Fantastic experience: I’ve had a really good experience with Dr. Hassan. He is friendly, professional, and truly cares about his patients.

Negative experience: Absolutely appalling experience with this clinic’s receptionist. At 12:44pm today while outing with my friends, I received an unsolicited phone call, falsely accusing me of booking an appointment I never made. I have never been a patient here and had no prior dealings with this clinic. The female Asian toned- voice receptionist was shockingly rude, pushy, and unprofessional — shouting my name down the phone the minute I picked up the call, refusing to properly identify the clinic through my question as she said “you mad a appointment with us”, and aggressively repeating “the dentist, the dentist, the dentist” after one and another, instead of answering my questions. I was scared and shocked bc of her behaviour to then cancelled that an appointment, which I’ve never made immediately. She offered no apology and her behaviour was hostile, disrespectful, and completely unacceptable. Hang up immediately the moment I said to cancelled. This reflects extremely poorly on the clinic, and I strongly urge the manager to take immediate action. If this is how they treat people over the phone, I would strongly warn others to avoid this clinic entirely. Even if I did made an appointment by accident, that shouldn’t be the behaviour to treat people. If you’re the receptionist reading this then you should feel sorry, and fix it up immediately. It is very unprofessional and absolutely appalling to treat people like this. You’re not getting away.

Fantastic experience: I would like to thank Eddy and Karmen for excellent service. Both employees are very friendly and helpful. I was very satisfied with the dental care quality and the helpfulness of the receptionist. They always filled out the AIA forms within a reasonable time frame. Would highly recommend!

I am so happy with the results what the dentist had done, i’m very picky with choosing dental services i’v been with some other dentists was not really happy with their service the staff and the dr was really judgmental and made me discomfort but today i felt like i found my all time favourite dentist, the staffs at this place were professional very friendly and i was impressed with the results and communications booked for my kids too. Thanks to my sister who works as a dental assistant recommended me this place :)

Fantastic experience: First time attending this particular dentist practice and I was very impressed with their professionalism, they made me feel very comfortable and communication while being worked on to remove a back tooth was very excellent. The pricing is spot on and they don’t over charge like most do, I can without any hesitation recommend this place.

We all know heading off to the dentist is a scary and daunting task, although one that is necessary.
