Fantastic experience: Dr Patty Chou was recommended to me by our orthodondist. Dr Patty Chou was extremely caring and experienced. She put my daughter at ease and kept me informed the whole time. They were flexible in which practice we attended to fit our schedule. Would definitely recommend. Dr Chou was very caring and kind checking in on my daughter after her tooth exposure. Fantastic experience: As a patient with a metastatic I was very wary of having any dental work done with the risk of spreading any further disease. However, Dr Willis was very understanding and empathetic to my situation. My diseased tooth was out without any difficulties. The gum has healed with no issues. I was very impressed with Dr Willis and would have no hesitation in recommending him for any dental work.

When I came to see Patty she saved the tooth and it’s been fine for some years now. Fantastic experience: Highly recommend for wisdom extraction. Dr Willis is very knowledgeable in this area and does a great job. All four of mine came out perfectly in one go. Definitely go to this clinic if you need any wisdom teeth removed!

Fantastic experience: As I know how important it is to have my teeth professionally cleaned on a regular basis, (I only wish that I got into this habit earlier), I am now a regular client at Toothsome. I recently received a lovely warm welcome from the Hygienist (April) and Nurse (Jelena) which made me feel relaxed and comfortable. It was also reassuring to see how well they worked together as a team, they had a lovely rapport. I am actually looking forward to my next visit.

Negative experience: Spent 2400 bucks for a deep cleaning. Dentist rushed to the next patient without after care. No nurse was watching me while I was not fully awake. The external sourced anesthesiologist is very unprofessional. He left the clinic before I was awake. He didn’t measure my weight and height to measure the dosage. This is unethical and medically risky. He didn’t contact me prior to the procedure to guide me on any requirements such as fasting (which he claimed he did and I never received his message). He went through the questionnaire for medical history very fast just like he didn’t care. Also took him more than more attempt to succeed in putting the needle in my arm. He was rough in finding the vein, caused under skin bleeding from the vein after the surgery.

Fantastic experience: Had such a positive experience at Toothsome with Dr Patty Chou & Dr David Willis with my Dental implants. Everything was very transparent throughout the process, and had no complications. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: My 11 year old son was getting a franectemy and was quite nervous. Dr Patty was personable, calming and very informative. Explained everything to my son before proceeding with anything. This put him at ease and he felt very much in control. Would highly recommend her.

Fantastic experience: I have complicated problems and David and all the staff were very knowledgeable and informative, explaining everything in great detail for me to understand. The surgery is very clean and they sanitize everything. My partner had a full set of false teeth put in and they look Amazing! We both highly recommend David and all his staff to everyone!

Positive experience: Excellent Dental Practice, however, they do lose one mark for the lack of follow up on matters. As experienced with my brother. Whilst I praise Dr Chou for being a consummate professional at her job, however, after my brother saw Dr Stretton in the same building on 26 July for a clean, he was asked to follow up with Dr Chou due to his findings. He was unable to see Dr Chou a few days earlier on the day allocated due to it being short notice. Until this day, he never heard back after sending an online booking request on the recommendation of Dr Stretton to have his matters addressed as he had the funds. However, he never received an itemised treatment plan for the work to proceed. This, unfortunately, was the second time this happened to him as initial correspondence to him was sent to an incorrect e-mail address by the receptionist Julia, who chastised him for following up on this. Whilst we give Dr Chou credit for apologising on behalf of the receptionist, Julia’s behaviour put a dampener on the experience. So, unfortunately, he will wait for the concerns Dr Stretton found to be addressed in the public system. Whilst we are OK with this, I just wanted to share his experience.

Fantastic experience: I’m so happy with the services I received by Dr Patty Chou. She explains everything thoroughly and puts you at ease with her warm and calm demeanor. I was so nervous knowing I was getting my gums deep cleaned but Dr Patty Chou made me feel at ease. There was no pain or discomfort. Recovery was also quick and pain free. I highly recommend!!

Fantastic experience: Recently had 4 wisdom teeth removed by Dr Willis and a cleaning/check up with Dr Stretton. Fantastic experience: I had a really great experience with Dr. Willis and Toothsome. I made an appointment at the baulkham hills office when I was in excruciating pain from an infected wisdom tooth. I had put this surgery off for years because I'm generally worried about surgeries. From the get go it was amazing specially with his no charge consultation which was a surprise to me. Fantastic experience: I recently had a wisdom teeth surgery done by Dr. Willis and I must say that I am very impressed with the entire experience. I had all four of my impacted wisdom teeth extracted, which were very close to my nerves. Dr. Willis was very thorough in explaining the procedure and what to expect during and after the surgery.The process was seamless, and I was able to book my surgery within 2-3 weeks after my consultation. One thing that stood out to me about Dr. Willis was his no charge consultations. Unlike other wisdom teeth surgeons, I appreciated that I didn't have to pay for a consultation. This was a big plus for me, as I was able to get all my questions answered and felt comfortable proceeding with the surgery. Overall, my recovery was quick and I was back to my normal routine within a few days. I felt absolutely no pain but had some swelling and bruising which is normal. I would highly recommend Dr. Willis for wisdom teeth surgery. His expertise and attention to detail, along with his caring and compassionate approach, made for a positive experience.

He made the procedure as quick and comfortable as could be and the recovery has been a lot better and faster than expected. Fantastic experience: Impacted wisdom teeth surgically extracted. At an adult age, not always the easiest removal procedure. However, Dr Willis is very experienced, knowledgeable and skilled in this area. I had no complications, and healing very well following.

Fantastic experience: Dr David Willis is an exceptional dental surgeon, he removed 4 wisdom teeth, did an amazing job and healed up pretty quickly. he even gave me a great deal on all 4 which is a bonus. I went in for a clean and scan 4 weeks after and charged me almost half what i was quoted at other dental practices, very professional. Will definitely be going back for teeth bleaching soon :)
