Fantastic experience: After suffering for a week with a toothache and gum infection I flew to Perth and visited all in one dental.Unfortunately 1 tooth required extracted 2 teeth required small fillings and a deep scale. All this was done in one sitting and without any pain. The dentist, technician and staff are very nice and put me at ease the minute I walked through the door. Fantastic experience: I had a fantastic experience in this facility specially for Dr Nidha, I recently had a filling done, and it was one of the smoothest dental procedures I've had. The staff was incredibly friendly and made me feel at ease., Dr. Nidha explained the process and make sure I am comfortable throughout the procedure. The flling itself was done quickly. and I barely felt any discomfort . I'm really happy with the result and would highly recommended.

Negative experience: I came with my husband because I wanted to have Invisalign treatment because my teeth are not well positioned. I had an appointment at 2:45 p.m. We waited 45 minutes before being seen without anyone coming to see us. Then the dentist takes me into her office, I explain to her what I want, she tells me that I do not need to have Invisalign 2min appointment for 45min wait. The appointment ends but we still have to pay $70 for having only received this answer. She did not even bother to look carefully, did not even apologize for being late. I find this not professional at all. Move on if you plan to come here

Negative experience: If I could leave 0 stars I would have. He is the least professional dentist I have ever met in my life and you should know that I have had many dental problems. The appointment time was not respected and my wife and I had to wait 45 minutes for a consultation where the dentist was not even able to see the problem my wife had with her teeth. The appointment lasted 2 minutes and they dared to charge us the full price for this type of service. RUN AWAY.

Fantastic experience: I snapped a tooth off the other day and had to have it repaired as it was annoying, got an appointment for Sunday and it was the best experience I've ever had at a dentist, the dentist was gentle and no pain as I'm a big baby. Kintu the receptionist rang me on Monday to see if I was pain free. Such great customer service. Well done everyone.

Negative experience: In Nov 22 I got a plate as 3 of my top front teeth needed to come out as I have periodontitis, I asked the dentist if it would be worth it and she looked a little vague and avoided the question. I paid $4000 and then another tooth had to come out leaving an ugly gap anyway. I needed to get the wire adjusted as my whole gum seemed to be moving and the first few times were no charge (for 10 minutes work with small pliers). I feel like I should have been told it would only be a very temporary fix as $4k is a lot of money to me. Now they won't do any more free adjustments as its been almost 2 years?! (according to them) so I'm stuck with a useless chunk of plastic and huge ugly gap in my front teeth. AIOD is a business and they're there to make money I guess, but a $4k piece of plastic that I could only use for 3 months because I got sick of going back and I think they got sick of seeing me seems like a huge loss. Probably my own dumb fault for not asking about maintenance etc but I feel like they would have just told me what I wanted to hear to secure my payment anyway. I was told I could get a new tooth added to my plate for another $300 but I'm over it....try not to grin and bear it. I feel like a sucker and eat like one too. I've lost all faith in dentists and maybe AIOD is copping the brunt of my frustration but come on - a $4000 piece of plastic should at least come with 5 years free maintenance! I could have bought a car for 4k!

Fantastic experience: Receptionist are always nice and Dr. Hareesh always makes sure you are taken care of. They are gentle and work hard to make you comfortable to put your anxiety at ease.

Fantastic experience: As someone that originally was given horrible dental advice as a child when an accident resulted in the lose of a tooth, I recommend this practise. They have a complete long-term approach to ensuring healthy teeth helps with a healthy life I first visited all in one dentist in Dec 2022, due to an infected tooth. Fantastic experience: I visited All in one dental with my husband for his dental issues which was causing him a lot of trouble. From the moment we stepped in, the staff were welcoming and understanding. They explained how things work out in the practise patiently. The dentist did a wonderful job on my husband's teeth as well as explained us why it happened and the importance of follow-ups. I'm greatful for their hospitality and treatment provided. Fantastic experience: I was terrified but the Dentist was kind and caring and ensured I was comfortable. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Negative experience: I was talked into having some teeth removed and a plate fitted. The plate was so uncomfortable that I couldn't wear it. I told the Dentist and after they re-examined it decided that it was not suitable after all. They suggested a different type of plate which was apparently easier to use and New to the market. I agreed and was measured up again for a new set. Weeks later they told me that ,in fact they had decided these teeth were not suitable and presented me with a replica of the first set which was impossible to wear. My gums bled every time I put them in and they were very painful to remove. All of this was conducted whilst trying to convince me that implants were the best bet for me. I ended up with a bill for over $5000. At one stage during the fitting the lady Dentist told me to put up with the pain and it would eventually get better and suggested that maybe I was being a soon and needed to harden up. To this day the plates are sitting in a cupboard untouched. I still had to pay through a Company called Denticare.

Fantastic experience: THE BEST dentist I have ever visited is Dr Jeetash Kumar. I had got two extractions before with other dentists and remember that I screamed and cried a lot... However, Dr. Jeetash just did the job in few minutes, made me feel very comfortable and never let me feel the pressure of pulling a teeth out. Will definitely visit him in the future for tooth treatments. Huge thanks to Dr. Jeetash and the other staff member present there today...

Fantastic experience: I would highly recommend Dr Swathi Dasari regarding any dental procedures. I was in pain several times and required urgent dental care. Dr Swathi manage to urgently see me even though it was late hours in the evening. Dr Swathi is very professional but also very friendly, specially with kids. I can't emphasise enough how caring and considerate Dr Swathi, alongside her staff members, are towards all her patients. All in one dental is the go to dental care if you require a treatment as the staff members are incredibly passionate about their work. Thanks Dr Swathi!

Negative experience: Needed a veneer re-glued. The dentist had no idea what he was doing and re-glued it crooked. Now I have to go to my original dentist to have it fixed. Only went here as public holiday

Negative experience: Purely a sub contracting dentist, they advertise get bookings and call in whoever is available. Receptionist always different. Dentists never know how to use the tools because they're all new to them. Just heard the dentist ask the receptionist if she can teach her how to use a certain tool. Back here always 30-45 minutes late again because they excessively ground my tooth back for a filling and now it's hurting more. Never coming back.

Fantastic experience: Noza in the reception and Dr Hareesh are absolutely wonderful and professional dental practitioners. They had gone above and beyond to look after me and accomodating me all the way from Kalbarri. Noza helped me understand all the costs involved and the breakdown, helped liaise between clinics (visiting Geraldton clinic too) and Dr Hareesh made time for me during his leave to take me out of my discomfort with my wisdom teeth. I cannot recommend enough, was worth the travel for their fantastic service. Thank you!

I had chipped a tooth and needed an appointment asap, and found one available the next morning with All In One Dental; all the staff were very friendly and welcoming. The experience was very comfortable, and I did not feel a thing. I had a filling to repair the chipped area, and the work is fantastic, you would not be able to tell any different as it appears to be my natural tooth. I would highly recommend Dr. Swathi Dasari; Very Gentle & Caring.

Negative experience: I just had two "receptionist" call me neither of whom could speak enough English to explain what the call was in relation to? I am now left having to wait two days until the regular receptionist returns to find out what's going on, ??

Negative experience: First and last time I will hand my money over to this business!! Just moved to WA and wanted a local preferred provider for my HF. Long story short it's 4 weeks later and I am still dealing with the situation. That's right "I AM DEALING WITH IT". I have not once heard from or been approached by the so called "practice manager". I work in the Dental industry and this is unprofessional and embarrassing to say the least. I was fed misleading and dishonest information through the poor receptionist! I was nothing but understanding and patient until I had had enough and realised I had been taken for a ride. The Receptionist was helpful and the Dentist we had seen was great.....Good luck to you both.

Negative experience: Went there to get my plate redone - it took three months to do and now i have sore teeth and a plate that is as tight as hell and really uncomfortable - tried to tell them but they didn't wont to listen to anything i had to say there the most unprofessional people i have ever known and would never recommend to anyone what a bunch of morons think they know everything but now nothing have to admit i thought DB Dental was bad but these guys are the worst wouldn't even give them one star - if i could i would take one off them what a waste of my time and money

Negative experience: I went for an appointment here last week and have now ended up with an ulcer and incredibly sensitive teeth that haven't reduced in severity after a routine scale and clean. They also advertise as a dental practice that is accepted by all health funds however they are not supported by many meaning that my usual no-gap level of cover was voided and was left $200 out of pocket. After a lot of pain and now an ulcer and sensitive teeth - I can't even drink room temperature water without my teeth freaking out - I will not be returning. Wouldn't recommend.

Fantastic experience: I visited this clinic on Sunday morning for my daughter's toothache. Dr. Ahmed was amazingly patient with my questions and my daughter's anxiety about having novocaine and a filling replaced. I recommend his services to everybody! Dr. Ahmed explained things well to me and allowed my daughter time to relax and be ready for the cleaning and filling.
