Fantastic experience: I went through the whole process of getting my teeth fixed here. Paid for it all. Then when I ordered my replacement retainers, they never turned up. After months and months of emails to the company, I finally heard back that they had a 'management' changeover and they would keep me updated with the next steps. I have been emailing and chasing now for months and months and months (going on nearly 2 years since my first email), and hear the same thing. "In regard to this we will forward your concern to our respective in charge. Feel free to send us an email, if you have any questions or concerns." The worst!! I have lost money. My teeth have gone back to their original crooked shape. Majorly annoying... Do not use this company. They will not help you out at all. I have wasted so much time and money with NO care or proper response back.

Negative experience: ABSOLUTE SCAM!! Firstly when I got Invisalign with them they made my bottom jaw worse than it was, now with gaps in between my teeth by the end of it which always catches food. But now after I’ve gone through all stages and need a retainer to keep my teeth straight they are telling me they don’t have my scans anymore and can’t get me more retainers even if they could they raised the price 600% Furthermore it took me months and many attempts of contact to get that information. I would stay right away

Fantastic experience: I've hated my smile for ages now (overlapping top teeth, bent curved bottom teeth), but just couldn't afford to get braces and hated the thought of having them for 18 months because I'm in my 50's. I came across Wonder Smile on my way home and decided to see what it was about. The price, the ease of use and the time it took all captured my attention. My friends were sceptical but I decided to go ahead. Within 4 months they were saying they could see a difference and so could I. Ten months later my teeth are nice and straight and I can look at a camera and really smile now without contorting myself to get a decent photo. Well worth the small amount of money and time it took.

Fantastic experience: I had a really positive experience with Ellie at wondersmile. All of my questions and concerns were answered with ease and the 3D scanning process was very comfortable. I felt a lot more excitement to start my journey upon leaving my appointment. Wondersmile is a much more affordable way to straighten my teeth in comparison to my Invisalign quote due to the fact the wondersmile aligners purpose is to correct mild cases focusing on the front 6 teeth. From a purely aesthetics point of view this is all I am after so wondersmile is a great fit for my needs!

Fantastic experience: I am so happy with my Wondersmile experience, from the moment you walk in the door the staff are so welcoming and professional. I had my 3D scan with Dana at the Brisbane office and she was so helpful and informative, everything was explained thoroughly and she answered all my questions. The consultation fee was only $80 which is completely refundable if you are not a suitable candidate. The whole process was quick and easy. Once you receive the aligners, the treatment is monitored and you send updates through an online portal, receiving frequent updates and reminders from Wondersmile through the whole process. All the steps were explained and the process is so easy and so effective and so much cheaper than metal braces, plus you can remove them while you eat. I am so happy I chose to do this and can’t wait to see my new smile! I would definitely recommend Wondersmile 10/10 and thank You Dana, you’re a star!

Negative experience: Although a cheap price is offered for their service of a DIY clear aligner program, they are unable to provide any info on the actual orthodontists that assess their scans. So it's questionable the quality of the aligners from the get go. Quite possibly sourced from Asia using cheaper labour to cut costs. No follow up assessments to check progress mentioned. Most invisalign consultations are free with a qualified dentist or orthodontists, however wondersmile charge $80AUD for the first consultation with basically a sales rep.

We had such a good time! Ellie was so down to earth and friendly yet so professional. We were so happy with her experience I just had to book in my consultation! Ellie and Dana were once again amazing! They definitely deserve pay rises!!! The process of the consultation is so straight forward and it’s all explained to you, my partner tends to roll her eyes at me as I ask ALOT of questions but the girls were great and happy to answer all my questions! 999999/10 service and product! Fantastic experience: From the moment you walk through the door your staff are welcoming and polite and professional. During the consultation Dayna is very informative and no question is to hard. It’s just a shame that the location, whilst in your reception area that water was dripping from the ceiling. And the local foot traffic noise (the busker playing the same annoying song on their recorder) is very off putting. The saving grace is your amazing staff.

Fantastic experience: For many years, I have been a teeth clencher resulting in a smile a lot like Cleetus from the Simpsons. Traditional solutions were far too expensive and frankly, having to commit to fortnightly or monthly visits just wasn't feasible. I was initially sceptical about Wondersmile but from beginning to end I have been informed and supported. My teeth are now aligned and I have the confidence to smile again. I highly recommend Wondersmile as it has certainly worked for me.

Fantastic experience: I cannot believe how AMAZING Wondersmile has been for my big sister. One visit which was super fast and easy and 7 months later... her teeth are so gorgeous! Straight and white. She found it super easy to wear the aligners all the time and mum loved the fact that we didn’t have to have appointments. Because my sister is in a full time dance school from 8am to 8pm, and they are strict about missing classes, so it would have been impossible to go to fortnightly appointments, so the fact it was only one appointment was just amazing! She is so so SO happy and now shows her teeth when she smiles which makes her look so much more beautiful, she never used to show her teeth, so I’m glad she loves them and is showing her smile to everyone now! Fantastic experience: I am almost at the end of my Wondersmile journey and it has been a wonderful experience. The service is amazing, I get frequent reminders and contact from Wondersmile on a regular basis. My treatment progress has been unbelievable and at a fraction of the cost of metal braces. I have so much confidence, I can’t stop smiling and my family and friends have noticed this within me. 10/10 would recommend Wondersmile.

Negative experience: I was reassured by a staff member that I would receive a refund after 3-5 business days, this never happened. I have called, emailed, and all I get is, “no, no, no.” PLEASE don’t promise customers a refund if you don’t have any intention of actually refunding them. It’s horrible!

Negative experience: They promise that your health insurance covers most of the costs involved, they don’t!! This company is falsely advertising and has had lawsuits about bribing dental professionals to support their illegitimate business. The staff will promise you that you’ll get a refund of the money you paid to see an ‘orthodontist’ when you never saw one, and you never get the refund you were promised.
