Dr Wondersmile - Perth

Fantastic experience: I’ve been having treatment since 2020 (when it was still Wondersmile) and eventually became Dr Wondersmile after a change in management and I’ve got to say it was for the better. I was advised to get IPR and attachments to improve the outcome and it sure did. Aside from the main treatment I had 2 sets of refinements and now on to retainers. Service has been prompt, quality of the aligners were good.

Negative experience: This is more about wondersmile itself. I did the scan and paid the treatment together with my partner at the begging of february. My partner received his treatment more than 3 weeks ago, and I don't even know where mine is. I also sent a consultation about my wisdom teeth to the email contacts of the company I have been spoken before without any luck. I don't know if my treatment is suitable, i don't even know where my treatment is. Zero comunication, 3 messages sent, 1 call...nothing. how disappointing it is that my partner when there because i was the one I wanted to do this! Where is my invisalign?

Negative experience: 2 months after making payment for my aligners, they have still not been marked for delivery. Request refund two weeks ago but this still hasn’t been action. Time to see a lawyer!

Negative experience: Perth clinic was welcoming but I waited for nearly one month for result, there is non of email to tell me I couldn’t get the brace until I made a phone call today.

I was served by a very lovely staff of WonderSmile. She was thorough and took the time to explain the whole process of getting aligners including the 3D scans to me and was patient in answering all my questions. Excellent customer service provided that I signed up right away and I can’t wait to go on the journey of obtaining my new and straightened smile!
