Negative experience: I had been customer for at least 5 years. I missed appointment which is my fault because I was extremely unwell: I was charged the full amount despite the fact I had been loyal customer and most times the place is running 5-10 mins late. I asked management to call me to discuss a few days later and they didn’t bother. Obviously customer service is a low priority.

Fantastic experience: I just had a haircut and beard trim. I actually hate getting my hair cut. Small talk kills me, and the results are usually a hit or miss. And with long hair and a big beard- my hair is basically 90% of my look, so it's a big deal to me! But Jordan made me feel comfortable and didn't kill me with small talk or make me feel uncomfortable for not wanting to talk. And the best haircut I've had in years.

Fantastic experience: I've always struggled to find somewhere I feel comfortable getting my hair cut, not fitting into either the typical barber shop vibe or the salon environment. This place has a perfect mix of modern, fresh, and aesthetically pleasing, while still feeling masculine. More importantly, the staff are incredibly friendly, down-to-earth, and really care about making a connection with you, not just cutting hair. In saying that, I really loved the cut, and it was exactly what I wanted. This is the first barber I'm actually excited to go back to.
