Met with dentist Karen, she was very thorough and professional along with her assistant dentist. They were really gental and caring. The follow up advice was excellent and she also provided some dental care tips after she went through the scans highlighting areas of concern. They are genuinely concerned about their customers and it shows in the way they operate. The service was so good that I booked in another appointment to get some filings done. Highly recommended for anyone in need of high quality dental care and treatment.

Fantastic experience: Just a little background—my toddler had a traumatic experience at another dental clinic, so I had been searching for a kid-friendly one for quite some time. Minto Family Dental truly felt like an answered prayer. The entire team was warm and welcoming. Huge thanks to Betul for helping my daughter rebuild her trust in dentists, and to Karen for her incredible patience and care during the tooth filling. She truly went above and beyond to make sure my little one felt safe and at ease throughout the entire procedure. Dr. Parvinder, dental hygienist and other subordinate staff did really well with dental treatment of my nearly 6 year old girl. I would recommend this practise all day long. Not a costly place to get your dental done on top. 5 star service!!!!

I have had a fear of dentists since my teens and due to an infected abcess tooth I made the decision to walk through their doors 30 years after my last visit, severe anxiety with the lead up but from the moment I walked through the door I felt my anxiety levels lower. Very accommodating to a walk in emergency visit, the staff are AMAZING talking you through the whole process of what needs to be done as well as keeping you calm during the process. I have since been back for a second visit and cannot wait to have that smile I did 30 years ago under trusted and professional dentists. Thanks team MFD

Fantastic experience: My 6-year-old nephew had his routine dental checkup and cleaning today. Since he’s autistic and non-verbal, it can be quite challenging to get him to cooperate and sit still during the visit. However, the staff were incredibly patient and friendly, which made the whole experience smoother. Dr. Karen, in particular, was lovely. The dental clinic, located in the heart of Minto, was spotless and beautifully maintained, creating a welcoming environment for kids & family.

The staff are really good with kids and made the nervous little ones relaxed and confident so they can actually successfully open their mouths! Fantastic experience: Dr Kaur and her team are friendly, professional and caring. I had Spark Clear Aligners treatment done amongst numerous other treatments such as fillings, teeth cleaning and whitening. The end result from the clear aligners was extremely satisfying and a very good price. The team there are also wonderful with children and make them feel comfortable and confident when in the chair. I highly recommend this practice for all your dental needs!

Positive experience: The staff here are all amazing and helpful. My son has never once complained about his visits and currently has his braces done at this centre. Unfortunately, our appointment gets moved a number of times so apart from that we’re very happy with the service here.

Fantastic experience: I'm very grateful for finding this place. I've been to other dentists before and never felt comfortable. Here, I'm greeted, I feel welcomed. I have have a few ongoing health issues, and had to cancel last minute, unfortunately u can't help things in life, but they worked with me so I didn't lose my deposit. They explain things to me, which is fantastic. The whole staff have been wonderful. Reception is so lovely. Today I had my gums cleaned and met Karen for the first time and she was amazing. I'm Autistic and told her as i was over stimulated with noise, and she was very accommodating, asking if I needed tv off, music down, aircon off as it was loud. That was so nice of her to offer that to me. She is So sweet and calm and because of that, it settled me down. Dr Kaur, also has a very calming nature. She has been super nice to me and explains things to me. It's never a bother to her. Very professional and kind. Thank you to everyone. I wouldn't go anywhere else. 5/5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Izzy
