Fantastic experience: My experience with Mel was fantastic. As someone who tends to get anxious around new people, especially during a waxing session, I was pleasantly surprised by how comfortable she made me feel. Mel was incredibly gentle and frequently checked in with me, asking, "How are you feeling so far?" Her efficiency and care were impressive, and I left the appointment with a smile and a sense of pure joy.
Negative experience: I got a lash lift, I didn’t have certain expectations but they did not turn out how I expected. My natural lashes are pretty long and are so much longer and look so much better when I use my eyelash curler compared to this lift. There are also some lashes on my left eye that remained untouched and are not lifted. The only good thing about this place was the beautician she was very lovely and welcoming but the lash lift was worse than I expected. — I left the salon “satisfied” because I was trying to trust the process. Considering all of your other reviews you guys can’t seem to take contructive feedback. Definitely wasn’t worth my 70 dollars for the 30 minutes I was there. Will NOT be returning.

Fantastic experience: Mel is always the best. Starts and finishes on time! You won't feel the pain while waxing session as she tells stories. Clinic is really clean and has good ambiance. She has candles too!! Can't wait to be back again. Thank you for taking care of me for more than a year.

Fantastic experience: I had the best experience with Melanie & trust you will too! I was super nervous as it was the first time ever getting a Brazilian done and she made it so comfortable, conversation was flowing I was so relaxed I didn’t even notice the pain . Her in home salon is stunning and online booking system was so easy and straightforward to use. Easy location to find and get to, also your in and out within the estimated time frame too. I appreciate your work Melanie you’re amazing!!.. Ladies even the fellas you won’t be disappointed!!. .
Positive experience: Overall a good experience, the beautician was lovely and a great chat, but I was left with a semi-incomplete wax and had specs of wax left on me when I left the appointment that I had to (painfully) pick off. I also was incredibly sticky which I have not had at other salons. There were still 5 minutes left of my appointment time, and the beautician had been a few minutes late, perhaps a more complete job would have been done if utilising the full time.

Fantastic experience: Got a full body tan before my wedding, called in2bronze before to ask the best time to get tanned before the wedding, the person I was talking to was so polite and answered all my questions. When I arrived for my appointment to was amazing, beautiful place, warm welcome. I explained I hadn't had a spray tan before and she talked me through everything, made me feel very comfortable, and suggested what tan to get for my wedding to get a glow effect. Fantastic experience: Amalia did some eyebrow and upper lip waxing as well as eyebrow and eyelash tinting. She was really gentle and spoke me through the whole process. I was worried about the tint being too dark so she left it on a shorter time to ensure I didn’t panic when I saw it. Very happy with her treatment. Thanks Amalia.

Negative experience: First visit was good and the lady was really friendly and did a good job of my wax, that is why I've given 2 stars. a year later, I was 7 minutes late for my appointment which fair enough as per t&c I wasn't entitled to a refund. I was booked in for a 15 minute slot for a treatment which took more than that the first visit. The person texting me was just incredibly rude, condescending and seemed extremely happy taking my money (with costs of living so high at the moment, I'd at least make an effort to not sound this way) and not offering at least to have my treatment minimised, which it could have been. Also do not go off the information on the website as it is all wrong. I understand that I agreed to the terms and conditions but the attitude from whoever texted me was unacceptable. Maybe she was having a bad day.

Lets walk through your feedback and explain that. 1.You said a year later, I was 7 minutes late for my appointment which fair enough as per t&c I wasn't entitled to a refund. —You were 12 mins late we saw the time when you messaged and said im here can you help and we still couldn’t see you on our camera. 2.You said I was booked in for a 15 minute slot for a treatment which took more than that the first visit. —As per terms it says if you are late you lose your appointment as we are booked back to back our system is designed to make money and help the consumer timing is designed to help the consumer get what they want and the business to be able to profit so we can have more money to hire more workers and keep expanding and help other consumers in another suburbs. Without money we can’t help. If we had no one after you we could have helped out. The 15 min slot you were booked for is not 15 mins from when you decide to walk in. Its from appointment start time and we dont understand what the last appointment has to do with this time round. Last year you came you got your service done and you left on time and it did not take 30 mins but each to their own. 3.You said the person texting me was just incredibly rude, condescending and seemed extremely happy taking my money (with costs of living so high at the moment, I'd at least make an effort to not sound this way) and not offering at least to have my treatment minimised, which it could have been. —We can’t offer to help you with anything for 3 mins left, again sorry but if cost of living is high please dont make bookings take care of the important things. The person texting you was just stating facts. When someone is upset and will not give up and understand what’s happening everything that is said will be come across sounding rude. We give the best of the best experience but when terms Are not followed the person has a bad experience thats not on us. We give 2 hour email to say you should start leaving and a 24 hr notification to let you know about your appointment. We have a set type of rules as we are an online platform not a walk in service and we are very clear and transparent on the booking system before you book. We show videos of our place on website, we show prices, we show everything so you have all the information. 4.You said also do not go off the information on the website as it is all wrong. I understand that I agreed to the terms and conditions but the attitude from whoever texted me was unacceptable. Maybe she was having a bad day. —when you book it clearly says please make sure you are happy before booking please ask questions before you book, the terms you read and accept are the true terms and correct terms you did accept them but you defiantly dont agree so you possibly shouldn’t have not booked if you are 5050 on terms. She wasn’t having the bad day “HE” was having a fantastic day doing what he loves running a business and thinking of new ways to help melton community with what we have to work with until we get more workers then we can buy more cool things to make the salon more better say a receptionist even. *Ok now thats all out of the way we deeply feel sorry for how you feel going out of your way to write a review even tho you agreed the terms. We honestly hope you find a way to let it go and accept the facts and accept that rude is only rude when you can’t aspect something thats a fact and that when you agree to something make sure you agree. Yes it can be painful to not get what you want. Our bank takes all this extra interest the government takes a lot of our taxes but we just more forward and deal with it and think of ways to adapt.We love melton and the community and people love that about us as when you book you come in get your service on time leave on time and have a beautiful experience with our therapist. Bad negative energy can eat a person apart and its not good. We wish you the best of luck in your future.
