Fantastic experience: Haven't been to the dentist in many years and had a terrible time as a kid but Julie on the front desk was fantastic and Dentist Naz was outstanding and put my nerves at ease , after my appointment i even gave naz a hug because of the great work she did and i was so happy with the results , i would now recommend crown dental group to anyone who needs a dentist

Dr Nazneen did an amazing job of removing an old filling on a broken tooth and fixed it, I did not experience any pain. All along Dr Nazneen asked me if I was ok and comfortable. I had to get an emergency extraction done as I was in soo much pain and Dr. Naz was wonderful and caring to squeeze me in for an appointment immediately that afternoon. Fantastic experience: I’ve always had phobia when came to visiting dentist; i’ve been very reluctant to visit for years. I needed solution, which Crown Dental have provided with maximum of care and min of headaches, I have not had to take any pain killers after my surgery, that was a big plus for me. Fantastic experience: Just want to say a massive thankyou to the team at crown dental I had really bad teeth was scared of the dentist. I hadn't had the opportunity to fix my teeth for 18years and was unsure where to start. Dr Rury the dentist did an amazing job of fixing my teeth removing them and making them look like new. After my teeth were cleaned repaired and looking great Lev the dental prosthesis made a partial plate. This was the best my teeth had looked in years. 3 months later I came back to get my final partial dentures and I have never looked better. My confidence has grown and I can smile again showing my teeth. I highly recommend Dr Rury as the dentist he is amazing at his job and made me feel comfortable and no longer scared of dentist. I would highly recommend Mr Lev as the prosthesis he was a magician and made my partial dentures giving me back my smile. Having had several other plates built for me - this clinic offers a seamless experience with the focus on dentures that fit. Note: we travel 2h to get here and it is totally worth the drive for this level of service. Highly recommend

Fantastic experience: No words can express the gratitude and appreciation for you guys. Julie the receptionist Dr Rury and Nidhu (not sure of spelling sorry). I think I really just wanted to hug you all.. but didn't want to come of crazy lol I don't like going to the dentist hence why I have issues now.. but I definitely want to come back and plan my treatment to getting a better smile and healthy teeth/gums. The minute I walked in talking to Julie the receptionist.. as quoted by Julie "I found my ppl" lol I have never had a tooth pulled and I was in a decent amount of pain. I'm not afraid of needles but it was something about teeth being pulled out didn't sit right. But Dr Rury and his nurse were welcoming and made me feel at ease and just like that my tooth was out. Thankyou for taking out my tooth and making sure I wasbt dying quietly in the chair lol I'll be back soon once I've don't my x-ray to talk plan of attack.

Fantastic experience: I’d give the Rowville Crown Dental 6 stars if I could. I’m someone who really gets anxiety when dealing with dental work and care, but Dr Rory and his associates are phenomenal. I had some issues to get fixed involving crowns and some cosmetic work done and they were outstanding through it all. Dr Rory is incredibly kind, gentle, and extremely thorough. He truly cares about his patients and doesn’t try to sell you anything you don’t need, he even picked up on some issues my previous dentist did not, ultimately saving a root canal. Reception is great as well, such a great breath of fresh air to have such a positive experience.

Fantastic experience: The Rowville Dental practice is a modern well equiped facility the staff are very friendly and I have never had problem obtaining an appointment even at short notice. Dr Nazneen Sadurdeen (Naz) my Dentist always takes time to explain the work I require before treatment and the most cost effective approach for long term benefits. Being on a pension with limited income this information is very much appreciated. Dr Naz together with her support team are very professional and always helpful. Fantastic experience: When my partial denture finally hit end of life, I contacted Crown Dental. Was welcomed professionally and had an appointment very quickly with dental prosthetist Lev. He explained my options and went over and above to ensure by the time I left, everything was working perfectly. So very patient with me and it really made me feel at ease. After searching high & low dealing with some horrible people over the phone ultimately not wanting to experience in house treatment. I came across crown dental, firstly JACINTA is by the far the most understanding & caring receptionist I have ever dealt with. No matter the long & endless questions were she was able to each time without miss answer every single one with so much care and Patience without making you feel like you were annoying (like most places I have experienced) I truly hope she Is appreciated & recognised for her work within her workplace. Secondly the ever so amazing Prosthetist Lev, never felt judged whatsoever as soon as I sat in his seat. Made me feel so comfortable & gave me so much confidence I could trust him in giving me an amazing smile which he absolutely did. Fantastic experience: I had to add two teeth to my flexible dentures. I approached 3 denture clinics near my home. One at Heatherton Road Dandenong was not at all interested in my request and shooed me off. One in Princes Highway Dandenong declared that new teeth cannot be added to flexible dentures! One in Keysborough said it could do it but I had to leave my denture for a week! Then I found Crown. They did it in one day! The denture technician was a first class professional.

We started our journey with a simple phone call to get information on dentures, as my anxiety grew just with that call she knew I needed special care. From a child of dentist fear to an adult with full blown anxiety she held my hand and talked me through everything. With every appointment she was there to hold my hand, the day of getting my teeth taken out she was amazing! I was scared, nervous and simply wanted to walk out, but she assured me everything would be ok, and it has been!!! Fantastic experience: I honestly cannot say enough good things about this practice. Dr Rury and his wonderful assistant Neda are just phenomenal. So kind, caring, professional and thorough. Heaps of fun too (not something you usually say about the dentist, but the 90's playlist at my last appointment was a stroke of genius!). The work we undertook for me was quite extensive, so I was at the practice a lot over the past 8 weeks and the entire way through the process they looked out for my needs, made sure I was always comfortable and that I felt safe. I really can't speak highly enough of them. Also... My new smile is INCREDIBLE :)

My 5 yo daughter hasn't been very co-operative and refused to open her mouth for treatment as she is terrified of the noises and equipments which caused me to be frustrated and impatient. Fantastic experience: Just got my new front teeth they look great and they are very comfortable. Mr Levent Ibrahim was very friendly and easy to talk to. I got a quote in January and in May I was ready to purchase my teeth he honoured that quote which was very pleasing as not many people would do that. The receptionist is also a lovely friendly girl. Positive experience: First time to Crown Dental, and I must say they were professional in their approach to my two broken teeth which needed crowns. Dr Hasfa Sadurdeen was amazing. It took quite a few weeks before a could get the crowns put on due to some unforeseen issue. However, I have had NO PROBLEM what so ever with the crowns. No sensitive! No pain! No trouble what so ever! It was a long process when I had them put in place, however, they ensured that before I left that everything was done correctly and all procedures were done precisely. It has been hard to find a good Dentist in Australia, as a would get most major dentistry done in Thailand. However, felt confident that Crown Dental could take care of an emergency that needed to be done straight away and they did! Thank you so much.

Negative experience: Dr nazneen have no experience she just broke my teeth and Injured my tongue all my mouth is badly injured I can’t drink can’t eat and too much pain She take 2 hours on my teeth but when she injured me badly than she told me i can’t remove the teeth and she did x ray in last when my mouth is badly injured she told me I will refer you to specialist than I go to other clinic.... Nazneen have no experience I have a picture and everything. How badly my mouth is injured. I am informing you may be doctor Ali is good because of 5 star reviews but doctor nazneen are non professional dentist with no experience

Fantastic experience: I have recently had dentures made and fitted here at Crown. They are ThermoSense acrylic being flexible and free from chemicals. These are made on the premises so quick and easy to fit. Also much cheaper than conventional dentures. Great staff and very welcoming. Good follow through.

Fantastic experience: My husband needed to see a dentist due to the onset of a toothache. He doesn't like dentists and refused to go to the one we normally see. I found Crown and can say we are very happy with the service from the team and Dr Naz. Everyone was warm, friendly and welcoming. We weren't rushed; the examination and explanation of issues/concerns was given in great detail. With costings discussed in a dental plan which we can do in our time frame. We have never encountered such an in depth treatment from a dentist. Dr Naz is very friendly, easy to talk to and relate with. Great service, I will now go here and highly recommend to all.

Fantastic experience: I travel from Frankston South to Rowville to see Crown. I've always had teeth trouble, and so did Dad. I had upper dentures done in QLD but needed lowers as the half dozen teeth left were playing up. I told dentist Dr Ali what I wanted..and he was all good with it! Years of had dentists trying to upsell or get this/that instead of listening. Meanwhile after a checkup they'd near upgrade their car. And with Dr Lev there, there wasn't going to two different places for dentures which was a big appeal. Lev always looks to take care and you can see the guy really looks to not only do a good job, but make sure you look your best. Girls on reception have always been great too.

Fantastic experience: I unexpectedly broke my crowned front tooth while eating breakfast one morning. Being a front tooth, I was extremely stressed and upset- especially given that I had recently become engaged and had my engagement party coming up the following weekend. I found crown dental rowville on google and based on the positive reviews, I contacted them. Despite them being flat out, they managed to squeeze me in and had a partial denture ready for me in 3 days. Unfortunately, there were a few unavoidable issues with the denture. Without any hesitation, they made me a new one- quickly and at no extra cost. At no point in time was I made to feel uncomfortable or demanding, the staff here really do just want you to be satisfied with their work. For me, the best part was the empathy, kindness and consideration shown by Receptionist Trish and Dentist Naz. They are both an asset to the business, I would highly recommend this practice.

Positive experience: So far I didn't receive any treatment from this clinic yet, but I rang a few days ago for information on dental implant and bone graft, the staff told me they only did dental implant here but they didn't do bone graft, what sort of professional service is this?

Fantastic experience: Found service excellent and teeth fit beautifully. A little longer for bottom dentures to settle in, which is usual for any dentures. The teeth have filled my mouth and no longer look so gaunt. The gums no longer prominent with a smile. So, yes very satisfied.
