free service from the people from whom I bought the retainer. Quite a dissapointing service given the doctor is only available once a week. Why have an office in Fortitude Valley if it's not going to be staffed? I have paid a decent amount of money for these replacent retainers, only to have to now go and spend more to get the wire taken off, which is really the main thing I was wanting in the first place! The staff were lovely so nothing against them, but communication was so poor I won't ever be coming here again.

Fantastic experience: I've recently come to the end of my Invisalign treatment and I'd like to thank Dr Mike, Marianna, Millie and the rest of the Team at Allstar Orthodontics for making this such a personal and stress-free process. I spend a lot of time working away, so most of my scans were taken interstate using an app. This was really convenient for me, as it allowed Dr. Mike to monitor my progress remotely and ensure I remained on track. Negative experience: I booked an appointment with Allstar. And I did my X-ray before the appointment as they requested (which cost me $100 at Queensland X-ray ). I was very excited about this appointment because this place is highly rated. But when I attended my appointment. Dr Mike only saw me for 5 minutes in total. He didn’t do any assessment or consultation for me at all. The X-ray was not needed at the appointment as well. I think the reason why I was treated like that is because I told him I also have talked a different orthodontist. I think getting orthodontic treatments is a big decision to make. And it’s reasonable to get some different opinions. Considering the money and time effort I made for this appointment, I’m very unhappy with how I was treated at this place

Negative experience: Dr Mike was completely rude and unprofessional. Was seeing him for a consultation about braces for my daughter. As soon as I mentioned he was 3rd on the list of previous consultations his demeanour changed but especially when I’d mentioned I’d seen a “ dentist “! When I said this “dentist “ had talked about another possible treatment he said repeatedly “ I’m a specialist “! Never once did I question him on being special. I was just asking if this alternative was at all possible. Needless to say he was soon ushering me and my daughter out the door for purely asking a question. All I wanted was a reasonable response to perhaps a silly question. Before we were ushered out I asked him about pricing /costs to which he said his assistant would send me an email with all information. I’m still waiting over a week later. I’m sure he’s a decent “ specialist “ but he isn’t god which I’m sure he believes he is.

The app and at home monitoring is particularly great and allows flexibility in treatment and minimal in-person appointments. Advanced aligner technology also allows you to eat with the trays in so you don’t have to take them out at every meal which is hugely convenient. Fantastic experience: We recently had an exceptional experience at AllStar Orthodontics with my son's orthodontic treatment, using AllStar's recommended Invisalign teeth aligners. Dr. Mike and the staff are extremely professional and highly skilled. AllStar provided a comprehensive treatment plan tailored specifically for my son's needs. They took the time to explain every step of the process, ensuring we were comfortable and informed. The use of Invisalign offered a virtually invisible solution that allowed my son to maintain his confidence throughout the treatment. My son has achieved results much quicker than we anticipated. We appreciated the convenience of remote monitoring; the feedback allowed us to track progress without frequent visits to the clinic. Negative experience: Went in for an initial consult and was happy with the service and suggested treatment, but requested to see modelling showing how / if my smile would expand after treatment. Marianna indicated that they would send through some modelling for me to review and that if I was happy I could call up to get started with the treatment. It's been a month since my initial appointment and I've emailed them several times following up on the predictive modelling to no avail. Based on my experience, I wouldn't recommend this practice.

Fantastic experience: I’m so pleased with the Invisalign treatment I got from Dr Mike and the Allstar team. I finished my treatment last week after 9 months and couldn’t be happier with my teeth. The weekly scans via the AI scan box meant my treatment was personalised to me and I could move to new aligners sooner, speeding up my overall time needing to wear aligners. Fantastic experience: Can’t thank Dr Mike and the Allstar staff enough for my treatment, I came in 21 weeks ago for overcrowding on top and bottom teeth and to correct an overbite issue and couldn’t be happier with the result. Fantastic experience: Allstar has got to be the best place in Brisbane for Orthodontic treatment. I contacted Allstar for my crowded and misaligned top and bottom teeth which I didn’t think could be fixed without an extraction and braces for 2 years. After consulting with Mike who is highly skilled and Marianna who was great to work with taking me through the entire process, I was able to get amazing results in only 6 months of Invisalign treatment with no extractions. I now get comments daily on how great my teeth look and I honestly didn’t think this was at all possible. I’m really surprised and pleased with the outcome. So overall I’m just glad I chose Allstar for my Orthodontic treatment. I don’t think I could have got the same results elsewhere. The Allstar team were very supportive and super easy to work with too. If you’re considering treatment, make sure you pay them a visit!

Negative experience: Very disappointed in my treatment, I now have a gap that won’t close due to this treatment plan. I needed to have shaving done between my teeth, which I thought would be completed by Dr Mike, it was not. This has left me with a gap between two teeth which did not exist prior to treatment. On my last appointment Dr Mike, informed “if the gap doesn’t close then it doesn’t close”. I have gone to get another opinion and this dentist/orthodontist has informed me it was due to improper shaving. I now require this gap to be filled as braces will not close it. Save your money and go elsewhere!

Fantastic experience: when i initially booked in i had been dreaming of fixing my smile for about 15 years. i wasn't a candidate for braces as a kid as the malocclusion wasn't medically serious enough, despite resulting jaw problems. my crowded smile was something that impacted my confidence in a way i wasn't even fully aware of. since starting with allstar (bonus shrek reference) i've noticed a significant shift in how i present myself. i grin openly and often and no longer worry about being caught at my snaggle tooth angle. it sounds dumb but teeth can change a LOT. allstar get that, and their guidance, dedication to service, and willingness to go above and beyond for me despite not being the easiest case to manage have genuinely improved my life.if you're wondering if it's worth it, give them a call ❤️ thank you guys!!

Fantastic experience: I just finished my treatment after one year and I am very pleased with the results and my overall experience! Fantastic experience: Allstar have so great from the beginning of my journey explaining everything in detail so I was comfortable to go ahead with my Invisalign treatment. I really appreciated the convenience of the dental monitoring app as I was able to take it with my travelling and not have to go into the practice to change my trays. Fantastic experience: I cannot simply explain how worthwhile doing my Invasalign treatment with this Orthodontics practice was. I am 24yo. F. and I have never been able to afford dental treatment before in my life. This was one of the best decisions I have made. Doing the Invisalign treatment has been so easy and straight forward. All I had to do was once a week doing a teeth scan and changing to a new set of Invisalign aligners. Then coming in only 3 times during my treatment to get slight teeth polishing. I have now finished my treatment 8months later and I have seen very dramatic changes in my teeth and smile. The treatment helped me by also correcting my underbite significantly that my jaw sits better and I don't have a visible double chin anymore. I feel so much more confident not having crooked teeth and smile anymore. The whole team were extremely professional in addressing any of my concerns and questions. If I could, I would give Allstar all the google stars.

Fantastic experience: I’m absolutely in love with my teeth now!! My bottom teeth were originally so crowded and I had an overbite. Fixing my teeth was always something I wanted to do but I couldn’t afford the full cost upfront as a student but the payment plan here made it possible. The dental monitoring app made the process so easy as I didn’t have to go in as often and it let me know when I needed to change my trays. It’s crazy to think that it only took 25 trays to get my teeth to the way they are now but I’m obsessed. Everyone there was so friendly and I 100% recommend Allstar Orthodontics for anyone seeking orthodontic treatment, especially invisalign. Hardly anybody noticed that I was wearing invisalign and I adjusted to it so easily, didn’t even realise it was there most of the time. Fantastic experience: It was a great journey with Allstar. I am happy with the outcome after wearing Invisalign for over a year. Staffs are amazing, especially Mariana and Amy. Marianna was my consultant, she helped me with her patience and professionalism at every step of the process. She and Amy replied all the questions that I asked on the App and in person, they explained everything in details. I was working in the West NSW during the Covid-19 outbreak last year which at the beginning of my treatment. As my job required that I could not come back to Brisbane at the time to have my appointment as we planned. Marianna helped me to liaise with Dr. Mike, they understood my situation and quickly responded me with a new treatment plan and also sent new Invisaligns to NSW with Express delivery within two weeks. I couldn’t ask for more. I have seen Dr. Mike 3 times as the big boss works behind the scene most of time He is professional and gentle person. I assume he only sees patient when it's required or when something goes wrong. I am glad that I chosen Allstar at the first place, it was a long journey but with an exceptional customer service and good quality products.

Fantastic experience: I had the most amazing Invisalign experience with the team at Allstar Orthodontics! I was initially unsure if I should get traditional braces or Invisalign but Dr Anderson discussed pros and cons of each and recommended Invisalign for my treatment. The results are absolutely amazing! I previously would never smile with my teeth in photos because I was so self conscious, and now I absolutely love seeing my teeth! The transformation has been truely incredible in such a short amount of time (34 weeks). I found it super convenient as a full time nurse, to send scans from home via Dental Monitoring each week. The team were always only a phone call away and checked in numerous times. I could not recommend a better Orthodontist, everyone has been so lovely and really committed to my treatment!
