Negative experience: Worst experience. They only target for money and no proper consultations. Prejudging people whether they got money or not. Refund was also not given for the deposit that was paid. They don’t even analyse your teeth and they depend only on AI analysis. Don’t waste your time. Better go to orthodontist for aligners. Don

Positive experience: The worst decision of my life.I am thinking of getting braces now thanks to their false promises, 10 months of wasted time. They are not orthodontists , just a receptionist. She told me that they only move front 6 teeth, and assured me that my smile will be normal as I have spacing, byte problems due to front 6 teeth. And asked me to pay 500 as token amount, so that they can start preparing aligners for me. But in the end they have provided me with a horrendous plan which doesn't even solve spacing or byte issues. The website says that it atleast solves spacing, but that isn't the case with me. They are just after money I guess. the images shows the after treatment plan , according to wondermile they have solved spacing issue in my front 6 teeth, but I don't think so. You can clearly see the gaps as highlighted by me in this pic. And I'm also attaching what their website is claiming But the good thing is they have arranged a refinement plan, after I reached out to them edit: I had a chat with the customer care team, the summary is that the front 6 teeth spacing issues, which they can adress according to website are just for reference and people shouldn't trust that website. And everyone's teeth is different, but they are not sure if spacing gets solved in everyone.

Negative experience: worst decision of my life I am now in braces to fix the issues that were created from this company. Their lack of trained dental professionals combined with orthodontists who never even meet you is a recipe for disaster. Do yourself a favour and spend the extra money to have your teeth fixed the right way. I am still paying off my horrendous treatment on top of the new costs for my braces. I cannot dissuade from this company enough.

Fantastic experience: I found the whole Wondersmile experience to be very easy and I am super happy with the results. 1.The customer service at the clinic were lovely and answered all my questions. 2. My retainers all arrived quickly with no errors. 3. I'm happy with the changes to my teeth - but also my teeth were fairly straight to begin with, you can see a before photo from mid 2020 and an after photo from Nov 2021

Fantastic experience: Interesting experience, but worth it. So far have been able to do multiple scans and revisions without having to pay extra. Results are good but there are limitations to how much your teeth can move using aligners.

Negative experience: I stated clearly in the beginning that I want to fix my overbite issues. The employees did not adress this at all and made me feel as if all my problems are going to be fixed with their service. They sent me the 3d video with almost no changed made at the end. I emailed them saying this is the the result I want and they simply said they cant fix bites and decided to charge me an 80 aud fee anyway. Very shady.

My smile is already something I'm proud of (I now smile with my mouth open!). It's been an easy and straightforward program too. One initial visit for the 3D scan, and then my aligners arrived in the post about 3 weeks later. I send photos of my teeth once a month to be checked, and get reminders on my phone when I need to change to the next set of aligners.

Positive experience: The aligners is good, but they were adverting the deal come with a whitening kit. When I received the aligners, there is no whitening kit come with and no one say anything about it until I chasing up then they are out of stock. They said they going to hold one for me when they receive some but I'm already on 3rd stage of my aligners probably 1.5 months already still haven't received it.

Fantastic experience: Straightened teeth at half the price of what an orthodontist quoted. Easy to use with photos to upload monthly for orthodontic review via your online account. No in chair visits except the initial one when digital photos are taken. I required 13 stages (2 weeks each). A retainer can be purchased to wear at night thereafter.
