Fantastic experience: I decided to use Linea to fix some issues I’d noticed with my teeth as they had started moving after a failed attempt at 14 with braces. I chose them as what I had read online seemed promising and the price was reasonable compared to other competitors. Fantastic experience: I had such a fabulous experience using Linea. From my first scan to receiving last set of aligners to finish my treatment I was taken care of and received the highest level of customer service. The team and their communication through the app chat feature were always there to answer my questions when I had them and even organise appointments with my dentist when I needed them. The dentist I used was from Joondanna Family Dental in Joondanna WA and she was great! It has taken a little over 6 months to straighten my bottom teeth and I am thrilled with the results. Fantastic experience: I have had a very positive experience with Linea as well as the partner dentist that I saw in person throughout the process. It is a good setup having the Linea app where staff check in with you regularly, but still getting contact via a trained dentist for fitting appointments, which made it much cheaper than going through an orthodontist. The app made it easy with reminders to upload monthly progress pictures, and the customer service through the app was very punctual whenever I had questions. I’m now enjoying my straight teeth and just waiting for my retainers and whitening kit to arrive to really complete my smile! Glad I went through Linea and not some other more expensive well known aligner brands!

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend. The process was very easy from the beginning. There were a few unexpected delays in getting started with the dentist and then receiving my aligners, but this was as a result of public holidays and my dentist getting injured. Once that was sorted I had my first 6 months worth of aligners and they are simple to use and change. The second set came after another visit to my dentist to make sure everything was on track. The dentist was good, and very thorough. The Linea team are only a message away in the app and very responsive. I needed to keep my aligners on for 14 months, longer than I wanted or thought needed (but I'm not a dentist!). I'm very happy with the results. My teeth are straight and gaps are closed. I recommended to a friend who did the process too, she has also had great results. It feels like a long time to wear aligners, and they do get in the way when travelling, but I do not regret it at all. What's a year and a half in the long term? I'm 40, male and based in Perth. So it's never too late to start.

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience with Linea and using the aligners. I got the buttons on my teeth to help with the adjustments and they were barely noticeable. The retainers were comfortable and easy to wear everyday. My teeth look just as I had hoped for and I am very happy with the results. The customer service was amazing and responded to any and every question I had along the way. I moved interstate during the process and Linea set me up with another great dentist with no hassle. I also wanted to get my teeth shaped after the aligners and they managed all of this for me, overall the experience was very simple and easy.

A dentist overseas treatment and ensures you remain on track but for the most part you check in online. I am very happy with the result in just under 12 months. Cost wise it’s comparable to. Fantastic experience: From start to finish to process of Linea has been smooth and easy, I had worn braces in my early high school years and did not keep up with wearing my retainers at night, over many years my teeth had shifted enough to be noticeable so I wanted them corrected. When starting to look into what would work best for me, I filled in the Linea questionnaire and was contacted by a representative within 24 hours. David talked me through the process and I quickly decided this was the right choice. I saw Dr Lena who was absolutely incredible, I’m not great with dentists yet she made me feel comfortable and knew exactly what she was doing. She is very popular so if you require a weekend appointment it is best to request one well in advance so it doesn’t delay the process. I also saw Dr Sabiha who was just as friendly and knowledgeable so no matter who you get, it’s sure to be a pleasant experience. All the appointments are made through Linea so the team is always communicating with you, from photo updates to checking in to see how your appointment has gone. If you have any questions someone will always be ready to respond I am incredibly happy with the results, my smile is straight again and I was able to get them whitened which has made all the difference

Fantastic experience: I realized I had crooked teeth only in 2023 due to TMJ issue and as I was shifting to Australia, I needed to find a solution to straighten my teeth or fix the TMJ. I did my research and found Linea. They booked me an appointment with Frank from Abbotsford Dental Clinic. I had an xray and scan done and Linea confirmed they could help me with my problem. In August 2023 I received the first 9 sets of aligners. I had to delay the process due to personal reasons and Linea supported me at every step and even when I broke a pair of aligners, they manufactured a replacement for me. In June 2024, I received 8 more sets of aligners and we all thought these were going to be the last ones, however we were wrong and in October 2024 I received 6 more sets. Now, in February 2025 I am finished with my treatment and my teeth look beautiful. I might need to continue with the treatment in case the bite doesn’t settle, however Frank assured me that in 9/10 cases the bite settles within 6-12 months. Fantastic experience: Linea has been amazing in helping me with my new smile. Affordable and a worth my under two year journey. Even from the start they organised all my appointments with a trusted dentist at Indooroopilly Dental Suite. They were available for my questions and were able to fix my concerns in a timely manner. Unfortunately my dentist was unavailable during the end of my journey but Linea is partnered with certified dentists around Brisbane and was able to book me an appointment easily. Would highly recommend it!

Fantastic experience: I have had an amazing experience with Linea in my journey of getting straighter teeth. Couldn't be any happier and will definitely recommend this! My journey started with a dentist consultation to discuss my objective and whether Linea would be able to help. Linea team booked this with a local dentist closest to me. This was when I first met Dr Ian in Perth. He clearly explained what the process involved, potential risks (if any) and answered all my questions. This was followed by a complete scan of my mouth to check the health of my teeth. Afterwards, I was presented with an appropriate care plan. In the beginning, I was a bit skeptical because Linea seemed quite affordable in comparison with other well known brand out there. Apart from price point, another key factor that made me chose Linea was I did not have to pull out a single tooth to achieve what I was after! Of course, this will vary case by case. Overall my care plan took 1.5 years (with a few adjustments along the way) instead of initial prediction of 8-9 months. Linea team has been with me throughout the journey and always available to answer questions that I have. Monthly check ups were done via uploading photos in Linea app and this worked for me. Any necessary face-to-face follow up checks with Dr Ian were booked by the team with most costs covered within the plan. Thanks again Linea and Dr Ian! Now I can confidently smile without being self conscious showing my teeth anymore.

Fantastic experience: I have been wanting to straighten my teeth for a few years but could not find an affordable solution. Linea aligners proved to be affordable and gave me the results I wanted. The aligners are comfortable to wear and the whole process from start to finish was very smooth. Always someone ready to answer any questions. Fantastic experience: I engaged with Linea in 2023 after receiving a recommendation. David took the time to talk with me on the phone about my circumstances, and explained the whole process, the business model (I was initially skeptical as the cost was significantly lower than the big brands like Invisalign etc), what my options were, and made sure I was comfortable with everything. The dentist I attended was plenty of experience working with Linea and was great at their job, and was able to provide feedback on any of my concerns. I had to pause/delay my treatment about 80% of the way through due to my wedding, and a 3 month overseas work trip, and both the dentist and Linea were accommodating and supportive. Honestly, in all aspects and for the duration of the treatment Linea has given nothing but outstanding customer service. I am extremely happy with both the process and the end result, and cannot recommend Linea highly enough. Genuinely a good customer experience.

Negative experience: Misleading marketing. Stated to me on the initial call that I wouldn’t be out of pocket for the initial consult and would also receive my $50 deposit back if I were to not go ahead with the treatment post consult. They fail to mention that you will be out of pocket $300 if you go ahead on just your first day (not including the cost of the treatment itself - this is literally just for them to have a look at your teeth and organise a treatment plan?no clean) if you want a clean you have to pay even more. Said to me on the phone that if my results weren’t obtained within the time frame expected that is when there will be an out of pocket cost of $300 which I was okay with plus $150 for the scans. Before I got the treatment I was told to sign and luckily asked about the cost of todays appointment where I was made aware, I then spoke to Nick on the phone where he lied and put words in my mouth. After 5 minutes of him raising his voice at me I decided to leave. They don’t record the phone calls but send a text via the app which you don’t get notified with completely different terms. I was told to “have a play around with the app” to get used to it NOT “by the way we have sent you a message with different information that was said on the phone”. Once I said that I would report them is when I got sent my deposit back, I still want to make people aware to be super careful with this lot as their work is not honest. If they don’t record the phone calls then they clearly have something to hide like twisting your words and gaslighting. Not to mention I had scans done on my whole mouth less than two months ago which i was happy to forward to them but they declined because it’s “all included”.

They’re very easy to communicate with, they provide reminders/messages when to change aligners, track your progress or how your appointments go when you see the dentist. My results were amazing and my smile is lovely and straight now. Overall, I would highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Happy with the overall experience with Linea! The entire process was straight forward, I had a phone consultation prior to deciding to go with them, they found a dentist close by to do the initial consultation and scans. Their response time is great, I didn't have to chase them up if I had any question, my case was pretty straight forward. I liked having a dentist available for any questions, I wanted that extra support compared to other options for a similar price. There was the option to do a rescan if you weren't quite satisfied with the progress, which I ended up doing. For anyone considering getting aligners I would recommend getting a water flosser early on. Made me much more confident in my smile, looking back at old pictures makes me realise what a change it has made. Full disclosure they offered me a free set of retainers to review them, but genuinely have no complaints.

They have been extremely responsive to all my questions and made me comfortable throughout the entire process. Fantastic experience: My experience with with Linea was amazing. My teeth and smile are no longer a worry of mine. The best thing about Linea is that you actually get to visit a dentist and get your teeth x-rayed, scanned and assessed by a professional before you get your aligners to ensure you don’t need any work done beforehand which was very important to me. My dentist Dr Lena was excellent. She was kind and professional. She explained everything in detail and helped me feel relaxed during my appointments. The process is easy! You have an appointment with the dentist every 3-6 months or so. You get your aligners sent to your house and change them around every two weeks. The price point was also great for everything that is included. Would 100% recommend.

Fantastic experience: The best thing about Linea aligners is that they partner with experienced dentists who monitor your progress. They 3D scan your teeth and create the aligners. This means you don't need to use home dental impression kits which was a huge plus as it was 100% precise. The online portal shows your teeth's projected progression aligner to aligner in 3D models. I was hasty in swapping out my aligners so my teeth didn't track exactly to the plan, but Linea gave me an additional set of 5 aligners which got me to the results I wanted. The team at Linea held my hand through the entire process and were available via chat to answer any questions I had. Amazing experience and I love the results.
