Fantastic experience: Thought it important to share. I have had a very positive experience with Byte aligners and am very pleased with my results. Having always been embarrassed by my wonky teeth, in later life I decided to take the opportunity to finally have a smile I’m proud of….and I do. It is however all about managing your expectations. This will unfortunately never be wholly understood by some. I am now onto my 2nd Protection plan for retainers and after reading of current difficulties taking place was justifiably concerned as I needed my next retainer. Byte Support attended my support request in a timely manner and I am to date well pleased.
Negative experience: ABSOLUTE GARBAGE, AFTER MONTHS OF EMAILS AND FALSE PROMISES AND DELAYS IM HERE TO LET EVERYONE KNOW TO STAY AWAY FROM BYTE! I WILL BE WRITING POOR REVIEWS AND POSTING VIDEOS FOR MY FOLLOWERS FOR THE NEXT 12 MO THS WARNING EVERYONE OF THE TRASH SERVICE I RECEIVED. THEY RUINED MY TREATMENT PLAN AND PROMISED TO SEND OUT THE LAST MISSING ALIGNERS, 4 MONTHS WENT BY AND NO ALIGNERS, 2.5 HOURS WAITING ON PHONE GETS YOU NO ONE AND THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ABSOLUTE TRASH! Negative experience: Initial treatment process was ok. But last few months now I'm finished there is no correspondence. Have emailed and rang and left messages countless times with no response to my question of when my retainers will arrive. Paid a lot of money to get to end point and be possibly ruined as they are not sending final retainers even after I've followed all instructions...Byte if someone could get in contact with me please to resolve this issue.
Negative experience: I’ve been trying to contact Byte as I’m currently not happy with how my progress has went, on my final week and teeth still aren’t straight. I’ve filled in the online forms and left voicemails but haven’t heard back.
Negative experience: I wish I could give this zero stars. Purchased the product to finally be able to smile with my teeth and feel confident but couldn'tbe more disappointed. Please do not buy this product! Before you pay there is constant phone calls, e-mails etc but once you pay all support stops. There's an app that has check ins (doesn't work) an online chat for support (useless), an email address for support (no one replies) and a phone line which no one answers or replies to your message. It's unfortunately a company that prays on people who are low on confidence. I can only assume all the good reviews are fake. Please do your research and Google other reviews for this company and you will see more negative reviews. Like myself many are contacting office of fair trading, current affair etc so more people don't become victims.

Fantastic experience: The entire process was easy. The aligners were sent very fast. Quickly, I started to notice the difference. After changing to a new Aligner, there was always some soreness which was expected. The hyper byte helped. I've finished my treatment now and I confidently smile. They turned out better than I had expected. The customer service was excellent. I contacted them a few times, to update my change dates. They were very fast to help.

Fantastic experience: So easy to get started & after just 5 weeks I am already noticing a difference! The app is really user friendly - reminding me when to use the Hyperbite & when to change the aligners & on top of this, the initial consultation & whatnot was super simple & not intimidating at all (I did not feel at any point that this could've been a bad decision to get started). The whitening foam has worked wonders & overall I feel like having this routine has created such an improvement in such a short amount of time. Negative experience: Wouldn’t recommend byte at all. I purchased the night & day retainers and they severely affected my bite, to which I now have an underbite (which I never had before and have had a full treatment of braces as a teenager). I reached out to byte after my dentist told me I couldn’t continue treatment only a couple weeks in, as it was making my jaw alignment worse & creating a large gap between my front two teeth. Byte couldn’t refund or even partially refund me anything, even when I sent them a certificate from my dentist as evidence Bytes’ aligners were causing more dramas with my alignment than good. Seriously don’t recommend getting aligners through byte and if you’re trying to decide between which online provider to go through, choose anyone but Byte.

We have reviewed your case in detail. We do feel like this is not an accurate representation of your treatment or the exchanges you have had with our team.
On 9.10.23 you provided check-in photos with a normal and expected bite - then on 25.10.23 provided a letter that was not consistent with your check-in photos and stated that you were going to finalise your treatment with Invisalign instead.
In response to this letter, we asked for you to either attend a quick video call or come to see us in person so we could validate the claim about your bite given the inconsistencies with your photos. If the findings by our dentist and clinical team concluded that indeed that your bite was affected, we would have happily proceeded with a refund. Unfortunately, you refused to attend a video call or come to see us in person despite our three requests to do so, and instead requested for your final retainers.
We apologise that your experience with Byte was not positive, but do think our request was reasonable to provide your refund, and were surprised that you were not willing to take this step to assist us with your complaint.
Fantastic experience: Kind customer service, efficient and simply amazing. I can already see a huge difference in my teeth even after couple of weeks of using Byte - my teeth are straighter and whiter thanks to the whitening products that are part of the deal. Overall really happy, 10/10 would recommend :)

Positive experience: I got the Byte at Night and have been very happy with the treatment and customer support; I ended up wearing my aligners for a year because I needed refinement aligners, but didn’t mind too much since I only had to wear them at night. I would say you need to be very proactive in your treatment if you have any issues in order to keep your treatment on track. I also wish I had known my treatment time was going to be a lot longer than expected upfront.

Negative experience: Wife used Byte for 15 weeks. Was then told that her treatment was incorrect. We were shut out of the app and told that this was a “rare occurrence” and they’re trying to resolve it. They go weeks without communicating and offered little to no restitution for wasting our time. The customer service bots don’t read your emails if you have concerns and give you the same response over and over. Do not use this company if you have the option of any other type of treatment. Also check with your dentist if they recommend using this product. Our dentist did not and said the type of changes the product was trying to achieve were near impossible in the amount of time promised by Byte. My wife dealt with daily headaches and neck pain and it was not worth any of the time wasted with this company.

Fantastic experience: I used Byte this year and found the process to get started very straight forward and doable. The Byte team were always helpful and down to earth, which made me feel confident to reach out with any questions during treatment. Overall my teeth are straighter for sure. If your considering getting your teeth more aligned then Byte is a great option, the only thing to mindful of is after treatment it's unlikely another dentist or authadontist will take you on as a client (after my treatment I wanted to get a metal bar stuck to the back of my teeth to keep them in place without wearing retainers each night) alas they wouldn't do the treatment on me because I had already received treatment else where(Byte). Other than that Byte is a great option for someone who wishes to straighten up their teeth!

Negative experience: Get something with a money back guarantee. These do not work. I have done everything they have asked and more and all they can say is to re do the treatment. I guess I'll have to do it for life. I paid extra for the night aligners and I am now wearing them 24/7 still not much progress after doing the whole treatment 2x. Customer service sucks too.

Fantastic experience: Almost wrapped up with treatment and aligners. I have to take a few extra weeks but the customer support has been terrific. I’m now in Australia and they’ve been very good shipping out all my aligners and moulding kit. The app is very good to track and keep me notified of steps. Highly recommend BYTE.

Positive experience: I started my day aligner treatment last August. I was due to finish earlier this year but unfortunately my teeth weren't tracking as planned. Positive experience: If you can afford Invisalign or similar treatments that are managed by an actual orthodontist in person, I would recommend that over Byte. Personally, I achieved good results after extending my original night-time aligner plan with Byte. However, once I reached the retainers stage, I found the customer service to be very poor. I had to go back and forth with the team multiple times to get new retainers made that would never fit properly, and they tried to charge me the full cost of ordering an impression kit plus retainers every time, as they claimed it was not part of their guarantee. (I followed their instructions and wore my aligners and retainers correctly every night). After getting nowhere with the Byte customer service team, I ended up getting my teeth professionally scanned with a local orthodontist, and the new retainers from them fit much better than any of the aligners I had made through Byte. Overall pretty good to start with, but very disappointing post-treatment care.

I understand that you received your complimentary set of retainers, but then when ordering your next set 6 months later, you were disappointed that replacements needed to be purchased through Byte or your Orthodontist, and the fit was a little off.

Negative experience: I got absolutely terrible results. Please do not trust the fake reviews. The plan does not work, and if you encounter any issues, it will be an absolute nightmare to get anything resolved. They will give any excuse to say that the guarantee is void and you have to pay extra to continue to receive support. Everything is great until they have your money. This company spent millions on marketing. Go back a few years and you would not find many negative reviews as they were mostly fake. Now that the real reviews have started coming in, most of them are negative.

Negative experience: My advice is go elsewhere for your treatment. Do not waste your money. I have had issues with my aligners not fitting from the outset and they have tried to dodge the bullet. If you try an reach out for help with any issues with your treatment they will come up with any excuse to try and avoid spending more money in terms of replacements etc. In other words there guarantee is not a guarantee an you will waste your money on treatment that doesn't work. Have just opened a case with the ACCC for a refund.

Negative experience: Customer service team never disclose all the details, they say if you’re not happy you can continue your treatment free of cost, but don’t mention if there is a gap in the two treatments you incur a huge fee! The level of detail and personalisation that goes into the treatment is second to none. They have their own app to keep you on track, sending you friendly reminders which I love! The layout of products are orderly making it so simple to use. Hi Michael. We understand that you had ordered an Impression Kit and requested to cancel the order. We were unable to stop the shipment, as they ship from our warehouse same day. As per our Refund and Cancellation Policy, we unfortunately are unable to refund an Impression Kit once it leaves our warehouse as we cannot re-use these for other customers. We do apologise for any inconvenience!
Negative experience: Zero stars if I could. They have kind customer service, and I think they mean well, but their faulty methods and mediocre product will leave you sad and filled with regret. Although my teeth straightened, my bite was off and I was left with terrible pain. They wanted $800 more just to restart the treatment. TLDR: RUN FAR AWAY

Negative experience: Impossible to get hold of this company when trying to deal with issues. I’m not at all happy with my treatment. Please don’t waste your money
Negative experience: Original quote was for 13 weeks of treatment. Am now at 14 MONTHS. Phone support staff are on the whole useless. You can explain the same issue to 3 different people on the same day and be given 3 different solutions. Not enough of a knowledge base within their phone support system. I have been given so much contradictory information during this process. What should have been a quick treatment plan has been so drawn out and frustrating. From receiving aligners that look like they have been melted, to endless pointless photo taking, to being incorrectly told to not use the top aligners after a review. If you can go the hard yards, you will end up with a better smile. Just don't believe their time predictions, before you part with your money.
