Fantastic experience: The best thing about the ladies at FaceClinik is that things are not pushed on you. I find they have a conservative approach to injectables and lean to enough and not over. I have always found that my goals and concerns are listened to and most importantly no matter the length between appointments, remembered. At the beginning I questioned if it was enough? Trust the process, when settled it was exactly what I was after.

Negative experience: Extremely disappointed to get in the chair for my infection to be told a different price. Truly grateful this happened before my procedure but not happy to be quoted incorrectly. No other products were offered for the amount I was quoted, just a refund. I travelled to the Blue Mountains, taking a day off for this.

The one thing that has been consistent from the very beginning is how attentive Kelly and these girls are! It honestly feels like you are apart of their Face Clinik family! Kelly addresses any and all concerns I have with the most care. She is full of advice, expertise and knowledge, she doesn’t try to sell you anything or any treatment that she wouldn’t personally have herself, or any that you do not require. This is my favorite thing about Kelly and her team, because I feel safe and reassured in their care. No matter where I’ve lived, locally or 2.5 hours away, they are always worth the trip! Fantastic experience: I can't recommend the team at Face Clinik highly enough! As someone who recently moved the the area, I was nervous in having to find a new beauty 'team' after being with my therapists for nearly 10 years. The 5 star reviews encouraged me to try Face Clinik but 'the Kellys' and the gorgeous front of house team have what's kept me coming back. Personalised care for my needs, all with grace, great humour and complete professionalism is what to get time and time again. I'd suggest making them your 'team' too!

Fantastic experience: Kelly is the best!! I have been going to Kel for roughly 5-6 years and in between I have tried other places that are a bit closer to me, but I always end up going back to Face Clinik!! It’s an hour drive for me but always worth it. Can’t recommend her enough ❤️

She confirmed everything the did and ran me through the process to see if that worked for me. Everyone was so kind the workspace was so clean, smelt so good and was such a pretty atmosphere overall. I was reassured about any issues I may have to come straight back and see the team, I was told the different options and they recommended half instead of 1ml and I absolutely love my results!!! She was recently honest about having a new machine for laser hair removal that is significantly more painful than the last. I found this to be true and even though Kelly had offered to refer me to a different place that is less painful, I chose to stay just because of how lovely the service is here. The service you get here is truly priceless. I feel safe here—an important factor when choosing to have any part of your body lasered. I won’t be passing that up any time soon.

Positive experience: Jodie was amazing, very informative and knowledgeable. Jodie made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in and put me at ease being my first time getting injectables. It’s currently day 6 and I’m yet to see massive results but hope over the next few days this changes. So far my overall experience has been good. Edit: I received a message 2 weeks after I got my crows feet injected to see how everything is which I provided photos that it didn’t work, they were able to get me in 1 week later for a top up and used a different product. 2 weeks later they again followed up and it somewhat worked a little but nothing drastic. I was booked in for a top up of that product, and here I am day 8 and I feel that it’s not really done much. I’m so disappointed that the products aren’t working for me or maybe I’m not being given enough units to notice a massive difference
