Fantastic experience: I came into WA Dental with a broken crown, not knowing what to expect I was given great care. I was explained what my options were and given a detailed process of treatment. WA Dental has also been treating my son for braces, anytime he has a problem, they are quick to book him in and fix any issues.

Fantastic experience: I have an irrational fear of dentistry which is why I don’t go unless I have too but Dr Penelope is very nice, very professional and understanding and my appointment was the culmination of a bunch of appointments to permanently replace a tooth that had to be extracted last year due to an old cracked metal filling that couldn’t take a crown.She has guided me well through the entire process I now have a permanent replacement tooth which is a huge relief and also had some regular maintenance done while I was under the twilight anaesthesia. Pene as per usual took me through every step of what she would be doing and told me in advance of anything that had the possibility to cause pain or discomfort post surgery but I had no real pain or discomfort. As far I’m concerned although not cheap, you do get a substantial amount back through Medicare, twilight anaesthesia is the only way to get any serious dental work done, I lie down and drift off to sleep and wake up and everything is done, no sweating, anxiety or people thinking I’m going to faint. I have also had work done by another one of their dentists who work out of there and I can highly recommend this Ellenbrook practice.

Even though I reside in NT now, I still make the effort to go to Perth for my 6 monthly check & clean. So I highly recommend WA Dental’s. WA Dental is a throughly modern dentist, from the booking of appointment to reception greeting.. My dental check was complete with a standup X-ray to show my jaw. The scale and clean was excellent, as was my lovely dentist and her assistant.

Fantastic experience: Myself & my teenage daughter have started orthodontic treatment here at WA dental. I needed an impacted wisdom tooth extracted and 4 premolars before having my braces fitted. Everything was explained and time given for questions if I had any to ask. For me having everything done at the practise was so convenient as a busy single mum of three children. I was sedated and woke up with 6 teeth out & now have my braces a few weeks. Yesterday my daughter needed 2 premolars out & the girls were amazing she was so nervous offered happy gas & watched her fave show on Netflix while getting all of this done. From the bottom of my heart thank you for making her experience a memorable one gaining trust in the process. We took the teeth home to show her siblings and her little brother wrote a note for the tooth fairy. She was happy waking up this morning to find $10 and the teeth taking away. Ha, ha.

I went initially to get implants done and Sven was faced with a challenge with lack of bone on one one side. 1st one failed but his brilliant knowledge and ' I will make this work' attitude got a great end result. Lovely friendly practice. I have subsequently moved from my local dentist to WA dental for my 6 monthly visits even though it's a 25 minute drive....and it's cheaper than I've been paying for 10 yrs at my local dentist!

Felt misled with the initial xray requirement.. why is there 4 different types and nearly $500 expense that isn’t explained and ensured a person can afford that.. being clear and transparent is a nicer attribute then not having common respect to say it’s really expensive but these are the options.. basic requirements.. nice to have.. all the fancy photos just make the dentist job easier.. still a little disappointing how much it cost me after private health..

Fantastic experience: Doctor Christina was my dentist for the day and all future appointments and as a her patient she was wonderful. She is has beautiful teeth and caring and her assistant is the best too. I haven’t terrible anxiety and my assistant looks after me like I’m family.

Fantastic experience: I have a lifelong fear of dental work and am really fussy about where I go, so when I broke my tooth over New Years I was really dreading having to see an emergency dentist. Thankfully a call to WA dental (my usual dentist) first thing this morning resulted in a same day appointment. Dr Jude and his wonderful dental nurse Oxana (sp?) put me at ease as they quickly fixed the offending tooth. Thanks again WA Dental! I look forward (mostly) to my annual check up with Dr Penny in a few weeks.

I expected to have some pain or discomfort afterwards but I didn't even need pain relief which is a testament to the care that was taken. Fantastic experience: Mark and the team are absolutely amazing!! They do it all! My son had braces and I had Invisalign’s. The team are so professional approachable and always willing to put a smile on your dial. Our appointments were seamless efficient and a good laugh. I am a single mum of 3 kids and there was no way I thought I’d ever be able to afford braces for my kids. They had a payment plan set up for me with easy to manage payments and regular statements to keep me updated. And my daughter needed 4 or 5 teeth taken out that every other dentist said she would need to go to the hospital to have extracted which petrified her. After speaking with the admin staff about my daughters fears and having a consult with Leslie a few very unsettling sessions with my daughter being terrified and screaming the place down like she was about to be destroyed. Leslie and the team provided her with patience kindness and reassurance fixing and saving all of my daughters teeth and having my daughter leave with confidence, new profound respect for her teeth and the ability to go to the dentist without any worries. LOVE THE TEAM AT WA DENTAL AND I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM
