Fantastic experience: Maria is an Absolutely amazing at what she does she was down to the t , the last 15 years I had been going to the same place unfortunately due to relocation I had to try a new place who wreck my eyebrows and Maria was so good. She was Very precise and gentle and overall made my whole day couldn’t recommend her any more

Fantastic experience: Just had my 11 month old baby girl’s ears pierced and I must say the way everything was handled was amazing ! I was scared more than my daughter tbh but the staff made my daughter and me, both of us feel at ease. Shoutout to Aliana for the way she handled the entire process so smoothly . Negative experience: Pathetic service. They offered me a last minute booking when I called. Due to the traffic I was running late for which I called and informed them they said it’s ok on the call and when I get there they say you can change your booking to some other day and charged me a cancellation fee. Seriously feels like a fraudulent company. I have never experienced such fraud in Australia. Don’t trust these people guys. They are not what paid google reviews say.

Fantastic experience: I got my first ever Brazilian wax done here and had Eliana! She was absolutely amazing, super inviting, and sweet, and made the whole experience so much more comfortable for me. Massive props to her for making me feel at ease the whole time and was so professional and kind. It was also nowhere near as painful as I had thought. Can’t recommend her and the YWAX team enough

Her hands were so gentle but at the same time, she extracted all the gunk out of my face. My face felt clean after the facial - you can actually feel it. Love the small chats, nothing intrusive as i was able to relax as well. Highly recommend this place. I think i found my go to facial place :)

Negative experience: At first everything seems ok but when i check my lashes carefully, my lashes are partially curl and the rest was just flat pushing upwards against my eyelids. It's my first time having a lash lift and not a good experience.

Katie is very patient and doesn’t hurry up in finishing the things. She knows exactly what to do with your skin. She has very soft hands and is very gentle with your skin. Fantastic experience: When I started considering starting laser treatment, a friend of mine recommended YWax at Parramatta, and I'm so glad I listened to her. Rhonda is incredibly skilled, and I've started to notice amazing results after a relatively small number of treatments. I had a few ideas of what I wanted lasered, but after a consult, Rhonda was very honest about certain areas not likely working due to my hair type. I was so impressed with her honesty, I feel so many salons would have gone ahead and done it with more focus on making money than what was actually going to deliver results. To me it's a testament to the professionalism and honesty at Y Wax. I cannot recommend the team enough!

At reception booking was easy and I was informed what to expect, and they were even able to slip me in for a booking. Negative experience: Booked in for a Brazillian wax. Didn’t feel comfortable as I wasn’t given any instructions where I could put my clothes, belongings, or where the bin was.There was a mesh cloth on the bed, which I assumed was to cover myself for the treatment. There is not a lot of privacy, as the bed is in front of the door that opens straight into the hallway and you could be seen by other staff or patients. I feel the lady did not make an effort to make me feel comfortable throughout the service, when she walked in she took the mesh covering off me and put it on my chest. This was left on my chest for the duration of the service. There was no conversation and the service felt very rushed. It was more painful, and left me bleeding in some areas. It was completed within 15minutes, which in past experiences for a Brazillian is a lot shorter than normal. I would not reccomend this place.

Fantastic experience: Helen was my therapist today and she was lovely. She took her time, was thorough and I was very satisfied with the waxing and eye lash tinting I had done.

Fantastic experience: I had Brazilian waxing done by Haley. She is the best waxer I have ever met. It is nervous for me whenever doing waxing but when she greeted me and guided me where I can put my stuff and where I sit and etc, I definitely feel comfortable and relaxed. The procedure was wonderful and cleanest ever. I have never meet this type of waxer. She was a fantastic! She knows how to do proper waxing! I will definitely recommend her to my friends who wanted to get hair removal done!

Positive experience: On my 3/10 Brazilian and underarm session. I’m seeing great results! Thinner and less hair. Although I’m wondering whether I needed 10 sessions… probably should’ve went with the 8 package. Hopefully can change it otherwise I guess that’s how they would make money. Also bare in mind, you got to buy their post laser cream which is like $45... pretty expensive imo. In the moment, I didn’t want to ask the price because my partner was behind me and he would’ve flipped at me haha probably for a good reason. I only saw the price when I got home… next time I will be buying that cream elsewhere!

Negative experience: Ruined my thick eyebrows! Took me almost a year to even them out- couldn’t go my usual place cause she was fully booked for two weeks and now one side has so much less hair. She spent about 15-20mins kept on plucking which usually takes 5 mins when i would get them done at the other place that was really good (i always go for a quick clean up every 2 week so there wasn’t much TO DO). I saw her staring at them as i was paying and she KNEW it was messed, I knew it was over when i sat there for so long. Also did get a wax there 4 years back and left with burns and peeling skin idk why i went there but i hd a event to go to so i jist did my eyebrows there :(

Negative experience: Wouldn't recommend for a lash lift. I went in for my appointment with eyeliner on my top lash-line as I had come straight from work - the makeup was not removed (maybe this is on me as I should have arrived makeup free), and the eye area not cleansed at all before placing the pads on my lids. Lashes on my left eye were set crooked, and my outer lashes look fried, some of them were set so kinked that they were curling in on themselves. They did offer to fix the issue, although I didn't want to risk over-processing them.

Negative experience: Went for a wax about a week ago booked for lip chin eyebrows and side burns not sure of the ladies name but she waxed my checks and tried to wax up my nose I didn’t ask for cheeks or nose so why was she doing that ? Anyway won’t be back

Negative experience: Had a terrible experience getting my brows tinted. I have been going here for ages, usually have a positive time.. however I recieved someone new for my appointment. No consultation, so assumed she was aware I would want my usual light brows. They are way too dark, way too thick and not even close to being even on each side. I also got an eyelash tint and the tint spread onto my eyelids like liner which is not a good look. All up very disappointed and probably won’t return

Negative experience: Had laser removal for 8 sessions. I had no hair fall out, but I was advised that was normal, so I was patient to see what would happen. After 8 sessions, all my hair had grown back. I was told, "There's nothing we can do, pay for more sessions..." So not only was it a waste of money, but I also got no results.

Negative experience: Very unhappy with my recent service at Ywax. I booked to see one particular beautician and was appointed someone else. When I questioned this I was told my preferred beautician was busy and unavailable. What is the point of being able to choose your specialist if you do not honour this? Not happy at all with my eyebrows. Messy job I could have easily done my self at home. I won’t be back which is very disappointing as I was happy with my service previously.

Fantastic experience: I’d booked in for a Hydrafacial with Maxine and was so impressed with the results and entire process. Maxine was lovely to chat to and walked me through each step of the hydrafacial. My skin looks hydrated and fresh and I can’t wait to book in again!

Fantastic experience: Very relaxing facial and mini massage. One of the best facials I've ever gotten. Not cheap but worth it if you want to treat yourself. My skin felt super soft afterwards.

Fantastic experience: Depending on who you schedule for a wax the pain differs! This doesn’t just apply to ywax of course, but to all places that provide waxing service. All staff here are very friendly and knowledgeable, so I recommend them a lot! If you’re afraid of pain, I suggest taking some painkillers at least 30 mins before.

Fantastic experience: The whole experience was amazing. I was late by 15 mins as Paramatta Westfield is a maze. They accommodated the full experience by last minute changes to team members even though they had back to back bookings. They are 40 mins from where I live but I will be back. Fantastic experience: I had my first facial today because with all my uni exams and everything else I'm breaking out so much but I had Hayley do a steam and clean and she was so nice and calming. I SWEAR she has the softest hands ever and I feel so much better now. At the end I ended up buying a package of facials because this is going to become part of my monthly routine. I 100% would recommend I love the vibessss here as well.
