Negative experience: .Today, my fiancé had an appointment with a dentist. During the visit, while my fiancé was getting her teeth cleaned, the hygienist — whose name is also Karen — behaved in an extremely unprofessional manner. She repeatedly asked my fiancé inappropriate and disrespectful questions, such as: “Is that your dad? He looks much older than you.” As a professional, she should have known better than to make such personal and intrusive remarks — especially in a clinical setting. This comment was not only uncalled for, but it also caused emotional distress. After leaving the dentist’s office, my fiancé and I ended up in an argument, which unfortunately led to us separating. This experience has been deeply hurtful, and it all started because of a completely unnecessary and unprofessional comment from someone we trusted with our care.

Fantastic experience: My son just finished up just over two years worth of treatment. Expander, braces, elastics. Have been so happy with the entire team, the whole process has been super easy. They offer payment plans for the braces. I was initially worried how my son would go here as he has autism/adhd and in the past he hasn't had a good experience with dentists. But here, they made him feel calm, we've really had no issues at all! Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I took my daughter to Align Dentistry to get her braces, and we couldn't be happier with the experience! When we got there I was happy to find that parking was available on site. The whole practice is always so clean and this surgery looks like its in Double Bay not Chipping Norton. The staff are always incredibly friendly and made my daughter feel comfortable right from the start. The dentist Dr Anand is always on time, very professional and he took the time to explain the process and answered all our questions, which really eased my daughters nerves. My daughter is excited about her new braces and she loves how she can change the band colour every visit. We are also super happy about the dramatic result we saw so quickly. I have a few friends that also put braces on their children and progress was very slow. I have seen many different styles of braces and these braces are the Rolls Royce of all braces. Never did my daughter complain the wire is cutting into her lips. I highly recommend this practice and I have also sent a work colleague to this dentist and she is extremely happy with the result also. Negative experience: My experience with Align Dentistry was utterly unacceptable. The treatment they provided not only failed to address my crooked teeth but actually resulted in an edge-to-edge bite, a problem I did not have before. The lack of improvement is not only disappointing but also frustrating, especially considering the time and money invested in the process. Their incompetence is staggering, and I strongly advise against trusting them with your dental care.

Fantastic experience: Dr Anand Srinivasa treated me and my daughter. We both have excellent results. I did my orthodontics as an adult so it was invasive and painful but it was worth it. Not only my smile looks better but I stopped shredding my teeth or bite my tongue and my breathing during sleeping is better. My daughter never complained about the pain during whole process. Orthodontic treatment is much easier for kids to go through. When they are so young bones and cartilages are very flexible. At the beginning there is a little of discomfort but kids ajust quickly. My daughter was one of the most severe cases Dr Srinivasa had. Her teeth were extremely crowded. Without treatment she would probably suffer a lot. We started when she was 6 or 7 years old once the first adult teeth appeared. (Don't be afraid to start early, it's better for a child.) It started with an expander for few weeks to create a space for teeth. Then braces were applied for few months to align all teeth. Later they were taken off and we waited for remaining milk teeth to be replaced by adult teeth. Braces were applied again to finish alignment. Two permanent tiny wires heve been applied behind top and bottom front teeth to keep the results. There is one great detail which I have to mention. Dr Srinivasa never removed any of her teeth to create space for other teeth. She has all her adult teeth so no fear off any deformity to skull bones or complications due to unnecessarily lost teeth. Her simle is stunning and she looks amazing. No doubts it's one of the best decisions I've ever made. Orthodontic is quite expensive but I received a payment plan so it was manageable so less stressful for me. I'm grateful for Dr Srinivasa care. He is kind, friendly and patient. He will take time to explain everything and answer all your questions. He is professional and confident about his work. I can say the same about Align medical team, professional and very friendly. The atmosphere is so welcoming.

Fantastic experience: I started my journey with not so good looking teeth. My jaw was pushed back and my teeth were very separated and shifted. I am lucky that my family found doctor Anand to help with this issue at a very young age. Anand is very experienced at dentistry, whilst not only that, I felt comfortable with him as he didn't make me feel worried or scared while he'd fix my teeth, as he constantly gave me relevant advice and information in maintaining my teeth (as having plates and braces). As a patient for over 5 years, I highly recommend this dentist!

All dentists there are the best; we as a family started with my son, Hani, gets treatment from the kind Janine Senior Oral Therapist, then followed by my two daughters and the kids with the other dentists, and the professional standards stay the same. Now all our family members are in the queue, sure, to receive same service. BTW, the kids of 8 to 2 years of age, used to be scared in that dentist seat, but NOT under the caring attention of Chipping Norton Align Dentistry like family members; they were feeling so safe and comfortable there and went out so with their moms, wanting to go back with the next treatment sessions thanks to the most professional staff around... The service of both thr doctor and the staff has been impeccable and you are always greeted with a friendly smile.
