Adorn Laser Clinic Tattoo Removal & Fat Freezing

Negative experience: I chose this clinic due to its convenient location, but unfortunately, I regret not traveling further to see a more experienced practitioner. I booked a 30-minute electrolysis session, which was extremely painful. After the treatment, the area was significantly swollen and took about a week for the swelling to subside. It then scabbed over and remained inflamed for nearly two weeks. Despite following all aftercare instructions provided, my skin became scarred and appears to have been over-treated. Since then, I’ve consulted with more experienced practitioners who confirmed that the area would have shown clear signs that it needed a break during the treatment. They noted that the settings should have been adjusted or the work spaced out more carefully to protect the skin. Unfortunately, this wasn’t taken into account during my session, leaving the health and integrity of my skin compromised and injured. Would not recommend at all.

Negative experience: Refusing a two day expired gifted Groupon. Seriously. Thanks very much. In response - why are you offering this only after a bad review and not when my gift recipient called you explaining her situation (ridiculous even having to "explain") and practically begging to have a service provided that had already been paid for? All your people showed was greed and zero goodwill and were totally unreasonable. She doesn't want your services any longer and neither do I. You've just lost some customers. It doesn't hurt to be decent. Try it.

I could immediately tell the difference in the removal process with instant reduction in ink to the treated areas compared to the clinic I visited in between my first and third session with Adorn. The service is great and the staff honestly do not fail to make you feel comfortable and acknowledged the moment you step through the entrance (which honestly isn’t as common as you’d think with beauty/laser clinics these days). I ended up adding on an extra service (fibroblast plasma for x1 mole removal) upon my last visit and cannot wait to see the healed result.
