Positive experience: I don’t really know tbh. The Dr was fine overall. I Came in with an abscess in my mouth, left being told I need wisdom teeth removed (not related to the abscess, no pains from wisdom teeth, no decay according to the x-rays) and descaling, polish and fluoride for nearly $300. Seemed ok but nothing was done about my gum abscess. I thought he would have flushed it out and given some antibiotics to try and stop it from happening again. And the wisdom teeth removal is more preventative incase they decay in the future. I’m sure he’s right about the wisdom teeth in the future, but I didn’t go in for my wisdom teeth, they’ve not caused me any issues so far, my abscess wasn’t dealt with so I left confused and likely going to have to go to another dentist like I’m made of money or stab at it at home with a needle or something and see if it just needs to be drained? ‍♂️I’m still a little confused a few weeks later of what happened. My teeth feel cleaner and are shinier and he seemed to be very skilled at what he did do during the visit

Fantastic experience: Dr Patrick Dang is an amazing doctor and a specialist. I did a filling with him and it was beautifully done. Recently I also had some other issues and he was very conservative in his approach and suggested to do more tests and seeing other specialists, before doing any other treatments, despite some other doctors I’ve seen, who were just after more treatments and money. I believe dr Patrick cares about his patients and their health overall. I love that the clinic has an aquarium and massage chairs in the waiting room, I’d come earlier if I knew about it :)

Fantastic experience: Great experience for a dental check-up and clean with Dr Andrew Ta. He was extremely polite, friendly, and professional. First time at this practice and seeing him. He made sure to introduce himself and his assistant, gave a brief explanation of each procedure that was about to be conducted, and gave plenty of options to take a break and ask questions. It is so important for me to feel comfortable when doing anything dental. At all times in my appointment, I felt I was in good hands. The practice is relatively easy to access by public transport (the bus 389 stops right outside). There are some street parking options, so I think I will try to drive next time. The practice was clean, spacious, and modern.

Negative experience: On the basis of a consultation - I do not think Dr Sandoval is confident at all in the cosmetic dentistry I would not recommend her to anyone who is considering it. I have had consultations with multiple dentists that complete cosmetic dentistry and although she was able to recite what the difference between composite and porcelain veneers is, there was nothing personal about our interaction. Working in customer service for the best part of 5 years I can easily see that Dr Sandoval lacks interpersonal skills. I felt as though I had wasted my money and should not have paid for the consult. I also had originally asked on the phone for a consult with Dr Oberoi and based on what the reviews say I was confused that my experience was so odd and poor. Later finding out that, that Dr Oberoi is a male and the receptionist had scheduled me in with Dr Sandoval instead. You would think she would've introduced herself when I walked in (if Dr Sandoval had I would've walked out). My experience was extremely disappointing and a complete waste of my money as I didn't even see who I wanted to see. If you are looking to go here I would probably skip out all together, it has left me scrambling for a cosmetic dentist for a last minute procedure.

Positive experience: I've been a patient of Patrick Dang for 7 years. He's nice but as years passed he became more and more impatient, arrogent and doesn't really want to waste his time explain things to you. He just decide what he thinks you need to have done and doesn't bother explain even when I try to push him for an explanation. His main focused is opening more dental offices. I had cerec filling done twice and they were done in a sloppy way. you can see the lack of smoothness because he has no patience to spend a bit of extra time to make sure it blends in with your original tooth. My husband teeth were done the same way. Also when I complained about one of them, he was reluctantly did it that after few months it cracked and needed to be replace. I was charged another $900 for it. Now the new one has a chip on the side of it after few months. Not a good practice if you have no patience to explain to your patient what you're doing and spending time to smooth it new cerec filing to blend in.

Dr Andrew has been brilliant, offering professional recommendations and top exceptional work, he's also fully transparent on costs so there's no anxious wait when you come to pay.

Negative experience: I normally go to this practice! But will no longer come back and i wont recommend to my neighbours an dfriends. I called last monday 4:30 pm and the receptionist answered. I asked whether i can bring my 5 year old daughter as ahe bumped her face on a steel door frame and her mouth is bleeding. I know for a fact that they have to look at the teeth and gums and as a nurse there is no point going to ED as i know it is a dental issue. The receptionist refused and said they dont have a dentist available. I said to her that it is an emergency. She is adamant there is no dentist available. They operate till 6pm. And i know that if there is an emergwncy they can do it. Good thing i have found a dentist close to us and accepted us to help my daughter out. Will never return to this oractice anymore!

Fantastic experience: I went to this practice initially for an emergency and I had a first appointment with Dr. Vinaya Sunkersett. From the get-go she has been amazing - she took great care in explaining what my options for treatment were and ensured all the safety measures were being respected. Once the practice was able to perform my treatment, I had multiple appointments with Dr. Vinaya and she has been absolutely amazing throughout my experience. She is very patient, very thorough and always takes the time to explain the options for treatment and their pros and cons. I had a thorough cleaning of my teeth and multiple fillings done by Dr. Vinaya and I'm very happy with the final result. I will for sure continue to come to this practice for my regular check-ups and any other treatments I may need in the future. The reception staff is also lovely - they are very quick to answer by e-mail or on Facebook, which is greatly appreciated.

Negative experience: I made an appointment online two days ago before I visited here. After that I didn’t receive any phone calls or following emails to confirm the appointment. Today I came here and the receptionist told me she couldn’t find my booking details in the system. I showed her the only email I received and she said the appointment must be ‘confirmed’ via email or call. I explained I didn’t receive any email or calls after I made the appointment, and she said ‘sorry there must be an error and we’re fully booked today, Do u wanna reschedule it?’ I drove 30mins here on an Saturday and you told me you couldn’t find the appointment I made 2 days ago because of your omission and asked me to reschedule?! What’s wrong with your logic? AVOID THIS PLACE if you don’t wanna your time be wasted! Such a disappointment

Negative experience: I attended Pyrmont Dental Health for a Zoom teeth whitening procedure. During and following the procedure I had substantial pain, to the point where I was unable to sleep later that night. I was not made aware of any pain that was to be involved until following the procedure. There was a significant lack of communication from the staff on this front. My experience at Pyrmont Dental Health stands in contrast to Martin Place Dental Health (part of the same chain) where I was very impressed by the staff and service. I will not visit Pyrmont Dental Health in the future.

Fantastic experience: I have been to PDH many times, staff are always friendly and professional. I have had my teeth cleaned, Zoom whitening procedure (my teeth are still nice and bright) and a root canal. My dentist is fantastic, he is always honest with his appraisal. I would highly recommend this a practice.

Fantastic experience: Thoroughly enjoyed my experience at PDH. Time waits were short, which is important to me being I visited PDH whilst on my work lunch break. The appointment started with some teeth x-rays and was followed with an easy to understand explanation of what is going on with my teeth. And dare I say it, the clean was pain-free, comfortable and enjoyable. I will be back!

Fantastic experience: We moved from Melbourne and I was worried about visiting a new dentist. Pyrmont Dental Health were outstanding. The practice is very welcoming and all the staff very friendly. I had to bring my 2 year old daughter during my check up and filling and that was no problem, she loved the large fish aquarium. I highly recommend Dr William Pye. Rosemary even called one week later to check how I was doing. I booked my husband an appointment to see Dr William too!

I was under the care of Dr. Michael Shang who was incredibly thorough and explained every element of the work he was doing. Fantastic experience: I have been coming to pyrmont dental for over 4 years now and will continue to do so in the future. I can honestly say that from the time of booking an appointment to actually coming in for it, the wonderful staff here make each and every experience both comfortable and welcoming. The amazing level of professionalism that they have with their patients is what creates a level of trust and rapport that keeps loyal patients such as myself to continue coming back everytime. Oh and the fish tank is gorgeous!

Negative experience: I had been regularly visited PDH for two years and had utmost trust in them, before was desperately disappointed by their poor service recently. I had teeth extractions but the wound was bleeding, so I called PDH and told the front desk girl Rosemary that I wished to walk in. She told me that I could not walk in if without a booked appointment, even in emergency. She talked in a very offensive manner and said that "you should go to the emergency department of a hospital, not us." Fortunately Dr Binggeli let me walk in and gave me the treatment. Been informed that walk-in was actually allowed by the doctor, I complained to the director of PDH, Dr Patrick Dang, about Rosemary's misconduct of refusing me prompt care and treatment and her offensive way of speaking to customer. However, the director Dr Patrick Dang also refused to admit PDH's misconduct and attributed the whole thing to only "misunderstanding". In the whole process, neither Rosemary nor Dr Dang have ever showed care about my health situation or apologised for the delay of treatment and the massive convenience they have caused (I called 000 and visited other hospitals after been rejected by Rosemary). If you value the level of service provided by the dental service, and if you do not wish to be kept outside the clinic when you have a bleeding mouth (as I had), PDH is definitely not recommended.

Fantastic experience: After reading all the good reviews abt it on Google, I decided to take my 8yrs old son there to get a 2nd openion as I was told by another dentist that one of his teeth will need to get pulled out. I got the same answer as the other dentist's "BUT" the difference was I was fully acknowledged about what had happened and this made a huge difference. PLUS ~ my son got a thoroughly check out on all his teeth so I knew what else is going wrong and what are the follow ups (VS another dentist who only checked the problem teeth I mentioned to him...not even bother to look at his other teeth...>~<) In the end, Dr. Soriano Binggeli extracted my son's tooth out in a way my son "enjoyed" the whole process without a tear or fear which was such a relief to me! They were also very considerate of my worry on the bills so they gave me the estimation of the next visit so I can be more in control on the spending. The staffs were also nice and gave good suggestions. I will say it's a dental place not only with skills but also with hearts... I am very happy to give them a 5 star review!

Fantastic experience: I have been having my regular check ups at Pyrmont Dental Health for five years and my experience has always been extremely positive. They are always on time and very professional. The treatment is always quick and efficient which is exactly what you want from a visit to the dentist. The massage chairs and current magazine issues in the waiting room are a definite perk of attending this dentist and it means I'm always very early for my appointment so I can take advantage of them!

Positive experience: Came here to get my teeth cleaned as wasn't able to get into my regular dentist. The service and facilities were impeccable. The dentist did a thorough check on my teeth, taking photographs and giving them a really good clean. The best bit was that because i have private health insurance they wave the remaining cost because it was my first visit.

Fantastic experience: I absolutely hate going to the dentist, but these guys are really good. The practise is modern and clean with a very cool fish tank in the middle. The dentist Patrick explained everything as he was going along so I wasn't left in the dark, and all the staff were really friendly.

Fantastic experience: This was my first experience with an Australian dentist and compare to France these guys are friendly, pro, attentive, delicate and done a really good job on my case. You can tell they like what they are doing. Thanks to Andrew and his assistant for all the useful information they gave me. I did not feel any pain at all from the beginning (the needle pinch) until the end (the polish ;-) and it was a 90min work on one tooth. It's the best experience I've ever had in a dentist place, even, I could say nearly enjoyable :-) I was ready to suffer and nothing happened. Thank you guys.

Fantastic experience: This was my first time at a dentist in Australia, but I can say that compared to the Italian dentists this is much, much better. The studio is clean and well organised, the staff precise and very friendly. The hygienist has been very informative and kind, promptly answering any questions I had and the dentist had explained with plenty of detail my condition and how to work towards a fix. I will definitely go back for treatment and check-ups.

Fantastic experience: I have recently moved from my old family dentist to Dr Todd Verner at Pyrmont Dental Health and decided to post here because I am absolutely amazed with the overall experience. I honestly wish I had checked them out earlier! The biggest surprise is that the equipment they are using there seems to be more advanced than I expected? Don't know if that's the case, but everything seems somewhat futuristic and it's just not the uncomfortable experience I am used to from a dentist. No pain at all!! To top it all off, they have one of the best waiting areas I've seen. Even includes massage chairs :) Not to mention a gigantic fish tank and roof mounted television that you can watch whilst the dentist fixes you up. Brilliant! Anyway. Don't know if people read these reviews, but if you are looking for a change this is an absolute winner. Enjoy the experience!!!

Fantastic experience: Absoulutely can not reccomend this place enough. I emailed them in the middle of the night after having suffered with extreme tooth ache all night requesting if a same day emergency appointment was possiblr. They called me at 5.30am offering 3 available morning appointments..I was immediately seen to upon arriving and the Dentist (Andrew) who I also can not reccomend highly enough spent well into an hour sorting me out as well as taking xrays and extras while explaining to me exactly what thr problem was and not only that but also advised me on the potential costs for a permanent fix to the problem. Couldnt have asked for more..very reasonably priced, extra informative and overall very pleasant and genuinly nice staff who seem to be willing to do all they can to help and assist you. Never once got the feeing that they were just there to see how much $'s they could get out of me, which unfirtunately cannot be said for most places in this current day and age.

Fantastic experience: On a Monday night, I lost a I lost a filling from a tooth which received a root canal treatment a couple years ago. Writing an email to the Pyrmont Dental Health Clinic late at night asking for a consultation despite not being a patient, I got an appointment for Tuesday at 10.30am. Best dentist visit ever. The staff is extremely friendly, facilities are excellent and Dr. Dang was amazing and very professional. He explained the procedure and the cost involved and started the treatment straight away as he had time. A week after the consultation, I received a phone call from the center asking me if everything is okay, if I am in pain and if I am satisfied with the treatment. Great customer service. I'd definitely recommend this practice.

Fantastic experience: Well, no one likes a dentist visit but the staff here are very friendly, comforting, patient and caring. The dentist I saw took time to explain options and recommendations and made me feel at ease. I definitely will be back for regular check ups.

Fantastic experience: Last week I had the worst toothache ever and I had no idea what to do. It was literally 10 mins to 6 on a Friday night and everyone was closing up shop. Thankfully, Dr Dang was willing to fit me in and give me some much needed relief. He was very accommodating and I would definitely go back for regular check-ups.
