Fantastic experience: Dr Joe and his staff at Torque Orthodontics, in Mackay Queensland were wonderful to work with in the last 2 years. My grandson received excellent orthodontic treatment. Fantastic experience: After an afternoon of trauma & shock we would like to thank Torque Orthodontics - Mackay, QLD from the bottom of our hearts for the utmost overwhelming care they have provided our son. The beautiful Ophelia answered my call for help, then she & Dr Peter Monckton came in on their day off to assist us after our son was unfortunately hit in the face with a golf club & his front teeth were badly damaged one hanging from his braces. The new, modern practice is pristinely clean with great facilities. We were extremely satisfied with the quality of work and how our daughter's teeth looked after the removal of her braces. Fantastic experience: From my first appointment to the last, I never felt like just a number. The whole team were kind, professional, knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable throughout the whole treatment. I walked in probably being able to eat corn through a tennis racket to a nice straight smile. Every step of the way was easy, straightforward and painless. Doing the treatment from out of town was no issue aswell thanks to the app and they answered every question I had quickly via the app (if I couldn’t call). Any problems with the treatment was dealt with promptly. We had a jaw expander in our treatment which worked perfectly ! Braces came off earlier then advised.
