Fantastic experience: Went to get my teeth cleaned multiple times under Irene. Was extremely well done. My gums would usually start spouting blood like a fountain, but I was pleasantly surprised when they finished and I didn't feel much pain! The staff were extremely professional and friendly. 10/10 would recommend.

Fantastic experience: Like others, I dread going to the dentist.. ok I have been naughty hahah I have not been to one since the start of pandemic.. thank goodness I don't have any major issues until last week, one of the molars had a "big" chip/crack - I managed to get a booking within 2 hours as a new patient and got it restored.. and I got everything done, and on top of that - also clean and scale done... I even went back the following week for a zoom whitening! I am so happy with everyone (the dentist, the hygienist and even the receptionist) This never happen with my previous dentist - who would only complete whatever service I have booked..

Fantastic experience: Excellent dentists and helpful staff. Gentle density is also great with children by engaging with them and explaining what is happening so they aren't nervous or fearful. They also offer invisalign which I've had excellent results with.

Fantastic experience: My daughter had her first ever visit to the dentist today. Irene was fantastic and incredibly patient with an uncooperative toddler! Erindale Gentle Dentistry are always great, my whole family now go there.

Negative experience: I called Brendan regarding an emergency dental situation on a Sunday arvo. He walked me through my issue and decided it was best I come in the next day. They quickly booked me in the next day for a filling. Unfortunately I’ve had to give them 2 stars instead of the initial 5, as I had a large filling that came out a couple of weeks after I had it filled. When I called the office they asked me to come back in even though I was interstate and was not cooperative when I asked for credit towards future dental work. Even though it was explained that it would not be financially viable for me to come interstate to have the filling re done. My expectation would have been that the filling for a large dollar figure lasted longer. I’ve had to get this work done again interstate. My rating is due to a lack of cooperation when things went wrong and I consider a 2 star rating to be generous given the experience afterwards.

Fantastic experience: I’ve never felt happy or relaxed going to the dentist until I discovered this one. The team do everything to make my experience as pleasant as possible. They have the right combination of professional meets personable and are always happy to answer any questions I have, and ensure I feel fully informed when it comes to my dental hygiene. As I mentioned previously, the whole team are amazing to deal with, however, Lydia is an incredible asset whom I find extremely competent and lovely to deal with. As long as I have teeth you have me as a customer... as well as anyone else I refer too.
