Fantastic experience: Best experience. The sweetest and friendliest staff. Feels like you are greeted by family each time you call or walk in the door! At my recent appointment, my newborn baby became unsettled in the pram, and with my permission, the receptionist (wish I remembered her name!) supported me and comforted my baby, took the pram and walked her around back to sleep. It made me feel way less stressed in the dentist chair for the procedure, and the dentist wasn’t distracted with crying baby either!
Fantastic experience: As a family we have been attending Parkdale Family Dental for over 10 years and we wouldn’t go anywhere else for our dental needs. Aside from the exceptional dental expertise, all of the staff are amazing! It’s such a positive experience visiting the genuinely caring staff. Highly recommend!
Fantastic experience: Our whole family has seen Dr Nidhi and the wonderful team at Parkdale Family Dental for over ten years now. When the kids were tiny, the team would supervise them playing in the foyer while I had my teeth checked (super family friendly!). We love their spacious and bright new rooms and how the same staff stick around, from expert dental nurse Julie to friendly receptionist Carolyn. Our now 8 and 10 year old children have never been stressed about dental check ups, instead looking forward to reading the Guinness book of records in the waiting room and guessing the flavour of toothpaste used for the polish. Highly recommended this dental practice!

Fantastic experience: I had four premolars extracted by Dr Yea Lee Shu as part of orthodontic treatment. As someone who is terrified of needles I was definitely dreading my appointment but the dentist was absolutely amazing. I felt very aware of what was going on and it helped to know what to expect. They also made the process totally pain free and checked to make sure I couldn’t feel any sharp pains before taking out the teeth. The whole process was over in 20 minutes and I still can’t believe how easy it was!! Thank you to the team at Parkdale Family Dental, never thought I would have such a positive tooth extraction experience.

Fantastic experience: I had a few dental issues and a toothache that needed an urgent attention. The team at the clinic assisted me from communications, information about the new place of the clinic, bookings, and treatments. It was a warm atmosphere and that made me feel relaxed and comfortable. l was treated by a friendly and professional team. I need a root canal and bridges or dentures and it is on going work. Fantastic experience: Dr. Yea Lee Shu is amazing, I had a one hour session to have 8 fillings done in the one sitting. Like most, I'm not a fan of dentists, yet Dr Shu had me so comfortable and relaxed I actually fell asleep during the procedure. Can't recommend Parkdale Family Dental and the whole team enough. If you need quick yet perfect dental care this is the place to come!

At my most recent visit (third visit for me, I am new to the practice), I was looked after by Dr Yea Lee and she was unbelievable. I was terrified and very anxious knowing a tooth will be extracted. Fantastic experience: Broke a tooth on Sunday, called midday Monday for an appointment. By midday Tuesday I was in the chair with Dr Yea getting it filled. Super professional job, very responsive dentist, happy to do it without anesthetic at my request. Very smooth and perfect fitted filling. Best I've had done. Long term customer (over thirty years) of this practice. I won't be going anywhere else.

Fantastic experience: I have been attending the dentists here for years and would go nowhere else. Dr Nidi is who I see these days. She is friendly, skilful and gentle whether it is a simple check up and clean or a root canal. All staff are cheery from reception to the dental assistants. I wouldn't say I like visiting the dentist, but I do like visiting Parkdale Family Dental, as they make the experience way more pleasant.

Fantastic experience: Parkdale Family Dental are just an amazing caring team of professionals. This year I have had a course of treatment overseen by Dr Paul, who was great! However, I would particularly like to mention Dr Nidhi this week. At my most recent visit Dr Nidhi worked much longer than the normal appointment time allowed, at the very end of her day, to make sure I was completely happy with the results I had. She was unbelievably patient, kind and caring, listening to me and consulting with me at every stage, making me feel so comfortable when I was very anxious. Both my adult son and I have had treatment from Dr Nidhi on our front teeth and she has transformed our smiles and confidence – she is so talented! We will both be forever grateful for Dr Nidhi’s advice and handywork. Dr Nidhi’s assistant was also amazingly helpful and patient during my appointment - and as always the wonderful Carolyn on reception just makes everyone feel welcome and safe and truly wants us to be happy with our visit. It’s a pleasure to be welcomed and treated by everyone I’ve met at Parkdale Family Dental and I highly recommend them!

Fantastic experience: I can honestly say Dr Paul and his dental nurse are the best dental duo I have ever had treating me. They were both very re assuring and kind throughout my treatment and I didn't feel a thing during my root canal prep (a miracle as I've had a few before). They were also very accommodating and squeezed me in as I was in quite a lot of pain. Fantastic care and attention from two very friendly people, I can't recommend them enough.
