Fantastic experience: Ashamedly I have neglected my dental visits for a long time (14 years). I have always had semi- regular dental visits up until I left Australia in 2007 to travel with my wife on our yacht however we did not make regular visits to third world dentists during that time except in emergencies - cracked tooth ( pulled), infected gum etc. We both came home in 2018 with dental issues - in particular I had two broken teeth, 1 tooth with a broken root and 1 tooth that had recurring infections. My mouth was in a bad way and I was scared to visit a dentist thinking of the cost and inconvenience of multiple visits to correct my neglect. A friend recommended I try Smile Boutique to assess the damage. It was the best advise I have to admit. Dr Leila was excellent. She has a straight forward approach to damage control, no nagging lectures about how I neglected my teeth etc but concentrated on how to fix the damage. She and her team arranged appointments to suit my schedule so that I could have the maximum work done with the minimum visits. Despite the long periods in the chair I was always comfortable and without pain. I knew exactly what work was being done each visit and what follow up treatment was needed as Dr Leila clearly and simply laid out a plan of action to sort out my dental problems. I had, and still have, the opinion that she sincerely cared about my dental health and well-being- I was not just another patient. The cost was pleasantly reasonable for the amount of work done. The premises are immaculately clean, fresh and very calming. The staff are highly proficient and genuinely welcoming. Overall the whole experience was such a relief considering how hesitant I felt, the dread, of having to go to the dentist. This practise deserves a genuine 5 star rating.

Fantastic experience: Dr Haywood (and her incredible crew) managed to completely restore my badly damaged teeth (resulting from years of less than quality dental work). Her expertise not only repaired my teeth but also improved my general overall health. Dr Haywood is a brilliant dentist in every sense of the word. In addition, she has created an extraordinarily aesthetically attractive and peaceful environment in her dental rooms. A bonus when you are in the chair! Her staff are very skilled and extremely pleasant to deal with. Nothing is too much trouble. The costing also is always more than reasonable. Fantastic experience: Excellent dental service and probably the best dentist I've ever been to. Dr Haywood is proactive in preventing/minimising any pain/discomfort. This practice is also very upfront about any cost and treatment options. I would strongly recommend this practice to anyone.

Fantastic experience: Dec 2020 Like most things in life, you get what you pay for. I had previously been a very happy and satisfied customer of Brisbane Smile Boutique and recently I had to have some major dental work (two crowns) and I thought I would try and save a few dollars by going to a dentist that was aligned with my health insurance fund and try their ‘no gap’ payment for a crown. That decision turned out to be a big mistake. Yes I saved some money but I also found out the hard way (and the literally the painful way) that it doesn’t pay to compromise when it comes to your teeth. Long story short, I had major issues with both crowns and as a result I went back to Lelia and her team to see if they could help me out with my issues as I had lost all confidence in the other dentist. As soon as I went back to Lelia she went to work and my issues were resolved. She also made me fully aware of my options and the pro’s and con’s of each option, something that the other dentist never discussed with me. If you’re looking for one of Brisbane’s best dentist’s then you can’t go past Dr Haywood. She’s honest, a true professional in her craft, she genuinely cares for you and your wellbeing and lastly, she takes great pride in her work. I highly recommend her and the team at Brisbane Smile Boutique. By far the best Dentistry I have ever visited. Keep up the great work team! Oct 2018 If you're looking for a first class dentistry with first class staff and facilities, then you can't go past the team at Brisbane Smile Boutique. I went there today for the first time and was blown away with the level of service and their new and modern surgery. 10/10.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely blown away by the wonderful treatment that I received with a little bit of a dental emergency. The most pain free experience ever for me. I can't rate the practice and all of the staff there highly enough from squeezing me in, following up with calls to make bump me forward and then the welcome and the actual work done.
