Fantastic experience: Omg - the minute I walked in to the clinic - Lee at the front greeted me with a smile and then onwards I was made to feel so so relaxed and comfortable. She answered all my questions as she knew I was nervous and had many concerns. Even after when I went to collect my Denture, she navigated me through the magic of her computer to the bus station and handed me a bottle of water. Now you don't get that sort of treatment these days in a hurry. I wish Lee all the best and thank her for her kindness & compassion. ❤️

Fantastic experience: Excellent service with a smile from Laetta at North Lakes Denture Clinic! Since losing my front teeth to an accident as a child, I have struggled with ill fitting dentures! Finally I found a lovely dental technician in Laetta who truly listened to my concerns, took photos of my old denture for comparison and made me the most comfortable and natural looking denture I have ever (in 50 years) worn! Tears of relief and joy! I cannot thank you enough!

Fantastic experience: My procedures were so enjoyable and explained in leyman terms so I cld understand. 4 stages which were all for my benefit not there's. So I was made tto feel comfortable at ease ..... this was a totally new experience for me and wish I wld hve done sooner. Looking after my mother...... and going through trauma, held me back as mum comes 1st always, but if you don’t look after your loved ones there is no you. Fantastic experience: What a wonderful experience ! It definitely showed that Tanya Carman (dental prosthetist) loves her job. Just an absolute joy to go to. The effort she puts in to making her customers feel happy and cared for was well above average. Totally happy with her and the way she treated my elderly father. Product and price was exceptional too.

Negative experience: Tanya was to look after my elderly mother whose had dentures since she was 19 years old She was seeing Andrew but saw Tanya This is when the trouble started Never in my life have I seen my mother in soo much pain and discomfort. She’s gone through hell with Tanya Tanya kept getting mum to come back & adjust but the damage was done in drilling to get the faulty dentures out of her mouth whilst mum was awake and she drilled them to get them out of my poor mother mouth. The original set she made, she couldn’t get them out Imagine that!! It’s traumatic & painful now mum is being looked after properly

Negative experience: The worst set of dentures I have ever had in the 60 years that I have needed them. It was trouble from the first fitting when the lower dentures got stuck in and Tanya had to drill them out of my mouth. One problem after another. Tanya tried to fix them and even came to my home but I eventually had enough and didn't bother going back again. The top denture eventually settled to some extent but not the lower which is still cutting into my gums. The inside of my cheeks and lips became macerated and very sore. I eventually found Andrew again who kindly adjusted them. Unfortunately the lower denture that has fittings to go over my posts have become more and more problematic. I didn't want to get on the same old merrygoround with Tanya and not get anywhere so I am going to go back to Andrew to have new dentures made. I know that he will solve my problems with perfect dentures as he has for many years. It pays to stick with the best.I won't get fooled like that again.

Fantastic experience: Having broken my plate in half 4 days out from Xmas I was expecting the worst. I called Harris Denture and spoke with Tanya who saw me within the hour and had my plate fixed within the next hour and I was on my way. Excellent service and great job. I can’t recommend Tanya more highly. 5/5+

Negative experience: I am so disgusted with this company telling people straight out lies about Andrew Harris living over seas not practising any more or dead. You should be ashamed. Andrew Harris is the real deal honest and brilliant. Don't mix these two places up

Negative experience: Pretty shocked that I rang the practice number listed for the Kallangur store only to be told you had no idea who who or where the the owner was from Kallangur. And that you had all my previous mounds at your clinic . Lame business practices

Negative experience: Shocking...... poorly made teeth...got refund after demanding it..... never to return. Buyer beware!. Edit! Yes Tanya.... Our issues were back in 2016!. Didn't have the ability back the to do feedback. In no way am i trying to damage a business in any way... but do feel others need to know my experience as you did the right thing by refunding but everything before that was very ho hum!
