Fantastic experience: Such a beautiful and kind practice! I came here after a terrible experience with Pacific Smiles, where the first dentist rushed me, was incredibly rude, and left me in tears. My treatment was cancelled, then delayed again with a second dentist. Even after already having a consultation, I was told I needed another one. My appointments were constantly moved around, and after the second consult, my treatment was cancelled yet again. This new practice has been the complete opposite: caring, professional, and respectful. Thank you so much. Highly recommend!

Negative experience: They informed me i had 4 fillings that needed to be filled before i could proceed with the aligners. I went to my normal dentist practice and they said my teeth were fine with no holes? I have reached out to them, still waiting on a response. And the reason why there is so many good reviews is because they give discounts or free items the more reviews you give!

Fantastic experience: I just started my treatment plan with DCA. Firstly I went for a scanning appointment with Rin in Brisbane CBD location ($80). She was very friendly, explained everything super clearly and answered any questions I had - ongoing even to today she is still answering my questions. After about 1-week I received my treatment plans and was given 2 options to review and chose from (simple and more involved). I was able to speak with Rin about them and after I decided and paid for my treatment, the aligners were ready in about 4-weeks. I went to First Dental also in Brisbane CBD location for the attachments and was given everything I need to start my treatment. The attachments process was very quick and pain free (45mins or so), Vince created a very relaxing and comfortable environment. So far my experience has been quite straight forward, Rin and Vince extremely receptive to any questions and very reassuring and helpful.

Fantastic experience: What a great experience! Rin is knowledgeable, friendly and very informative! If you’re looking for a cheaper alternative to braces or Invisalign I definitely recommend Dr Clear Aligners. The treatment plan is actually developed by Orthodontists and you get an accurate in clinic 3D Scan as well as reassurance that your teeth are in a healthy state to undergo treatment! Dr Clear Aligners is affordable but also very safe apose to many other online aligner treatments!
