Negative experience: Non age appropriate humour which children don't comprehend, cramped waiting area and no privacy in the treatment room. The General feeling outlines the arrogance of the only visiting authodontist offering this service. Spend the money and go to Perth, avoid class 1 authodontist!

Negative experience: Very rushed, Two chairs in a room. So everyone can hear the appointment. Basically no quality , all about fitting as many people in.

Positive experience: Good communication and knowledgeable, friendly staff. We did have to wait approx 30mins after scheduled appointment to be seen however not overly unusual in our area. Processes clearly outlined and treatment options provided both written and using visuals during consultation. Practice is clean and welcoming.

Fantastic experience: Have nothing to compare this review to as this is the first time we have needed an orthodontist however the ladies at class one were absolutely fantastic! From the initial referral, phone call and follow up email to the actual appointment. My 6 year old was treated so amazingly, they had him relaxed and explained things to him in the most perfect way! They were fun and energetic and just so amazing I would not hesitate to recommend!!

Negative experience: was seeing Dr Orloff who was great but I had moved interstate. I booked a consult for the end of my treatment review. Unfortunately DrOrloff was away and I was seen by the Female Dr. First I was only booked a 15 minute appointment and was asked to come back but explained I flew from Sybdwy to Perth just for that appointment. I was rushed through a mould and told by the Female Dr they wouldn't get much straighter and they looked fine. I got the retainer made as I didn't have the funds or time to wait for an appointment with Dr Orloff. First off they aren't straight even though I paid over $7000 and when asked if I can transfer my treatment to another clinic as I move for work alot, I was informed not only do I have to pay for a whole new treatment that even of I was in Perth I would also have to do the same with a possibility of a discount if DrOrloff allowed. Highly disappointed! I would avoid the Female orthodontist
