Negative experience: STAY AWAY FROM CLASS 1 ORTHODONTICS..... One of the biggest mistakes I made was going to Class 1 Orthodontics for my treatment. I spent $7k on this treatment and they ruined my teeth. It took way too long to finish the treatment. After 5 years of no change or adjustment, they decided that I needed to start again, get review, and pay another $$$$ to finish my treatment. During my treatment, I had both withdom teeth removed, which should have been done from the beginning instead of 4 teeth from the side ( 2 upper and 2 lower). This caused complications due to Dr Chris' poor judgement. Appointment managment was terrible. No form of communication, constant cancellation and change of appointment.

Negative experience: Not at all happy with the outcome as my bottom two front teeth cracked and had to be removed. Now having to pay several thousand dollars to have implants.

Negative experience: Retainer breaks and I'd be charged at least $650 to get new ones. You pay thousands for orthodontic treatment, and then they give you fragile garbage so you have to keep coming back and paying more!

Negative experience: no information actually. They take your child out the back. Send him out when done. Take my money. And give no feedback. No mention of where we are at. How much longer braces are on. How is procedure going, nothing.

Fantastic experience: Jade and Dr Chris were both amazing with Indi today. She was a little worried about getting an expander and what it would do, but they both put her at ease and although the appointment was focused on that, Dr Chris put her at ease with his own children’s experiences of having a similar treatment.

Negative experience: Absolutely ridiculous pricing. I was a patient for 2 years got braces and everything. After I got my braces of I got retainers around $300. I went back a month ago and now they charge more than $600 for both retainers which is completely insane and I wasn't allowed to get my scans sent to me. If you're looking for affordable retainers go to Rockingham Orthodontics Centre they charged me $290 for consultation, scans and both retainers.
Thanks for reaching out Alvin! We can issue the retainers at half price when you bring in your molds for our clinic to make inhouse, which I can see you did back in April last year. If we have to send anything off-site to our lab, then the full fee applies. We are also not able to send off the scans due to physical limitations. If you would like anything discussed/clarified any further, please don't hesitate to reach out.

Fantastic experience: Whilst on holiday in WA, the spring on my daughters brace came undone, and kept getting stuck in her inside lower lip. After looking at random Perth orthodontics, I came across "Class 1 Rockingham" which had some great reviews. I walked into their branch on a Monday morning not knowing how busy they would be. They said they could see her at 3.30pm. 3.30 arrived and the staff were so friendly and efficient. They put my daughter at ease straight away and worked their magic. Thank you so much!!

Fantastic experience: My kids have attended this practice for over 6 years. Dr Orloff and the staff are absolutely amazing. Chris has worked miracles with my kids’ teeth and never does anything unnecessary. We always look forward to our visits.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely fabulous customer service. Technically good and flexible, friendly, responsive, efficient. Braces are expensive no matter what you do and no matter what health fund you have but the fact that the outcome is so good makes it worthwhile for your children if you can afford to do it. I am happy my child has had a very good start to his dental and orthodontic health.

Fantastic experience: Spent 2 years dealing with class 1 with an Invisalign treatment. Always had professional care from Chris and the team, monitoring my changes either through the app or face 2 face. Chris is a real perfectionist when it comes to perfecting the smile, and I couldnt be happier with my results - I feel like a new person that is never afraid to smile . 10/10

Fantastic experience: Dr Chris and everyone else at Class 1 Orthodontics Rockingham are absolutely fantastic. My daughter has a crippling fear of anything to do with her mouth yet Dr Chris's team made her so comfortable she went thru all her appointments and braces being put on and adjustments when they were needed without complaining. She still had some trepidation but went thru with everything asked of her. I cannot thank these guys enough for their empathy and my daughter's beautiful straight teeth.
