Fantastic experience: I visited The Teeth Whitener today in Subiaco and the whole experience was fantastic!! Staff were so friendly and welcoming as well as experienced!! I had an awesome massage chair with whole body massage whilst getting my teeth whitened. The therapist was so gentle and explained every step whilst showing literally how to put different items into the mouth to ascertain the best option to whiten my teeth. Also on tv screen was comedy show which kept me entertained every 20mins x4 with the treatment going on. Very clean and tidy so overall a great experience!! Definitely recommend this venue for anyone wanting their teeth whitened by 10-20 shades with comfort, friendly service and sanitised place!! ❤️

Fantastic experience: Warm reception on arrival, conveniently located, super comfy massage chairs. The teeth guard/restrainers used are nice and soft and far more comfortable to wear than the hard plastic ones used in other places I’ve been to. I went for the Ultra treatment (4 x 20 mins) and hardly noticed the time go by in my comfy chair, watching old eps of Friends on their plasma screen. Time and effort was spent to take before/after pics. I was also given a special list of ‘white foods’ to eat for the next 2 days. (No other place has ever asked me to do this. So I probably never got the best results in the past). In great, knowledgeable and friendly hands. Looking forward to my 6 week final follow up

Negative experience: Appalling! ***please note the business response contains false and inaccurate content Really aggressive emails and a threatening dialogue with respect to the charging and keeping of fees. Two appointments were booked on Tuesday evening just past. The first one was for a family member which was completed yesterday. I needed to reschedule my appt for today after hearing back from my dentist this morning (called Wednesday afternoon), requesting I delay teeth whitening session due to its ability to compromise the procedure they carried out three days ago. I immediately called The Teeth Whitener but they failed to answer. I called once more, emailed and then also texted. *** Booked Tuesday evening, called dentist Wednesday, heard back from dentist Thursday morning and called to reschedule) They have kept my 50% deposit ($107.50) despite my attempt to respectfully request a new appt time. They also said if I did want to change my appt it would cost another $50. If I had proceeded with the treatment it would have voided Vaneer adhesive and compromised specialist treatment. Had I been aware earlier I would have rescheduled sooner. I am not in the business of playing around with people’s time. I can not recommend this service. All amounts have been disputed with my bank. “…The offer to reschedule your appointment and prepaid deposit for a rebooking fee of $50 is rescinded until such time as that review is removed. Feel free to get back in touch if there is anything further I can help you with.”

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear that you were disappointed with our customer service. At our clinic, we strive to provide clear and transparent booking terms to ensure a smooth experience for all our clients. Our policy, which is clearly outlined on our website and agreed upon at the time of booking, requires 24 hours' notice for any appointment rescheduling. This policy allows us to manage our schedule efficiently and keep our services affordably priced.
As a small business, we operate on very tight margins, and last-minute cancellations can significantly impact our ability to provide high-quality services at such competitive prices.
In the instance of your appointment today, you have advised us that 4 days ago (on Monday) you had some veneers regrafted. You then made a booking for your teeth whitening treatment with us on Wednesday. You detailed in email correspondence to us this morning that you called your dentist yesterday, who advised you that you need to wait 7 days from your Monday procedure before having whitening done. We didn’t receive communication regarding your request to reschedule your appointment until 90 minutes before your treatment time (which was also outside of our clinic opening hours). Had you advised us yesterday, after speaking to your dentist, that you needed to reschedule your appointment, there would have been no charge.
We do understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, and in your case, despite being outside of our standard policy, put in place to protect our business, we offered to cover most of the costs of the missed appointment by only charging a $50 rescheduling fee, and transferring the rest of your prepaid deposit to your next appointment. This is in line with our commitment to working with our clients whenever possible.
We genuinely appreciate and respect your need to prioritize your dental health. However, we also have to uphold our policies fairly for all clients to ensure the sustainability of our business. Had there been an earlier confirmation of your dentist's advice regarding your veneers, this situation could have been avoided.

Fantastic experience: Arial was amazing! I was very nervous to have teeth whitening done as I'm 68yo and thought I may not get a good result, or I may experience sensitivity. Arial was very patient and kind and answered all my questions. She explained every step of the procedure and was very thorough and gentle. The massage chair and watching a few episodes of Friends, helped to settle me down and pass the time. There was no discomfort at all and I'm very pleased with the result. Negative experience: Awful experience! do not get teeth whitening here! Stuff are unexperienced and teeth looked very patchy afterwards.
This is a completely untrue and unfounded claim. This never happened. You have been harassing and threatening our staff for a week now to try and recoup payment for a service that you are not entitled to. As you are aware, and has been explained to you on multiple occasions now - Once started, part way through your treatment, you opted not to continue on with your treatment due to your implants/ fillings. The process of whitening composite and porcelain material was explained to you upon arrival at our clinic. After which you chose to proceed with your treatment. Our business has already incurred the costs of this treatment, as majority of the products and materials are single use and cannot be used on another person. We graciously offered and applied a 50% discount off the cost of your treatment for you as a good will gesture. You are not entitled to a refund of the monies that were paid for the treatment that you had. We will not be giving you a refund of any description at any time. You have been reported to Google for making false allegations and misrepresenting our business. If your false claims, allegations and defamation of our business, along with threatening and harassing our staff continues we will take legal action against you.

Fantastic experience: I was extremely pleased with how white my teeth turned out, even after the first 20 min application. The process was simple and I just sat back in a big comfy recliner and watched a movie, albeit through the red safety glasses. I have sensitive teeth but I was able to have the highest setting without a problem. One tooth twinged on the final round and my teeth ached a few hours later so I took some Panadol, but the following day there is no pain. It was a minor discomfort for such a wonderful outcome. Overall, the service was friendly and professional at The Teeth Whitener.

Fantastic experience: My partner and I visited for our first ever teeth whitening experience and our expectations were certainly exceeded! We were cared for by Elle who was absolutely incredible! It was fairly busy/constant with 4 people in chairs at all times so she didn’t stop! Her organisational skills in tending to everyone’s needs in a timely manner, all whilst being personable and with a smile, was so impressive! From the moment we walked in, we both felt comfortable with Elle and knew we were in safe hands. She thoroughly explained everything to us every step of the way and was very knowledgable. We will absolutely be booking in with Elle again, no questions asked! The clinic itself is so fresh, vibrant and very clean! The massage chairs were amazing, so comfortable and paired with the TV and wifi, made the whole process fly by! As for our teeth whitening results, we couldn’t believe just how big of a difference there would be! We are obsessed! There were literally no negatives at all about the whole day! Fantastic experience: I've never had such white teeth since I was a child. The difference only after 2 treatments is incredible. Yesterday someone toke a picture of me smiling and my teeth were so white on it. I love it. I'll keep visiting this place for follow up treatment to keep the great results. The young ladies who work there are so attentive and helpful. I highly recommend this treatment. It works like a miracle

Negative experience: I booked this place due to its high ratings a number of weeks back . The lady was very nice and pleasant throughout and took a before photo while showing me my current shade . When I was finished my 20min ×4 she then took an after photo but didn't show me it upon checking out but just said I moved 10 shades down . I should have asked for the photo but I just said to myself I'll check it when I'm home and going by the reviews it should be good . To my surprise the results were just useless Unfortunately. They just looked like they had been brushed and despite eating white foods for two days they looked the exact same . Really disappointed and annoyed the fact I payed $199 for something that gave me 0 results . I'll be booking into a dentist to get them professionally whitened. Yes a one star may seem very harsh to leave on a business but I think its justified when you get no results while spending my hard earned money.

We are saddened to hear that you are not satisfied with your teeth whitening treatment with us. The finishing shade is ALWAYS shown to the client at the end of every treatment. Once the finishing shade is determined by the technician, we always show every client their starting and finishing shades on our shade guides for comparison. Your starting shade was a 32. Treatment results vary between clients, and on average our clients achieve between 6-16 shades whiter in their first sitting (this information can be found on our website). You achieved 10 shades whiter during your initial treatment, putting you on a shade 22. Unfortunately when starting on a shade at the darker end of the scale, more often than not, more than 1 treatment is required to achieve results at the brighter end of the scale. We always suggest 2 treatments for ultimate results, as per the information on our website and was suggested to you post treatment, while explaining your aftercare instructions. Cosmetic Teeth whitening is a process, and the results achieved during your treatment were in our expected range for a first timer to teeth whitening. Unfortunately our result of 22 after your first treatment, while an improvement, is not a ‘white’ result. We find it very disappointing that at no point during the 4 weeks that have passed (between your treatment and you leaving this review) have you contacted us to discuss your feelings/ results. Your before and after pictures could have been made available to you, upon request, at any time and have now been text through to you. Your claim that no results were achieved is simply, absolutely not true. We have never, not once, in over 2 years of business, had a client get no results. It would appear your expectations exceeded what could have realistically been achieved within one treatment. Unfortunately it is not possible to go from a shade 32 to a 2 in a single treatment. As always, our staff provided the best service and results possible.
