Fantastic experience: Amazing customer service and product

Negative experience: If I could give negative I would. Nothing but poor customer services. Don’t follow through on their emails. My whole first set of aligners had to be sent back after the fourth week cause it decided to cut off half my front tooth which I actually have (makes no sense). It’s pushed teeth that were in line out of line. After requesting for touch up aligners I get 1 response and then told my account is not current when it’s direct debited and they have no problems in actually taking the money out of my account every month!

Fantastic experience: Staff are fantastic, customer service from booking through to leaving the appointment was five star. Made the experience for my teen enjoyable that she's looking forward to what's to come.

Fantastic experience: Not only were the staff so incredibly pleasant and professional, the whole process was quick and easy. Would 10/10 recommend.

Positive experience: The procedure was simple and the appointment was quick. The staff were pleasant. But there's a hard sell about it that's annoying; they take the deposit assuming you'll go ahead with the procedure.

Fantastic experience: I was very very impressed with my consultation at smile direct club in Canberra. Claire and Jess were friendly, bubbly and made everything feel so comfortable and fun! I was impressed by their knowledge of the processes and the whole company as a whole and felt really welcomed by them both and would definitely recommend them both, as well as Smile Direct Club as a whole!

Fantastic experience: Such a great experience with Smile Direct Club Canberra! The staff were all so welcoming and lovely. The 3D scab was such a simple and smooth process aswell which is a bonus. Claire was great, answered all my questions and talked me through everything. Can not wait for my retainers to come and to start my journey to a straight smile Highly recommend!!!!

Fantastic experience: The woman who i had my appointment with was very lovely and genuine. As she was talking, i could tell that she knew exactly what she was talking about which was extremely helpful and made sure that if i had any questions she would happily answer them. Fantastic experience: I went on a Saturday and didn’t realise you had to ring to get them to let you in. They are the only business currently in the ANZ building so you have to call the number on the banner. The girls were absolutely delightful. The scanning technology is mind blowing. I went in for a re-evaluation scan and everyone was so friendly. The office is clean and comfortable. Would recommend SmileDirect to anyone (:

Fantastic experience: In 20 years by far the best dentistry experince I've had! Both of the girls working were so friendly and welcoming. I believe Jessica ran my appointment and she was very passionate and engaging as she was equally as excited about straight teeth as I was. Jessica walked through the process and allowed me to interact and converse with her opposed to other dentistries that talk down and at you. Jessica made the process so quick, understandable and easy i was more then happy to sign up and then proceeded to call my family and friend's in shock of how nice an experince it was not to mention the affordability and ease of the process in general. - I am looking forward to seeing my box shortly

The photo imaging procedure is easy and quick and you feel at ease. Anyone wanting to join should really consider going. Everything was explained perfectly. I left knowing I made a great choice!

Fantastic experience: From the receptionist to the meet and greet before my 3D scan everyone was lovely. Devya. A, was the consultant that did my scan and she was lovely and friendly, she explained everything to a T and made it so welcoming for me.
